We are conveniently located only 2km from the Cunningham Hwy and are set in a quiet bush location surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Scenic Rim. We have a range of accommodation including powered and unpowered camp sites, group camp areas, bunk style cabins and a fully self-contained cabin. There is never a shortage of things to do, you can take a canoe or boat out for a cruise on the lake or try your luck at some fishing. Moogerah is well known for its large Bass & Yellow belly. There is a good bushwalk at the property that takes you out to Striker point and into the gorge waterfall with spectacular views along the way. If you have a 4wd you can take a short drive up to Spicers Gap National Park. Here there is a short walk out to the Governors Chair lookout with spectacular views of the Fassifern Valley and beyond. We currently don't have a boat ramp however once you have launched your boat at the public boat ramp we have a nice bay in front of the campground where you can anchor your boat.

Option 2: From the Centenary Freeway roundabout, at ripley head 21 km along Ripley Road, which continues and changes name to Undullah Road. We have several peaceful campsites available on our off grid property near Crows Nest. Also a private glamping site with a 5m Bell Tent - with everything you need for a relaxing night away. We are 10km north of the town of Crows Nest on the Great Dividing Range. 50 minutes from Toowoomba and 2 hours from Brisbane. The hill on the property (Flat Top) is one of the highest points in the area at 700m altitude. From the hilltop, you can enjoy 360-degree views of the surrounding area, with views across the Esk Valley towards the Sunshine Coast and sunsets over the hills surrounding Crows Nest. There are 3 separate campsites on the hilltop, and another site further down the hill alongside the main driveway. It is very quiet and peaceful, yet only a 10-minute drive to Crows Nest. 4WD Recommended - dirt/gravel road and two creek crossings (through the creek bed) to get here. We have a whole beautiful valley with crystal clear spring-fed creeks, patches of rain forest and hillsides covered in grass-trees backing onto Wrattens State Forest. There's 1,375 acres of land - the boundaries of our property are the ridges of the mountains that encircle us, and many rare species abound here. This is a dog and horse friendly property but no pets allowed in the cabin. There is paralysis tick in this region - so we'd recommend treating any animal before you come and frequent checks while you're here. No mobile phone coverage at the cabin, but there is a hill you can drive (or walk) up on the property to get phone signal if needed and we have a landline phone in our house which can be used in emergencies.

There are 10 large family sized powered sites with a firepit available for each site (no water connection) situated near the dam. Access to, Hot showers (Small fee applies), Flushing toilets, Washing Machine (Small fee per load) and a Camp kitchen. The powered sites are approximately 400m from the riverbank. Confirming there are no water connections to these sites, please fill your tanks prior to coming, however; fresh water is available for drinking. Select Powered, do not add as an extra. In addition there are 7 large family sized unpowered sites with a firepit available for each, overlooking the river flats - Septic flushing toilets, Shower room (solar bag not supplied), Drinking water, Camp kitchen area, Firepits - bring your own wood or purchase from the owners (please do not source firewood from the roadside due to animal habitats). Hot showers are available near the dam camping area for a small fee. There is no option to add power here. Strictly unpowered. We are dog friendly and also wheelchair accessible in the Bush Kitchen and Wallaby Wash House. Bertha the Retro van and Gertrude the Gypsy Wagon are not wheelchair accessible. Mango Lodge is a totally wheelchair accessible timber cabin which has an outdoor bath. 24 hour security access to your own private campsite. Free wifi, hot showers, flushing toilets, fully equipped bush kitchen and laundry. We have a designated area for dog lovers called Dogs Corner. There is a lovely paddock for the dogs to take in the country atmosphere and located right next to the 40 acre nature reserve with 4kms of walking trails, what better way to Escape, Relax and Unwind. 69 species of birds have been identified on the property to date. We also provide dog minding services! Photo updates supplied. Cost is $50 per day (add to your booking). All you need to do is supply your dog bed and food. Recently our guests enjoyed a trip to Fraser Island and were very impressed with the service provided. So if you love your fur baby and you still want to have a holiday experience, just come and stay here and we can enhance your stay by giving your fur babies a holiday too. You may be moved to a different site if your chosen site is too wet. We use Good Riddance products for the midges & mozzies during summer because it works, its non toxic + deet free. We have dry firewood (hardwood) available on the verandah for $15/15kg crate. There are plenty of sites to choose from. One vehicle = 1 site - more than 1 vehicle can fit on any of the sites.

