There's 2 properties, both beautiful and special. "The Twenty" is a neat campsite right on the Little Wolf River. This land has been in my family for generations. My dad tells stories of fishing the holes while they made hay when he was a kid. Definitely fishing opportunities, as well as floating down the river (tube, canoe, kayak, sup). There's a nice swimming hole right out from the campsite. The other property is on my pasture-based farm. It's a few miles from the Little Wolf. There is the "FarmStay" Camper, as well as a couple campsites nestled in the woods with a great views of the pastures, woods, and wetlands. We've also recently added a pond that's able to be used by our guests to swim in! There are 100+ acres that can explored on this 100% pasture-based beef operation. We're working on improving the trails. It's beautiful out there! Farm tours and canoe/tube rental available. The surrounding area has a TON of activities to offer for water fun and exploring! Feel free to ask! HipCamp STAR Host!!! woohoo!

Site 1 - Moeller Woods

Site 1 is conveniently located on my absolute favorite place on the farm, what I call the "Gateway to the new land". This site is tucked back in the woods, yet looks out over the pastures, woods, and restored wetlands. The woods are easy to explore with wood to use for a campfire, along with some existing neat little forts or make your own! Trees to climb and scamper in. The "Gateway to the new land" and my favorite view of the farm as well. It's awesome to sit with a cup of coffee in the mornings and watch/listen to the birds and abundant wildlife. This site is easily accessible with a car/2wd vehicle.

The "Twenty" - Riverside Camping

Stay at "the 20"... This site sits on family land along a really neat stretch of the Little Wolf River. It's SUCH a cool spot! If I could be there all the time, I would! But since I can't, I want others to be able to enjoy it and make memories! Great for fishing (a lot of bass), tubing, canoeing, or just relaxing. We've recently done a TON of work clearing and improving the site, including a boat landing for canoe/kayak/tube take out. You can get shuttle up river and end at your campsite! How cool is that?! Or just float up to the bridge upstream a little (County Hwy BB bridge) and paddle/walk back. There's also a nice swimming hole right in front of the site (much of the river is pretty shallow, so we're lucky to be able to wade in there to refresh/cool down). I use the flat rock under the willow to get in/out. It's great! Enjoy the area with many local options for dining and other activities. Activities available: Canoe and tube rental available through me, if I'm around or through Wolf River Trips (different stretch of the river, but handy and fun too). Local guided fishing trips can be booked through Firl Outfitters Nearby: Bear Lake is about 5 minutes away and is an awesome lake for swimming (great for kids - warm and gets deep very gradually). They also have a bar and restaurant. There's also the Chain of Lakes in Waupaca, that's know for their turquoise blue water. It can be touristy, but for a reason. It's pretty. You also have the option of doing a Farm tour! Come visit my local grass fed beef operation, tour the farm and pastures, meet cows! My farm is just a few minutes from the site. Bouressa Family Farm

Farm Stay

Take advantage of this awesome opportunity to come stay/learn on our pasture-based, intensively managed beef grazing operation. Or just chill by the fire with quiet and the night sky above. There's a couple baby goats, a lamb, and a couple pigs... in addition to the herd of cattle out on pasture. There's a new pond across the road that can be used by guests to rinse off or float on tubes. Rustic, but farm kid approved! We also have access to some great water within a few miles (paddle, swim, fish, float along or just look at), canoes that can be borrowed, swingset and plenty of room to run and roam the farm and trails ... kids can play in the haybales (every kid must get that experience!) There are also great opportunities to observe and enjoy nature! Hike through the woods or around the restored wetlands, see what you can see! Camper located on the northside of the farmstead. The camper has one bedroom with a really comfy memory foam queen-size mattress, 2 kid-sized bunk beds, as well as a seating area that can be converted to sleeping space. It's hooked up to electrical and water. There is a bathroom, but NO shower. It has a kitchen with limited appliances. I can provide a grill. It's nothing fancy, but nice. NO AC, but box fans and a breeze. PLEASE bring your own bedding or it can be provided. Let me know in advance though.
