There is now diverse plant life on-site which attracts diverse wildlife including insects, birds and reptile. Your stay here helps us to pay the bills and keep making this small patch of earth better. The property is on a sunny bench not far from the ocean and usually above the fog line. Our location gets ample sunshine most days and is surrounded on 3 sides by a forest of trees. The property is fenced and access is by gate. There are two seperate campsites which are separated by our central garden and bamboo plantings. There is very little street traffic before 9 AM and after 4 PM Mon-Sat. Sundays are quiet. Both sites can use the portable toilet and outdoor shower. We keep it clean and odor free for a sanitary camping experience. Bring your bikes, boards and outdoor gear! Many adventures to be had here on the central coast. Your hosts are avid surfers and cyclists and can help direct you to the best spots to match your skill level. The property is close to town as well as bike loops, gravel roads and trails. We're also close to the beach. Within a short drive surfers of all levels can find something fun to ride nearly everyday of summer and fall. The 18 hole golf course is just down the street from the property and the town of Waldport is 2 miles away. Yachats is a short 12 minute drive to the south where you can find amazing restaurants where they serve fresh roasted coffee along with a large menu of drinks and treats at places such as The Green Salmon Cafe. White sand beaches are located just down the hill from us where you can walk all the way from the mouth of the Alsea river to the mouth of the Yachats river. Forested and easily accessible walking trails are also nearby. South of the property is Cape Perpetua - a natural wonderland with whales, tide pools, blowholes and a 26 mile trail system. Once a dairy farm and part of the old Simpson estate our property offers mushroom picking seasonally whey you may find Chanterelle & Hedgehog mushrooms. We're close to the beach and the Sunset Bay Golf Course is on the same property. Lots of hiking trails and you can connect with Sunset Bay State Park our neighbor. We have a private, secluded campground that is wind sheltered with approximately 20 acres of space in which to use our covered table, picnic tables, fire pit, fire rings at individual campsites, BBQ, sauna and outdoor propane-fired shower. The camp area is tucked away among large spruce trees and open meadows which lead to endless trails on the property, with the option to buy a round of golf at Sunset Bay Golf Course, which is right next door to the camp area. We’re just short of a mile from Sunset Bay, where you will find kayaking, fishing and a great spot for kids. The Whiskey Run mountain bike trails are a short drive away and are truly world-class trails. The Sunset Bay State Park has a huge trail network that spans the cliff line all the way from Sunset Bay to Cape Arago. Chuck’s Seafood in Charleston is a great spot to pick up local seafood. BBQ some oysters on the grill or pick up some fresh fish and enjoy the bounty of the coast. Charleston, just 3.5 miles away, also has some great restaurants and local shops to truly make your stay memorable. Only friendly dogs allowed and leashed or under voice command.

Please be careful when using Google maps, for whatever reason it has taken several people to other places other than mine. I posted a picture of the entrance of my property, hopefully this will help. Hurlys Hideaway is a very nice location located approximately 2 miles from the town of Tillamook. Very close to the beach Sand Lake various Rivers for fishing kayaking swimming Etc. Approximately 4 MI from Netarts Oceanside area, Netarts Bay, Cape Mears. A very nice location to be able to access all of these activities in Tillamook County. My land is Timber, some clearings, we'll see how this goes I'm just getting started. Also, I just learned that the transient tax for Tillamook Oregon is an additional 10% and I hate to do this but I'm going to have to raise my prices $5. If you are coming from Town, I'm 2 mi. from the hospital west on hwy. 131. Look for the purple Minnesota Vikings bus shack. I also put up a hipcamp sign just up my driveway a bit. If you are coming from the south on Fraiser road, turn right when you come to hwy. 131. I'm less than a quarter mile on your left. Also a heads up lately I've had a few people that are having a hard time booking and I learned from another camper if you're staying one night you actually have to select two days it includes the day you check out I just experienced that with another camper so just a bit information I don't know if hip camp changed something or what, but if you're staying one night select two days and it'll work.

