Welcome to Riverside Camping on the Siletz River! Come and enjoy the peaceful setting riverside, under the large Spruce trees. We have a wide variety of wildlife including Otters and numerous birds. We are just 10 min from Lincoln City Beaches and about 20min to excellent hiking. Our one designated site, closest to the river bank we call the Riverside Site. It can be reserved for up to 4 people. It can only accommodate smaller tents, campers, pop up trailers, small pod-type trailers and larger rigs up to 15'. has a rustic firepit and your own deck for viewing the river. For groups of 5 or more or people or camping with large 10 person tents or trailers over 20', there will be an additional fee and you will need to set up camp in our Riverwood Site, about 150' from the riverbank. You will still have full access to the deck and firepit in the other site but, larger rigs cannot maneuver in the site without tearing up the grass and leaving ruts on our property. **Please note**When you make the reservation you will add an "Extra", ADDITIONAL CAMPSITE. We have clean, indoor bathroom facilities that include a shower! It is in the downstairs of our house and is a separate apartment. There is a small living area to hang out if it is raining, a dining area, kitchenette with barista bar, microwave and small fridge if you need it. It is about 150' walk from the campsite. It is visible from the campsites but, still feels private. We also offer our little Bunkie, the Glass House for an extra fee. The Bunkie sleeps two comfortably. It has a nice mattress (Please bring your own sleeping bags), a comfy bench, a coat rack, remote control lights and a nice electric heater. There are curtains all around for privacy. You'll use the bathroom facilities in the apartment. All of our guests have full access to our personal dock to get down to the water. Feel free to fish off the dock, swim, Kayak, SUP or just enjoy the evening on the dock. Our property is about a 10 minute drive to the Ocean/Hwy 101, just south of Lincoln City. You'll have this Hipcamp all to yourself.

Campfires allowed
Firepit. Rustic firepits are at each camp site. We do not have firewood on site at this time. PLEASE EXTINGUISH ALL CAMP FIRES. We provide water to do so and a fire extinguisher in an emergency for grass fires.
Toilet available
Flush toilet. We have an indoor toilet about 150' walk from the camp site. It is our downstairs apartment.
Pets allowed
On leash. A note about what we have learned hosting guests with dogs for the past 3 seasons: We are dog people and want to welcome all guests and their dog companions if your dog is "reactive" or aggressive toward other dogs this may not be the best place to camp. We have 2 Heelers, Luna is a Blue, 6yo and Piper is a Red, 4 yo. They are well behaved, good dogs and recall with just a whistle. When our guests arrive, they WILL come over to "welcome" you. Once they understand you are supposed to be there they will mind their own business. When we let them out of our house we try to keep them over by our house so they don't bother our guests. We have had dog guests who become protective of their campsite, they are dogs and are protecting their people. Our dogs are respectful of the signals. We just want everyone to be aware.
Potable water available
Tap, hose. We do have tap water available just bring your own jug.
Cooking equipment present
Communal, fridge, sink or other dishwashing station. We have a kitchenette for all guests to share. It has a sink and microwave. We also provide an electric kettle for hotwater and we have coffee, tea, cocoa, cider, sugar, sweetners and creamer.
Picnic table present
We have ordinary tables with table cloths.
Wifi available
Our WiFi passcode is given out only in emergency. The idea on our property is to unplug.
Playground available
We do not have a "playground" per se but, the area grassy for running around. There are trees to explore around. We do have a sand box we built for our grandkids. Just let us know if you’d like to use it.
No showers
There is a shower but, it is a luxury to this campsite and not advertised.

WE ARE A "PACK IT IN, PACK IT OUT SITE". DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TRASH ON SITE. We do not have garbage service and we require our sites be as you found them for the next guest.

We loved Debbie’s place! Instructions were clear & the site was easy to access. We loved having the place to ourselves & were delighted by the Siletz River, one we had never heard of. This made for a convenient stay during our coastal roadtrip, a spot that wasn’t just “any other old place to stop for the night.” We parked our truck camper in the grass with a view right out to the river deck, fire pit, and chairs. Access to the small apartment was such a bonus! The living room, full bathroom, and kitchen (with provided coffee options) gave us a nice space to hang out for a bit when it was wet out. The property is very cute, with a small sandbox our toddler also liked. (Though we were alone for our stay, the Hosts usually live on property with their dogs). The bunkie looks like a nice add-on option if you’d like a bed as well & if we had had more time, we would’ve taken advantage of the kayak rentals. Debbie was super communicative!

Loved car camping here. Lot is large and the view is stunning. Directions were clear and instructions were easy, straightforward. Communication with the host was great. Overall we will come back and share with friends.

The property is so peaceful and beautiful. However, the Glass house that we reserved was not at all what we thought. It was very dirty, full of spiders, both dead and living, but the worst was that it was full of mildew and smelled of mold. But if you bring your own tent, the two docks are wonderful to hang out on. And the river is great for Paddle boards. The bathroom area was good for running water and a flushing toilet, but was in great need of being cleaned. We cleaned the toilet and took out the bathroom trash left by previous renters. The mildew smell was pretty bad in that area too, my husband is highly allergic and kept sneezing. But if you are into birding, the property is great for that! The neighbor dog comes over at will, and although not aggressive did bark at us repeatedly despite our best efforts to befriend him.

This camp is a clearing under tall trees located between 2 homes, with a beautiful view of the river. It was dark and quiet at night. There's a deck for sitting on and viewing but it's not the same one to access the river. River access is in front of the hosts house. Debbie's facilities are wonderful. A clean bathroom, morning drinks and even a microwave and little refrigerator. Theres a comfy couch if you get rained out! This location is perfect for playing in Lincoln city and then returning for the night. Info if you're wondering about presences of dogs; They were barely around, quiet and friendly. We would recommend this site for anyone with minimal camping gear, because Debbie has you covered.

