Welcome to the 2026 Hipcamp Season. I am glad you found our space. We are working hard to prepare for a FUN season and can't wait to meet you! New camp amenities and new products for 2026 :) Since 2015 I have been regenerating the soil and improving this once barren property. There is now diverse plant life on-site which attracts diverse wildlife including insects, birds and reptile. Your stay here helps us to pay the bills to keep making this small patch of earth better. The property is on a sunny bench not far from the ocean and usually above the fog line. Our location gets ample sunshine most days and is surrounded on 3 sides by a small forest. The property is fenced and access is by gate. There are two seperate campsites which are separated by our central garden and bamboo plantings. There is very little street traffic before 9 AM and after 4 PM Tues-Sat. We have new neighbors - Lincoln Animal Shelter. Dogs can be barky at times. We have installed an outdoor water feature to add soothing sounds. Both sites can use the portable toilet, shower and sink. We keep them clean, odor free and sanitized. Bring your outdoor gear! Adventures aplenty here on the central coast. Your hosts are avid surfers, cyclists, hikers and can help direct you to the best spots to match your skill level. The property is close to town as well as bike loops, gravel roads and trails. We're also close to the beach. Within a short drive surfers of all levels can find something fun to ride nearly everyday. The 18 hole golf course is just down the street and the town of Waldport is 2 miles away. Yachats is a short 12 min drive to the south where you can find amazing restaurants like The Green Salmon Cafe where they serve fresh roasted coffee along with a large menu of drinks and treats. White sand beaches are located just down the hill from us where you can walk all the way from the mouth of the Alsea river to the mouth of the Yachats river. Forested and easily accessible walking trails are also nearby. South of the property is Cape Perpetua - a natural wonderland with whales, tide pools, blowholes and a 26 mile trail system. Enjoy the scenic 15 mile drive from the farm to get there. Shop our "Extras" and "Experiences" and please ask if any questions.

Site 2 aka Freedom Camp is dedicated to tent campers only. The site is located in a flat grassy space located near the NW corner of our farm. It is an approximately 20 x 20 site that backs up to a row of trees and blackberry bushes (usually ripe berries from mid August - October). You can, at times, hear the ocean from your tent. This site receives warming sunlight from just past day break 'til late in the afternoon. It faces our hemp field and has a nice vibe with the veggie garden nearby. The portable toilet is around the corner as well as recycling, compost and trash bins. Easy access to our outdoor shower - it's open air with no enclosure so bring a bathing suit to use while showering. Afternoons can be breezy and tents should be staked down. Please keep your pet on leash at all times while on our property. Great dog walking areas right outside our gate, in town and on the beaches nearby. Campers will park outside the fence and go through the single gate. *One additional vehicle is allowed to park in the reserved area outside fence as well. Cyclo-tourists (touring cyclists w/out vehicle) are our favorite! Contact host prior to booking to receive an additional 10% discount on your stay.

Site 1 aka Bamboo Camp is sunny and south-facing with garden, mountain and forest views. You can hear the sound of the ocean from this site especially when the waves are big. It is situated in a small meadow that is 600+ sq ft. On the north and east sides it is surrounded by an ever growing collection of medicinal and biodynamic plants, colorful flowers and plentiful bamboo. Looking south you will see the hemp (cannabis) field and the vegetable garden is to the west. This spot is perfect for unloading your boards and/or bikes and getting situated for your next adventure(s). There is plenty of space at Bamboo Camp to spread out a bit. Bring some funky lights and positive vibes. Let's party. Carefully drive straight in or back your vehicle in through the gate being careful to avoid the fence and the water wellhead. Ask for assistance and if available we'll gladly get you in and set up. Put out your tent, pop up your camper or slide open your van door. Feel free to set up camp chairs, portable table, etc. The portable toilet is located nearby this site and solar and motion lights make it easy to see at night to walk around if needed. Potable water is also just feet away via a spigot/hose. Recycling, compost and trash bins are provided for guests. Sink w/ hot water for dishwashing is available. Just remember to always pick up after yourself and leave no trace. Easy access to our outdoor shower - it's open air with no enclosure so bring a bathing suit to use while showering. Afternoons can be breezy and tents should be staked down. Please keep your PET ON LEASH OR IN VEHICLE AT ALL TIMES while on our property. Great dog walking areas right outside our gate, in town and on the beaches.

The Plant Based Deluxe Glamp is a short-term rental intended for plant-based (vegan and vegetarian) lifestyles only - no exceptions thanks. *We do not allow meat to be cooked inside this property. As a matter of fact, meat has never been cooked here! Tobias, your host, has subscribed to a Whole Foods Plant Based lifestyle since 2012 and now wants to share this cruelty-free 600 sq ft accomodation with like-minded Hipcamper's. All the basics needed for an enjoyable and economical stay on the coast can be found here along with some peace and (usually) quiet and of course nothing but Positive Vibes! *This deluxe-glamping rental does not have an indoor toilet. Guests will use the porta-potty that is located just a few steps out the front door. But the place does have Non-toxic / Zero VOC Eco paint by Sherwin-Williams, bamboo flooring, a kitchen, off-street parking, indoor shower, close access to Yachats, Newport, Waldport and more! Take a walk in our pollinator garden and insect, bird, reptile sanctuary. Meet the other guests camping on-site. Take a nice stroll in any direction. Park next to the man gate (see photo) and let yourself in with key (key location will be emailed to you before arrival). 2 people max are allowed to stay here and no pets are allowed. - no exceptions. Indoor shower, bathroom sink. Stainless double kitchen sink, full sized fridge with freezer, cookware, utensils, dishes and glasses etc for two. Close to the beaches, town, parks and restaurants. Living house plants throughout the interior of apartment.
