We have a small herd of dairy cows, 100 dairy goats, a horse named Willow, a couple pigs, small flock of chickens for eggs. We specialize in dairy goats, 100 grazing girls roam 30 acres of pasture close to camping. Our goats are very friendly. They are milked twice a day in a parlor. You are welcome to watch. The milk gets picked up twice a week by Saputo and gets made into cheese! We have a spring fed 3 acre pond to paddle around. Boats available. Swimming not recommended at this time. Primitive tent and camper sites available. We welcome horses, bring your own fence. Trails on farm for walking or riding. Dogs are okay, but must be on a leash for the safety of our livestock. Our on site camper offers a bathroom, no shower. Gas generator to run electricity is included for lights and basic appliances. Bring your own water containers, available to fill at the farm. We can accommodate larger groups. You can book the whole site for private setting too. Welcome to the farm!

We try to be good stewards teaching respect of self, earth, and each other...just being free in the sun...when Wisconsin weather permits. *Day Campers- Park in the designated parking area by the shed or as instructed. *Overnight Campers- If the soil is wet or rain is in the forecast please ask us where to park BEFORE driving down by the pond. We respect those who do not share our view and ask for respect in return. The farm house was built in 1920 to replace the log cabin (1847) still on the property. 13 acres is rented to our neighbor and 15 acres is designated for clothing optional use. We follow a strict policy of NO overt sexual conduct. No soliciting, No drunkenness. No illicit anything. Please bring your own food, beverages and anything else you need.

It has been remodeled with a second story added. Pine trees were planted to prevent erosion in the 1960's. The national park began buying land near us in the 1970's and the boundary line to the park is a half-mile from Moonshadow Camp. The area is surrounded by state forests and many hiking and biking trails. Our valley is known for incredible stargazing. Amenities include full access to the Camp kitchen and dining area. You will also have access to a Portable restroom and hand washing station which is located by our BIG BARN. Hot Showers, no problem, you can enjoy a secluded private shower in our shower house which has indoor and outdoor showers. Nearby is Lake Michigan and Esch Rd beach. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lake shore is nearby and The National Park is famous for attractions , trails, and hiking. Electricity and water is included at the RV site, and the Shasta Camper along with the Showerhouse and Camp Kitchen