Mango Lodge is a totally wheelchair accessible timber cabin which has an outdoor bath. 24 hour security access to your own private campsite. Free wifi, hot showers, flushing toilets, fully equipped bush kitchen and laundry. We have a designated area for dog lovers called Dogs Corner. There is a lovely paddock for the dogs to take in the country atmosphere and located right next to the 40 acre nature reserve with 4kms of walking trails, what better way to Escape, Relax and Unwind. 69 species of birds have been identified on the property to date. We also provide dog minding services! Photo updates supplied. Cost is $50 per day (add to your booking). All you need to do is supply your dog bed and food. Recently our guests enjoyed a trip to Fraser Island and were very impressed with the service provided. So if you love your fur baby and you still want to have a holiday experience, just come and stay here and we can enhance your stay by giving your fur babies a holiday too. You may be moved to a different site if your chosen site is too wet. We use Good Riddance products for the midges & mozzies during summer because it works, its non toxic + deet free. We have dry firewood (hardwood) available on the verandah for $15/15kg crate. There are plenty of sites to choose from. One vehicle = 1 site - more than 1 vehicle can fit on any of the sites.

From the very first interaction, Kathryn and Phil set the tone for an unforgettable experience. Their warm and thoughtful communication included a delightful surprise: they asked for my preferred type of bread. What arrived was the best gluten-free bread I have ever tasted—fresh, flavourful, and clearly made with care. The site itself was pure magic. I stayed during the night of the last full moon of 2025, and the peacefulness of the surroundings was almost otherworldly. The clawfoot bathtub under the stars was a highlight—soaking in warm water while gazing at the moonlit sky felt like a dream come true. To top it all off, I enjoyed my first viewing of Love Actually for 2025 on a big screen set up in the bush. Watching a classic film in such a unique setting added a cozy, cinematic touch to an already enchanting evening. Mystic Adventures is more than a campsite—it’s an experience crafted with heart and attention to detail. Beautiful little cabin tucked away amongst the trees, fully set up so you don’t need to leave. Kathryn and Phillip were so accomodating and really made the stay as easy and pleasant as possible. They made fresh bread for arrival and brought up water, ice and firewood when we ran low free of charge! They have built a beautiful fairy garden and look out point at the back which was lovely for a walk through. They really have put in a big effort with it! Outdoor bath was super lovely too by the fire. Highly recommend the property for all the amenities and what it offers and for how lovely Kathryn and Phillip are!

Our family had such a wonderful weekend away at Anita’s beautiful property. It was so peaceful, we explored the area on foot, along the creek and also in our 4WD up to a lookout high on the ridge. The horses visited us at our cabin several times, which was a highlight. The cabin was so private we felt like we had the property to ourselves. Definitely need a 4WD! And the drive to Anita’s property is so beautiful too.

We recently stayed at this incredible Platypus Bush camp by the creek, and it was an unforgettable experience. The tree houses are absolutely magical—nestled in the trees with just the right mix of comfort and rustic charm. Ours had a spacious king bed that made it feel more like a boutique retreat than a campsite. The creek itself is the real highlight. The camp spots sit right along the water, giving you peaceful views and the calming sound of running water all day and night. Whether you're relaxing in a chair by the creek or waking up to the soft morning light filtering through the trees, the whole place feels serene and refreshing. Everything is well maintained, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature without sacrificing comfort. Highly recommend—this is one of those hidden gems you’ll want to visit again and again!

