Good access with our camper van with great directions given by Todd because, as he said, GPS would take you to the main house. Perfect spot with campfire spot and lovely running creek with small swimming hole deep enough to get a good dunk. Very private with just the company of grazing cattle. Our dogs absolutely loved their time here, as we did.

Shady creek campsite
Great little getaway. Beautiful spot. Very private. Kids had a blast splashing in the creek. Lots of birdlife and some friendly neighbouring cattle. Great location between Maleny and Kenilworth if wanting to do day trips.

Shady creek campsite
We loved our stay at Shady Creek. Set up beside the small creek (Still deep enough for a dip). The dogs had a great time running around and nights beside the fire were perfect!

Shady creek campsite
Great little shady spot near a beautiful creek. Friendly cows roaming the property. We were fortunate to see some calves only a few weeks old.
Creek was gently flowing and deep enough in some spots for dogs to have a swim.
Site was clean with good size fire pit.

Shady creek campsite
We loved our time here on Todd’s land! Beautiful space and very private. The neighbours did use the access once, but it was no issue at all. The creek was perfect for our dog and it’s close enough to Maleny for a look around. We will be back!

This campsite was absolutely dope! Sure, a couple cars might drive through to access the neighbouring property and campsites but it's a very quick pass-by & I don't know why previous campers kick up a stink about it. The site has at least 4 or 5 different spots that you could set up so options are plenty. Close to creek or close to trees or in an open grass patch etc. The creek is amazing and you could rock hop up/downstream for kilometers! The surrounding landscape is large, open and inspires 'zen' for sure with the occasional 'moo' from free-roaming cows. This is a property I'd consider as one that I could visit frequently to escape city noise entirely.

Beautiful place! had beautiful cows and stream and had a campfire as well, we enjoyed looking at the stars at night and the sunrise in the morning. Todd was very responsive and helpful with the directions into the farmstay too! Would recommend if you have a 4 wheel drive, our campervan struggled a little

Beautiful location next to a little creek, lots of beautiful trees with kookaburras, lovely and peaceful. The site had a great fire pit.
The instructions and signage to get to camp were really clear. The camp is 15 mins to Maleny, fantastic location.

Great spot, lovely host. Flat, grassy areas for tents or campers. Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to bad storms but the host kept in contact and was very helpful.

Great off grid stay. We booked our stay last minute and Todd was able to accommodate. He ensured he mowed the site and even left firewood. Appreciate his flexibility and ability to prepare for our stay at short notice. Will be back.

Great spot for a weekend escape. Right on the river with a small waterfall. Plenty of room for the dogs to run around and have a swim.

Shady creek campsite
We loved our three night stay at Shady Creek Camp. Large flat area to set up. Very private with a little swimming hole in the creek to cool down. Short drive into Maleny for supplies or a look around. We took our dog who also loved the camp. Three nights were not long enough.

This is a lovely spot. As Sunshine Coast locals we don't usually venture out when sites are full in January, but when we saw that this camp is exclusive to just the one site, it was perfect for us. The grassed areas are well kept, the fire pit very handy and the creek was a refreshing dip. We will definitely be back.

Overall great campsite, plenty of shade, flat green ground, and a running creek, tick tick tick, but add states a random vehicle may go through campsite as shared by another neighbour and dogs can be of leash unless cows are around, but random vehicles became frequent vehicles and random people walking through camp ground with dogs which made things very difficult when your own dogs are roaming free as add states, maybe this was just bad timing as festive season but definitely misleading info. Thanks

Spent a lovely relaxing few days here at shady creek. Lots of shade which kept it cool being summer and nice breeze. But had quite a few 4wd enter/exit the gate and pass through our camp area to go to another camp area we didn’t know about “The summit” so we thought the price per night was quite expensive for not being private. Lovely creek to sit in and area was nice and shady and has ample sun throughout the day to use solar.

We were greeted by the most adorable bull with fantastic eyebrows! This camp site was lovely, we camped right next to a creek. My tween kids had a ball riding thier bikes. We hope to come back again. Host was a great with communication, no complaints at all 😊

Really beautiful little camp spot! My wife and I spent 2 nights at this camp spot and it was peaceful, private and loved having the creek for us and the dogs to cool down! Plus it’s close to Malaney which was super handy!
