We have a free-range farm atmosphere, with 2 kids, 2 large dogs, 2 cats, and 12 chickens. We allow Hip Campers to bring animals on the property with the understanding that they are not allowed in the tiny house and that they are good around children and other animals, as our kids and pets are often running around the land. We have firewood and fresh eggs for additional fees. THERE IS NO TOILET on the property. This is not a tent camping site unless you bring your own portable toilet set up. No smoking in the Tiny House. This rustic property is close enough to Hwy 101 and downtown to be convenient, but far enough away to enjoy all the wildlife the Siuslaw River has to offer. Bird watching at its finest! Not to mention the view of Old Town! This little slice of rugged heaven is just above the Siuslaw River and right off of Hwy 101. There is a steep gravel driveway, but once at the top, it is flat, and the view is pretty amazing. From camp, you can see Old Town. Gaze down at the Siuslaw River and all the wildlife that comes with it! We regularly see deer, red-tailed hawks, ospreys, and bald eagles. We have also had a bear that passes through, so beware of leaving food out. There are plenty of places to hike and visit nearby dunes, rivers, lakes, parks, and the ocean. Enjoy Florence's amazing food (ask the host for her favorites). It is quite an "up and down" walk to Old Town for dinner, or you can bring back take-out and eat it in the tiny house (no electricity or running water). Take a short walk to Prichard State Park for clamming or just relax with a book and feel the breeze off the river.  Whatever you enjoy, we’re sure you can find something close by!

The spot was easy to find. The view is really nice. We booked for only one night as we were just looking for a safe night to sleep while fishing the Siuslaw. We sat up our sleeping mats and blankets and slept inside the little tiny building in the property. We brought our own bathroom set up. It worked out really nice for what we needed. We will stay again!

Very well installed, level site with the 3 services. The stream right next door and the small fireplace with burnt hardwood, were very popular. What to say about the visit of the deer every day. We didn't have the chance to meet our guests. Small downside, a little too close to the street, quite busy Friday night but the day and Saturday night it was perfect. Très bien installé, site de niveau avec les 3 services.le ruisseau juste à côté et le petit foyer avec du bois franc à brûlé,furent très apprécié. Que dire de la visite des chevreuils à tout les jours. On n’a pas eu la chance de rencontré nos hôtes. Petit bémol, un peu trop près de la rue, assez passante vendredi soir mais le jour et samedi soir c’était parfait.

A great location near Florence! We walked across the bridge to Old Town and really enjoyed the privacy, the view of the river, and the town of Florence! It was extra nice to have the chance to plug into power here: our solar panels do great, but the Oregon coast can be a bit cloudy! Many thanks for letting us use your great spot!

This spot is easy to access right off 101 and close to restaurants and beaches. The site has a lovely view especially at night, and the host was very friendly and welcoming. There was some road noise but I sleep with ear plugs so it didn’t bother me.

This spot definitely was a gem! Very quiet and private :) the kids loved the room to run and play, especially in the river. We were able to use our paddle boards to explore. The outdoor kitchen was one of the best features. We brought our small RV and we were able to cook and do dishes outside, which is a plus because it can get quite crowded in the RV at times. The string lights were a great addition for the evening s'more time!

Truly a gem of a campsite! Such incredible views! Went up there with the Pop-Up camper trailer, no issues getting up or down the hill. Be warned the gravel road is pretty steep, but very doable with a small camper. The farm fresh eggs were delicious as well! I will definitely be staying here again next time I'm in the area!

We had a fantastic time at this spot! Everything was provided. I especially loved the teepee and bell tent. The provided cot was plenty cozy. The compost toilet was clean and kept up. It's right on a road, but very few cars came by in the four days we were there. The river was a great escape from the heat. I highly recommend this spot!

Hollie’s hip camp is well stocked in a beautiful area. The teepee and canvas tent held several cots to sleep on. The site was very clean and well thought out. The river is very clear about waste high in most areas, deep enough to float. Even though it is right off of the highway the traffic is very light and was not noisy. I would definitely recommend this site.

