The farm has been in the family for four generations. We don't have any livestock anymore and rent the fields to the neighbors but the home, outbuildings and five acres are well-loved and used as our home base and also for rustic weddings, graduation parties, reunions and barn dances. In 1974, the farm was used as the location for the TV movie "Things in Their Season" starring Patricia O'Neal. We put up one of the first barn quilts in the county and are on the route of the Bike the Barn Quilts bike ride (held last Saturday in September.) Learn more about this land: Pitch your tent or roll your RV up to a beautiful farmstead (we no longer have animals, crops only).  We are a rustic wedding / event venue located mid-way on the Mountain Bay Trail, Wisconsin's longest rail-trail which runs about 90 miles from Weston to Green Bay.   Fire pit available.  Views of farmland all around.  Quiet and peaceful but not secluded.   (See pictures on Facebook Country Events at the Koeller Century Farm.) You can move tent into the machine shed (wood chip floor) during severe weather.  There are electrical outlets to use to re-charge devices.

Mid-way on the Mountain Bay Trail
Clean, quiet, and convenient!
I loved my stay, it was secluded and quiet yet close enough to town to venture in for anything I needed. This was a "shake down" trip for my YouTube inspired cargo trailer conversion and it couldn't have turned out better. Koeller Century Farm is very clean and well cared for and the directions Nancy gave me were on the money.

Camping with kids
We came in late and it was raining. There was someone there to meet us, show us amenities, and encouraged us and even helped us get set up in the shelter of the barn. They were so kind and communicative. I really love the rolling hills and wide open spaces of this area and I wish I could have enjoyed the fire pit, sunset, do i will definitely stay again! We did take advantage of the bike trail and my husband biked to Green Bay. Great coffee and shopping in the town nearby for me. ;)

Exquisite farm retreat
It’s hard to explain how nice this place was. Such a quiet, peaceful, well kept and clean farm with beautiful views at the back. We had hydro, washroom and a few different spots to choose from. Nancy have great detailed instructions. The best part was watching the deee play in the field out back both at night and during the beautiful sunrise in the morning. Highly recommend this place as a quiet retreat for a night.

Nancy and her husband, John, were very welcoming. They explained where everything was (the toilet, electricity). They let me know ahead of time that they were having a wedding, which I appreciated. I didn't hear a thing! John told us he used to be a dairy farmer. The farm was so beautiful...

We only got to stay for one night as we were on our way home but we'd readily go back for the expansive views, peace and quiet. John was very helpful in getting us settled and we enjoyed getting to know more about the farm's history from him.

Peaceful Farm Stay
Our stay was a wonderful experience. This was our first time to use Hipcamp and it worked out perfectly. It offered a more quiet setting compared to a campground. The farm was manicured with neat landscaping and a cute sitting area and our sunset was gorgeous. Nancy was super helpful with info on our next adventure. Definitely would recommend.

Hospitable, private and cheap!
Made sure we could find everything they provided for us! Lovely space, easy to just arrive and set up. We ended up not using the fire pit but it was available to us with fire starter and wood which was nice.

So you’re basically staying in the backyard of a de-commissioned farm. Depending on exactly where you pitch your tent, you can be within view of the host’s home, or you can be more isolated on the backside of the barns. Whatever floats your boat. There’s a lovely view of surrounding farmland/buildings and a stand of trees. You can see stars at night. It’s not super isolated, there’s a little bit of town traffic and local race track noise, but not distracting. They do events in the barn, so they do a great job of keeping the property cute and tidy. The amenities (bathroom and water) are primitive as plainly stated in their description, but again, the upkeep is really great. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. If I were in the neighborhood again, I’d certainly stay!

Very beautifully kept grounds of this century farm were a pleasure to witness. We enjoyed a peaceful night in the country. Not a sound to be heard except for a distant cow moo or a couple of hooting barn owls. This made a great stopover place for the night on our way through.
