This was a great place to spend the night. Soft grass for tents was nice, the site we stayed at was in a field surrounded by flowers, there were 3 other sites in the field, but they were spread out with lots of room. Beautiful blooms and grounds to explore.

Directions were clear, well maintained property, camping ground was beautiful and peaceful! Only issue was no flush toilets, but that's listed correctly. Didn't get to try the showers. Would come again and highly recommended campsite.

We really enjoyed our one night. We got in late and found our meadow site. It was quiet and we were asleep in minutes! The next morning we lingered until 11:30 a.m. drinking coffee and wondering the lovely property. Including walking on a path throug a field of wildflowers. We will be back!

This was a great place to camp! We loved the open grass field to stay in because it gave us tons of room between other campers. Being surrounded by all of the beautiful flowers when you wake up is amazing. The walking trails full of hydrangeas and different types of flowers was very beautiful. The out houses were clean and taken care of. Over all, we really liked the Hydrangea Ranch and will definitely be returning again soon.

The hydrangea ranch is beautiful and our campsite in the meadow had lovely views. It’s unfortunate that heavy construction began around 7:00 am the next morning, just across the river, off Patricks property. It was so noisy we left early. Aside from the noise, everything was as described.

My partner, dog and I all loved our stay here! We got get engaged during our weekend on the coast and this place was a dream to stay at! The farm is absolutely beautiful and I felt lucky we found it. Our campsite was right next to the wildflowers and although you could see the other campers it wasn’t a big deal at all, they are plenty far. I loved walking around in the evening and seeing all the beautiful flowers. The wheel and water feature makes it feel like you are camping right by a river which was nice too. Will definitely come back!

Hydrangea Ranch or “The Flower Farm” as we referred to it, may have been the best camping spot we’ve had! The weather was warm yet not hot, the grass under our feet was lush (no stickers!), the scenery absolutely beautiful and the staff helpful upon request. It was low stress, low noise and other campers were placed far enough away so that we didn’t bother each other or feel the need for introductions. The ranch has plenty of clean port-a- potties, and a shower facility and trash cans. There is a small barn that provides water and electricity if you are in need, that also has a water wheel that creates a great ambiance / background sound. Adjacent to the farm is a nice river you can enjoy as well, with easy access. We enjoyed the freedom to walk the property with our pups and check out what was blooming and envisioning what a wedding would be like at their facility. The wildflower field view was the best! Personally, I don’t think one can beat botanical blooms and camping all in one spot except at the Hydrangea Ranch. Thanks for sharing your spot with us Patrick!

By far one of the best hip camps I've ever been to.. the site was clean and thoughtfully spaced our from other campers. The shower house was awesome and nice and hot. The trails were enjoyable.. most importantly I want to emphasize how amazed we were of the craftsmanship that was put into everything he had created to make this oasis.. Will be making a point to come back and see what more he creates throughout the years.

What an amazing experience. The Hydrangea Ranch is absolutely beautiful, well curated but not too well... just the right amount of nature, fields of wildflowers, hydrangeas everywhere you look. The site was had, Open Sky, was really just the edge of a large meadow on the east side of the property. But it was fantastic. Quiet, peaceful, engaging. There were other campers but they felt far away. Amenities included water in the small barn, trash cans, and very clean porta-potties a short walk from the meadow. As we were dry camping, this was perfect. Patrick was responsive and helpful. Don't count on much native connectivity—Verizon barely worked—but there appears to be wifi on the site, though once we got our satellite up we didn't need to use it. Overall, a wonderful long weekend at a location close enough to Tillamook, Bay City, Cape Lookout, and even Pacific City that the quietude and semi-isolation was welcome. We will be back.