Cornerstone Ranch is a pristine Ranch of about 500 acres on the Rogue River and against the Pacific Ocean offering too many experiences to count. You can even bring your horse... FYI, Hipcamps map for site locations is not correct. Two go next to the driveway and the other four follow the creek. From the South GPS is very accurate to our driveway. Coming from the North, GPS may drop you a few driveways away as that is the property line. Keep driving about another 1/8th mile until you see the large red "Cornerstone Ranch" sign. That is our driveway. Welcome... The ranch offers 6 different campsites. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a toilet in off season and Port-A-Potties during the summer on site as well. Reviews from guests: "During the night we could hear Elk and the nearby nature! When we woke up we got to visit with the horses, use the really clean port-potty, and chat with Bonnie and Chris the Hosts. They have tons of recommendations, but our favorite was the Indian creek cafe across the river. The areas so great and clean and the host cares about their guests! Would recommend!"

This magical property is conveniently located 5 miles north of Florence and directly on Hwy 101, approximately 3/4 of a mile from the ocean. This is a large private site that is surrounded by old growth timber and teaming with flora and fauna. Campers are encouraged to explore, but be aware, this property is wild.. and encounters with wildlife are common. Beyond the adventuring that can be done on the property, Baker Beach state park is less than a half a mile away and there is a plethora of trails, parks, and lakes within 10 miles. We do have full time neighbors just to the North, so we ask that you be respectful and cautious with regard to dogs/noise. Hwy 101 can be very dangerous for unsuspecting pets. There are several roadside campfire stations(directly across 101 from camp) offering small bundles for $5-6/night. **Be advised that we are slowly working on the property to eventually create more camping space. There was a lot of dirt/fill brought in over the winter of 2022 and the property may not be as green as years past.** Please be our guests, relax, and enjoy!

We are closed for the season to let our land rest and, well it gets pretty soggy around here in the winter months. We'll open up in again in April but, we're taking reservations for the 2026 season... Our one designated site, closest to the river bank we call the Riverside Site. It can be reserved for up to 4 people. It can only accommodate smaller tents, campers, pop up trailers, small pod-type trailers and larger rigs up to 15'. has a rustic firepit and your own deck for viewing the river. For groups of 5 or more or people or camping with large 10 person tents or trailers over 20', there will be an additional fee and you will need to set up camp in our Riverwood Site, about 150' from the riverbank. You will still have full access to the deck and firepit in the other site but, larger rigs cannot maneuver in the site without tearing up the grass and leaving ruts on our property. **Please note**When you make the reservation you will add an "Extra", ADDITIONAL CAMPSITE. We have indoor bathroom facilities for our guests in a separate apartment we have downstairs of our house. There is a small living and dining area, kitchenette with barista bar, microwave and small fridge. It is about 150' walk and is visible from the campsites but, still feels private. We also offer our little Bunkie, the Glass House for an extra fee. The Bunkie sleeps two comfortably. It has a nice mattress (Please bring your own sleeping bags), a comfy bench, a coat rack, remote control lights and a nice electric heater. There are curtains all around for privacy. You'll use the bathroom facilities in the apartment. All of our guests have full access to our personal dock to get down to the water. Feel free to fish off the dock, swim, Kayak, SUP or just enjoy the evening on the dock. Our property is about a 10 minute drive to the Ocean/Hwy 101, just south of Lincoln City. Our location gets ample sunshine most days and is surrounded on 3 sides by a forest of trees. The property is fenced and access is by gate. There are two seperate campsites which are separated by our central garden and bamboo plantings. There is very little street traffic before 9 AM and after 4 PM Mon-Sat. Sundays are quiet. Both sites can use the portable toilet and outdoor shower. We keep it clean and odor free for a sanitary camping experience. Bring your bikes, boards and outdoor gear! Many adventures to be had here on the central coast. Your hosts are avid surfers and cyclists and can help direct you to the best spots to match your skill level. The property is close to town as well as bike loops, gravel roads and trails. We're also close to the beach. Within a short drive surfers of all levels can find something fun to ride nearly everyday of summer and fall. The 18 hole golf course is just down the street from the property and the town of Waldport is 2 miles away. Yachats is a short 12 minute drive to the south where you can find amazing restaurants where they serve fresh roasted coffee along with a large menu of drinks and treats at places such as The Green Salmon Cafe. We’re just short of a mile from Sunset Bay, where you will find kayaking, fishing and a great spot for kids. The Whiskey Run mountain bike trails are a short drive away and are truly world-class trails. The Sunset Bay State Park has a huge trail network that spans the cliff line all the way from Sunset Bay to Cape Arago. Chuck’s Seafood in Charleston is a great spot to pick up local seafood. BBQ some oysters on the grill or pick up some fresh fish and enjoy the bounty of the coast. Approximately 4 MI from Netarts Oceanside area, Netarts Bay, Cape Mears. A very nice location to be able to access all of these activities in Tillamook County. My land is Timber, some clearings, we'll see how this goes I'm just getting started. Also, I just learned that the transient tax for Tillamook Oregon is an additional 10% and I hate to do this but I'm going to have to raise my prices $5. If you are coming from Town, I'm 2 mi. from the hospital west on hwy. 131. Look for the purple Minnesota Vikings bus shack. I also put up a hipcamp sign just up my driveway a bit. If you are coming from the south on Fraiser road, turn right when you come to hwy. 131. I'm less than a quarter mile on your left. Also a heads up lately I've had a few people that are having a hard time booking and I learned from another camper if you're staying one night you actually have to select two days it includes the day you check out I just experienced that with another camper so just a bit information I don't know if hip camp changed something or what, but if you're staying one night select two days and it'll work.