This camp is in a beautiful park-like setting of big fir trees and lawn on the bank of the Siletz River. The sunsets from our site's deck on the riverbank were amazing, and in the evening there was a surprising lack of mosquitos! The available kayaks and SUP's added a layer of fun. The hosts were not on site but did stop in to make sure we were comfortable - very friendly and generous folks. Water and restroom on site. This place is about 10 miles from the beach and town, so it's peaceful, yet close to the action if you are looking for it. Would highly recommend.

This place is fantastic! My siblings and I came here for a reunion and it was a great space for it. The area is beautiful and there’s plenty to do. Kayaking, paddle boarding, the ocean and plenty of good eats. Our hosts were very helpful, friendly and have set up a really great space

Absolutely gorgeous. It’s a little pricier than other hipcamps but worth every penny. Being the only camper, a deck right on the river with tables to set up your kitchen, next to a fire ring and an indoor bathroom/hot shower and hangout area and fancy coffee station made the visit feel so relaxing after a long drive. So incredibly peaceful and quiet. Me and my dog loved it and hope to come back.

If you are looking for a place to crash near Lincoln City this site works well. The neighbors and owner’s home are close but the access to a nice bathroom, various beverages and a deck overlooking the river is nice. Debbie is quick to respond and very helpful. Be aware some tree branches hang low as you travel through the yard to get to the spot and the neighbor’s dogs do wander. Otherwise great location.

We loved having our trailer next to the river bank and a deck space to enjoy the occasional boat puttering up or downstream. We rented the double kayak and took it out a few times to get some exercise and enjoy the serene river - even saw a beaver. A peaceful location.

Our whole family truly enjoyed our stay at Debbie’s Riverside site. The property was very private & serene & was a great spot for us to camp with our reactive dog. Debbie & her dogs were not on site while we were there but the neighbors do have dogs. Still, our Boxer was able to be calm & we were all able to relax. We used the SUPs & the tandem kayak & experienced so much beauty on the river. We saw otters, seals, fish, geese & at night we went down to the dock to watch the bats feed on mosquitos. The bathroom is very clean & the kitchen was a great spot for us to wash dishes. The site had two folding tables that we could use to prep food & the fire pit was perfect for evening smores & keeping warm. We would definitely camp here again!

Omg! This Hipcamp is amazing! We LOVED being right by the river, so calming & peaceful. Also to have the opportunity to go in the river is so much fun. Even though it was July 3rd, and we expected lots of noise from neighbors, etc, there wasn’t a lot of noise. We felt safe, it was homey, and the indoor space where the guest bathroom was is very cute. Definitely will come back to this space.

Great camping spot, nice privacy. We had a blast playing on the river (and in it 🤣) we immediately booked again after we left. Use of kitchen and bathroom an added bonus ❤️ there is zero cell signal though, plan accordingly.

Such a beautiful place to camp. We said three nights and it was silent and nice to be camping by ourselves. The dogs loved it and one of my dogs was sad to leave but we will definitely be back. This is the perfect place for someone that has a dog that doesn’t do well round others. There is so much they offer and even supply items that you may forget (like paper towels). This place is definitely a 10/10 and worth going to!

I love camping, but sometimes it's just a lot to manage with the family. Having an indoor bathroom with a hot shower near the river was amazing. Having a counter with a kitchen sink, coffee, creamer, and all the most elaborate fixings was divine. Having a table near the site for cooking and meal prep was also amazing. It was camping with luxury and access to the water, which suited us just perfectly.

I went here with my family last year and it was a blast. I was worried with the change in only being able to rent one campsite, there would be an issue with my reservation. Debbie was helpful and communicative with the logistics of adding the glass house to my reservation. They've added scented mildew removers and a nice full-sized bed (was an inflatable before) since we were last here which was fantastic and comfortable. Some reviews complained about the mildew smell, but it's a glass studio located in tidewater, whose location in the yard was changed via a flood like a decade ago, it's a wet place to camp, it's unsurprising a campy building would also be damp, but with these added tools, the heater and dehumidifier, the glass house was inviting, cozy, and completely enjoyable to sleep in. Our lanterns (solar) couldn't recharge (cloudy coastal) so in the evening we utilized the kitchen table for our scrabble game. The features Debbie provides at the riverside site for guests are the best I've experienced so far. The quiet autumnal evenings and the eerily beautiful misty mornings has me searching for my own siletz property to buy some day! The only thing I could wish for to improve my stay would be a hot tub to accompany the fantastic location! Lol.

Pretty space along a river between two homes and tall trees. Had the place entirely to myself, and it was peaceful and so quiet. Access to the river via a dock close to the camp was nice. Hot water kettle in guest kitchen and a bathroom with a shower were nice to have. Good to be upstream from the coast a bit for some change of climate.

This was a great place to camp for a night, but *make sure you confirm that you will have the Riverside Camping site.* We reserved the Riverside site, and then 1 day before our stay were told that we would be placed in the second “Riverwood” site, because another group had been promised the riverside site. So while the other campers were very quiet and considerate, we didn’t have the experience we expected. Otherwise, the indoor space was very thoughtfully set up - with a small fridge, microwave, tea kettle, and tea/coffee selection in the kitchenette. There was also a wall heater for cold weather. As others have mentioned, the road is close to the campsite, but after around 9pm we only heard the occasional car going by. We felt there were enough trees to offer some privacy from the house / neighbors. Debbie wasn’t at the property while we were there, but made sure we had detailed directions. We didn’t receive the wifi information, and the shower wasn’t available during our stay.