Please be careful when using Google maps, for whatever reason it has taken several people to other places other than mine. I posted a picture of the entrance of my property, hopefully this will help. Hurlys Hideaway is a very nice location located approximately 2 miles from the town of Tillamook. Very close to the beach Sand Lake various Rivers for fishing kayaking swimming Etc. Approximately 4 MI from Netarts Oceanside area, Netarts Bay, Cape Mears. A very nice location to be able to access all of these activities in Tillamook County. My land is Timber, some clearings, we'll see how this goes I'm just getting started. Also, I just learned that the transient tax for Tillamook Oregon is an additional 10% and I hate to do this but I'm going to have to raise my prices $5. If you are coming from Town, I'm 2 mi. from the hospital west on hwy. 131. Look for the purple Minnesota Vikings bus shack. I also put up a hipcamp sign just up my driveway a bit. If you are coming from the south on Fraiser road, turn right when you come to hwy. 131. I'm less than a quarter mile on your left. Also a heads up lately I've had a few people that are having a hard time booking and I learned from another camper if you're staying one night you actually have to select two days it includes the day you check out I just experienced that with another camper so just a bit information I don't know if hip camp changed something or what, but if you're staying one night select two days and it'll work.

Welcome to Sunset Bay Meadows! We have several tent/RV sites, a yurt, and one group camping site. Once a dairy farm and part of the old Simpson estate our property offers mushroom picking seasonally whey you may find Chanterelle & Hedgehog mushrooms. We're close to the beach and the Sunset Bay Golf Course is on the same property. Lots of hiking trails and you can connect with Sunset Bay State Park our neighbor. We have a private, secluded campground that is wind sheltered with approximately 20 acres of space in which to use our covered table, picnic tables, fire pit, fire rings at individual campsites, BBQ, sauna and outdoor propane-fired shower. The camp area is tucked away among large spruce trees and open meadows which lead to endless trails on the property, with the option to buy a round of golf at Sunset Bay Golf Course, which is right next door to the camp area. We’re just short of a mile from Sunset Bay, where you will find kayaking, fishing and a great spot for kids. The Whiskey Run mountain bike trails are a short drive away and are truly world-class trails. The Sunset Bay State Park has a huge trail network that spans the cliff line all the way from Sunset Bay to Cape Arago. Chuck’s Seafood in Charleston is a great spot to pick up local seafood. BBQ some oysters on the grill or pick up some fresh fish and enjoy the bounty of the coast. Charleston, just 3.5 miles away, also has some great restaurants and local shops to truly make your stay memorable. Only friendly dogs allowed and leashed or under voice command.

Cornerstone Ranch is a pristine Ranch of about 500 acres on the Rogue River and against the Pacific Ocean offering too many experiences to count. You can even bring your horse... FYI, Hipcamps map for site locations is not correct. Two go next to the driveway and the other four follow the creek. From the South GPS is very accurate to our driveway. Coming from the North, GPS may drop you a few driveways away as that is the property line. Keep driving about another 1/8th mile until you see the large red "Cornerstone Ranch" sign. That is our driveway. Welcome... The ranch offers 6 different campsites. Campfires are allowed (outside of burn bans), and there is a toilet in off season and Port-A-Potties during the summer on site as well. Reviews from guests: "During the night we could hear Elk and the nearby nature! When we woke up we got to visit with the horses, use the really clean port-potty, and chat with Bonnie and Chris the Hosts. They have tons of recommendations, but our favorite was the Indian creek cafe across the river. The areas so great and clean and the host cares about their guests! Would recommend!"

There is now diverse plant life on-site which attracts diverse wildlife including insects, birds and reptile. Your stay here helps us to pay the bills and keep making this small patch of earth better. The property is on a sunny bench not far from the ocean and usually above the fog line. Our location gets ample sunshine most days and is surrounded on 3 sides by a forest of trees. The property is fenced and access is by gate. There are two seperate campsites which are separated by our central garden and bamboo plantings. There is very little street traffic before 9 AM and after 4 PM Mon-Sat. Sundays are quiet. Both sites can use the portable toilet and outdoor shower. We keep it clean and odor free for a sanitary camping experience. Bring your bikes, boards and outdoor gear! Many adventures to be had here on the central coast. Your hosts are avid surfers and cyclists and can help direct you to the best spots to match your skill level. The property is close to town as well as bike loops, gravel roads and trails. We're also close to the beach. Within a short drive surfers of all levels can find something fun to ride nearly everyday of summer and fall. The 18 hole golf course is just down the street from the property and the town of Waldport is 2 miles away. Yachats is a short 12 minute drive to the south where you can find amazing restaurants where they serve fresh roasted coffee along with a large menu of drinks and treats at places such as The Green Salmon Cafe. White sand beaches are located just down the hill from us where you can walk all the way from the mouth of the Alsea river to the mouth of the Yachats river. Forested and easily accessible walking trails are also nearby. South of the property is Cape Perpetua - a natural wonderland with whales, tide pools, blowholes and a 26 mile trail system. Grassy mowed area along the Sixes River on our cattle ranch and cranberry farm. We provide an outdoor shower and composting toilet shared by the 5 camp sites. The shower water is filtered water from a shallow well, but bring water to drink. This campsite lies about 1 mile from the pacific ocean at about 15 feet elevation so it will be cooler than inland camp sites. I believe we are the closest camping to the south side of the Blacklock Hiking Trails. Also next to the Cape Blanco State Airport. (call if you want to fly in and get transport to and from the campsite). Access Road is a single lane in and out (gravel, dirt, and grass). Any towed trailers need to be pulled by a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle to climb back out (in and out procedures for trailers will be provided) Bring a fishing pole or a kayak. Sea-run trout are in the river during the summer (no motorized vehicles allowed in the Sixes River by law. No motorized vehicles in campsite besides automobiles by rule.) - Please be accurate with the number of guests in your party. Please note about lack of signage: The "walters landing" and "92220" on airport road are the only markings to indicate our entrance. We don't want to put any "campground" signs to avoid curious trespassers into the property (we only want invited guests). Campsite Rules: 1. Enjoy. 2. No motorized vehicles besides your auto. 3. Make sure your fun doesn't detract from the fun had by other campers. 4. No illegal activity. 5. Clean up after your pet in the camp and river bank area or anywhere people will be walking or playing. 6. No unfriendly pets, even if they are on a leash. Must be safe with other children and pets and livestock.