FYI, Hipcamps map for site locations is not correct. Two go next to the driveway and the other four follow the creek. From the South GPS is very accurate to our driveway. Coming from the North, GPS may drop you a few driveways away as that is the property line. Keep driving about another 1/8th mile until you see the large red "Cornerstone Ranch" sign. That is our driveway. Welcome... The ranch offers 6 different campsites. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a toilet in off season and Port-A-Potties during the summer on site as well. Reviews from guests: "During the night we could hear Elk and the nearby nature! When we woke up we got to visit with the horses, use the really clean port-potty, and chat with Bonnie and Chris the Hosts. They have tons of recommendations, but our favorite was the Indian creek cafe across the river. The areas so great and clean and the host cares about their guests! Would recommend!"

We'll open up in again in April but, we're taking reservations for the 2026 season... Our one designated site, closest to the river bank we call the Riverside Site. It can be reserved for up to 4 people. It can only accommodate smaller tents, campers, pop up trailers, small pod-type trailers and larger rigs up to 15'. has a rustic firepit and your own deck for viewing the river. For groups of 5 or more or people or camping with large 10 person tents or trailers over 20', there will be an additional fee and you will need to set up camp in our Riverwood Site, about 150' from the riverbank. You will still have full access to the deck and firepit in the other site but, larger rigs cannot maneuver in the site without tearing up the grass and leaving ruts on our property. **Please note**When you make the reservation you will add an "Extra", ADDITIONAL CAMPSITE. We have indoor bathroom facilities for our guests in a separate apartment we have downstairs of our house. There is a small living and dining area, kitchenette with barista bar, microwave and small fridge. It is about 150' walk and is visible from the campsites but, still feels private. We also offer our little Bunkie, the Glass House for an extra fee. The Bunkie sleeps two comfortably. It has a nice mattress (Please bring your own sleeping bags), a comfy bench, a coat rack, remote control lights and a nice electric heater. There are curtains all around for privacy. You'll use the bathroom facilities in the apartment. All of our guests have full access to our personal dock to get down to the water. Feel free to fish off the dock, swim, Kayak, SUP or just enjoy the evening on the dock. Our property is about a 10 minute drive to the Ocean/Hwy 101, just south of Lincoln City. We enjoyed our stay here. The view was outstanding. We were in site N-3. We have a 17’ campervan and it fit perfectly, although it is a pretty small site. As some people reported, there is a bit of poison oak at some of the edges of the campsite, but not a lot. We were able to easily avoid it and keep our dog away from it. There is some traffic noise from 101, but honestly, we hardly even noticed as the beautiful sound of the ocean is all we heard. The path to the beach is quite steep in some parts, so if you’re older like me, you may want to bring a hiking pole for extra stability on the steep parts. It was worth it though, as the beach was fantastic. It was almost like a private beach. I only saw two other people there. The only thing we weren’t thrilled about was the bathroom/shower in the basement of the owner’s home. It was not as clean as I would have preferred. Not a deal breaker for me, but it could have been better.

This magical property is conveniently located 5 miles north of Florence and directly on Hwy 101, approximately 3/4 of a mile from the ocean. This is a large private site that is surrounded by old growth timber and teaming with flora and fauna. Campers are encouraged to explore, but be aware, this property is wild.. and encounters with wildlife are common. Beyond the adventuring that can be done on the property, Baker Beach state park is less than a half a mile away and there is a plethora of trails, parks, and lakes within 10 miles. We do have full time neighbors just to the North, so we ask that you be respectful and cautious with regard to dogs/noise. Hwy 101 can be very dangerous for unsuspecting pets. There are several roadside campfire stations(directly across 101 from camp) offering small bundles for $5-6/night. **Be advised that we are slowly working on the property to eventually create more camping space. We are closed for the season to let our land rest and, well it gets pretty soggy around here in the winter months. We'll open up in again in April but, we're taking reservations for the 2026 season... Our one designated site, closest to the river bank we call the Riverside Site. It can be reserved for up to 4 people. It can only accommodate smaller tents, campers, pop up trailers, small pod-type trailers and larger rigs up to 15'. has a rustic firepit and your own deck for viewing the river. For groups of 5 or more or people or camping with large 10 person tents or trailers over 20', there will be an additional fee and you will need to set up camp in our Riverwood Site, about 150' from the riverbank. You will still have full access to the deck and firepit in the other site but, larger rigs cannot maneuver in the site without tearing up the grass and leaving ruts on our property. **Please note**When you make the reservation you will add an "Extra", ADDITIONAL CAMPSITE. We have indoor bathroom facilities for our guests in a separate apartment we have downstairs of our house. There is a small living and dining area, kitchenette with barista bar, microwave and small fridge. It is about 150' walk and is visible from the campsites but, still feels private. We also offer our little Bunkie, the Glass House for an extra fee. The Bunkie sleeps two comfortably. It has a nice mattress (Please bring your own sleeping bags), a comfy bench, a coat rack, remote control lights and a nice electric heater. There are curtains all around for privacy. It's attached to our home and rustic (some love it, others skip it - or wish they’d brought a bathing suit.) • Guided check-in required between 4–7 PM. If arriving in two vehicles, coordinate timing or walk your party in You’ll park near our greenhouse and home, where you may see chickens, a kiddo on the play structure, or hear a tractor. Campsites are deeper in the woods and often feel totally private. A seasonal creek flows nearby. Depending on the time of year, you might spot wild mushrooms, huckleberries, and more. The beach is about a 15-minute walk, including a short stretch along Highway 101. It’s walkable but may feel exposed to some. Yachats, the 804 Trail, and Cape Perpetua are all nearby. This land once held a WWI-era spruce logging camp. We’ve lived here since 2013, slowly transforming bramble into trails, gardens, and space to grow. Our son is a cancer survivor, and our connection to this land runs deep. We’re not a commercial farm - we’re a family practicing stewardship, slow living, and welcoming guests who do the same. We love hosting quiet campers, nature lovers, foragers, backwoods hikers, and families who understand personal space and come prepared. If that’s you, you’ll feel right at home.