Our campground boasts four primitive sites located in an open field between a fresh water lake and the Pacific Ocean. Our campground provides a rustic escape for those seeking solace and adventure. With access to a shared private lake, guests can unwind by the water's edge, kayak, or simply soak in the beauty of the natural surroundings. Please note we do not book group campsites. Conveniently located just two miles north of Cape Kiwanda, our campground offers easy walking access to the pristine shores of Tierra Del Mar Beach. Situated between the charming coastal towns of Tillamook and Lincoln City, our campground serves as the perfect basecamp for exploring the wonders of the Oregon coast. PLEASE NOTE: Although the official address of our property is Elkton, Oregon, we actually are closer to Scottsburg/Wells Creek, which is about 20 miles west of Elkton. Tent and/or self-contained RV spaces available (NO UTILITY HOOK-UPS) just across the highway from the gorgeous Umpqua River. Could accommodate 5+ RVs or 10+ tents. Small country store and restaurant/bar within walking distance. Boat ramps within 3.5 miles. Perfect for fishing group, couples getaways, or family gatherings. We do have several dogs on the property (in fenced area away from camp sites), and they do bark when excited, so please consider this before booking. Your dog(s) or other pets will be considered if kept inside your RV/in a crate/on a leash at all times. Pet fee applies, and you must clean up after your pet(s). We live in the home on the property and can respond quickly if you need anything. Camp sites are off highway and behind a gate, mostly out of view from road; however, as we do lives on the property, it is not entirely secluded/private, and there will be noise from the highway. This is a multiple tent/RV area, and our house is at the top of the driveway, so there may also be minimal traffic passing by your site. There is abundant wildlife on our property, including deer, wild turkeys, black bears (rarely seen), many varieties of birds, and more. While this is exciting and beautiful to see, it is also very important to take safety precautions. Please keep all food contained and secure any garbage. We welcome you to our property and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Powder Creek Ranch is 362 acres, nestled into a valley, surrounded by forest in the Oregon Coast Range. The campground is in a secluded meadow next to Powder Creek, a pristine year round stream, perfect for wading and playing in. If you're looking to unplug and escape from the chaos of city life, we are all about peace and quiet and connecting with nature. Each of our 13 extra large campsites offers access to the creek, a picnic table and campfire ring. All sites accommodate RVs as well as tent camping. No hook-ups or potable water available. There are seven (7) creek side sites, one site next to a pond and all have ample space around them so you don't feel crowded. Our newest addition is a cabin overlooking Powder Creek, tucked away by itself. Solar powered. The Ranch has 1/2 mile of Nestucca River frontage where you can swim or fish, whichever floats your boat. Niagara Creek/Pheasant Creek falls is a nearby hiking trail and there are roads as well as deer and elk trails to explore all over the ranch. If you feel like venturing further, the beach is 23 miles away in Pacific City. Tillamook is 25 miles. We also offer pasture raised pork for sale. A variety of sausages (breakfast, chorizo, Italian, Bratwurst and French Garlic links) and pork chops.

Dispersed camping is situated in a quiet corner of the farm, overlooking one of our three cranberry bogs.