Grassy mowed area along the Sixes River on our cattle ranch and cranberry farm. We provide an outdoor shower and composting toilet shared by the 5 camp sites. The shower water is filtered water from a shallow well, but bring water to drink. This campsite lies about 1 mile from the pacific ocean at about 15 feet elevation so it will be cooler than inland camp sites. I believe we are the closest camping to the south side of the Blacklock Hiking Trails. Also next to the Cape Blanco State Airport. (call if you want to fly in and get transport to and from the campsite). Access Road is a single lane in and out (gravel, dirt, and grass). Any towed trailers need to be pulled by a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle to climb back out (in and out procedures for trailers will be provided) Bring a fishing pole or a kayak. Sea-run trout are in the river during the summer (no motorized vehicles allowed in the Sixes River by law. No motorized vehicles in campsite besides automobiles by rule.) - Please be accurate with the number of guests in your party. Please note about lack of signage: The "walters landing" and "92220" on airport road are the only markings to indicate our entrance. We don't want to put any "campground" signs to avoid curious trespassers into the property (we only want invited guests). Campsite Rules: 1. Enjoy. 2. No motorized vehicles besides your auto. 3. Make sure your fun doesn't detract from the fun had by other campers. 4. No illegal activity. 5. (We allow multiple cars not only one as listed) We are just minutes from beautiful beaches and hiking, (not to mention our own beach at the end of the walkway) mushrooming, crabbing and more. We would love to give you one of our several tours: Waterfalls, wild kayak Bonsai adventure, Ocean trail and more. Not only that, we can arrange for you to have coffee delivered to your door or a BBQ party for your party. Four hours south of Portland, two hours North of the CA boarder. Coos Bay has an regional airport made accessible by our world class golf course Bandon Dunes 1/2 hour from our place. The airport has one 55 minute flight a day to San Francisco. While the listing says "no wheel chair access" this is just for the camper because there are steps. If someone in your party has a wheelchair and would like to camp we can help you arrange the area for a tent or car camping for that individual but we do not have an accessible toilet other than an REI camp seat on bucket we can let you borrow if you promise to clean :) Our tiny house is on the same property as this camper. We have two gates so our guests have a private entrance with secure parking. There are two well behaved dogs, Figi and Kit and one cat, Riddle on the property. It is okay to have your well behaved dog off leash and a small camp fire most times of the year. We have an outdoor sitting area and BBQ. Small shower bath combo in the camper and in progress a dog washing station! Even though the photos illustrate the beauty and privacy to the West, we do hear some traffic to the East and the ground can be a bit muddy near the bay. We encourage guests to walk on the pathways vs the marsh which we are preserving if they head out to the sandy beach to clam or kayak. Other sports that could be fun would be kite surfing, or wet suit swimming.

A small creek is on the property and though too shallow for a good swim, it makes a lovely way to cool off in summer heat and excellent for splashing around with kiddos. There are several options for camping sites. A steep fire road (for 4wheel drive... or pack in access) leads into the woods for shady sites or camp below nearer the creek in an open grassy area in front of the house. Experienced 4-wheeling drivers only REQUIRED if you want to drive up to ridge sites. Otherwise feel free to park below and pack your gear up on foot. Less than 15 mins walk to ride sites. We have an outdoor aerial rig set up to enjoy, horseshoe pits and "lawn bowling":) We are not quite set up as a "glamping" venue so you must have and bring all your own gear. We will have wood available for purchase. We ask you keep fires small for safety and use of any cooking stoves done carefully and wisely. WE REQUIRE THAT FIRES ARE DEAD OUT BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP, NO COALS, NO SMOKE AND ALL PROPANE TURNED COMPLETELY OFF!!! Personally, I prefer the bank overlooking the stream. Cool your feet on a hot summer day in Rock Creek (the main attraction). Enjoy the evenings around the fire pit for an extra $10/day which includes the firewood. There are complimentary tables, BBQ, chairs. Did you know the coolest porta-party in the galaxy awaits your visit? Yep, true. Attractions: Spirit Mountain Casino is only 4 miles away, The Oregon coast is a 25 minute drive as well as plenty of vineyards. Also enjoy 100+ miles of hiking trails. The trail head is only 1 mile from camp. I'm available to answer any questions you have and look forward to your visit. We ask if the ground is wet (rain for 24+ hrs) you keep your car on the gravel driveway and not drive in the grass (causing ruts). Don't be a turd. Respect the Hideout. If you plan on partying and/or staying up late around the campfire, don't book this. I have neighbors and respect them. Go do your party booking elsewhere, please. Lastly, if you are bringing dogs, you'll most likely get a bit of barking from the dogs to the east for the 1st hour. I just want to be honest and warn you.