You NEED to experience this place. What a most magical weekend away we had. The outdoor claw foot bath was AMAZING, it was so lovely to soak your stress away while watching the breeze in the trees! Kathryn & Phil have thought of everything you could possible imagine! The attention to detail and all the creature comforts are second to none. We enjoyed drinks by the fire at night and what a pleasure it was to have a beautiful hot shower off grid! The fairy garden is something to be experienced, so much love has gone into this magical space. Sitting having a drink at Lovers Lane is a must do as well. The bed is super comfortable too. Honestly when they say they have everything, they mean it, just pack your clothes, drinks and food everything else (even freshly baked bread & firewood) will be there waiting for you. We will 100% be back, cant rave about this spot enough! Even the possum came to say hello! Do yourself a favour and book this now, you won't regret it for a second.

Kathryn and Phil are just delightful hosts We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, relaxing and also made sure our pooch was comfortable and happy as well. The space has everything you need. Games inside to keep entertained. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc. Little touches like having the fire pit loaded with fire wood, to fresh baked bread, blankets, Cushions outside. Everything to make our stay easy and straight forward. The fairy garden is the sweetest thing ever, a child dream. Lots of pockets to sit and relax in nature. So much love has been poured into this little tiny home and its surrounds. We found it hard to leave we were so content and relaxed. Would highly recommend.

We currently don't have a boat ramp however once you have launched your boat at the public boat ramp we have a nice bay in front of the campground where you can anchor your boat.

The kitchen has fridges and freezers. There is an oven and a cooktop. There is very limited cooking equipment. It is a 500 metre walk to the house dam. It has commanding views of the surrounding countryside.You can camp or park your campervan/RV at the dam. Feel free to pitch your tent here and simply park your camping vehicle and unwind. This site is dependant on seasonal conditions as to whether or not the dam is full or empty. There are toilets, showers and cooking facilities available at our shearers quarters 500 metres away.

Mount Morgan is situated on the Dee River, 38 km south of Rockhampton, and is an old gold mining town with lots of history and two museums, a railway and a town history museum. There are plenty of lookouts to see out over the town and the mine site. The Number 7 Dam, has walking and mountain bike tracks for beginners and the more advanced. We have 6 listings available at Meyenburg B&B Glamping, 2 tent sites for campers and 6 Tents which have linen included and creature comforts. All our listings have access to toilet and amenities. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after. Mount Morgan was a mining town. Mining of clay in a nearby hill for the production of furnace bricks continuing until the early 1900s, the resulting man-made caves came to be known as the Fireclay Caverns, which contained large openings that measure between 4–12 metres in height from the cave floor. Dinosaur footprints (preserved as infills) were later found in nine different sections of the Caverns, lining the ceiling dated to the Early Jurassic. There is also a community swimming pool, skate park and general playground near the Dee River on Butler St. The town has three pubs, an IGA, and a small general store directly across the street from the camp site. The Grand Hotel is the oldest pub, and is still trading in town.

I have access to the rail trail via private property, or otherwise you can utilise Staines Road to get into Benarkin State Forestry or the Brisbane Valley Rail Trail. Dogs are also welcome who are well behaved and on a leash if others have horses with them. Please note that you MUST ensure your dog has tick prevention prior to arrival. Bookings require pre approval please. This is non negotiable to prepare for your stay. All welcome to visit and please enjoy a campsite that will only ever have 2 bookings at a time in the 1 acre camping area. Our property is situated on the banks of the great sandy strait just 400m from the Tuan Boat ramp with access to Fraser Island by boat or kayak. We are surrounded by Tuan State Forest and wetlands. There is a medium sized dam on the property for swimming.The Tuan Forshore has a park, BBQ area and picnic tables as well as garbage disposal. There is plenty of space in the surrounding forests for mountain biking, motor-biking and walking. 3km down the road in Boonooroo you will find a large park with tennis court and public BBQ's. The bowls club and Golf Club just 3km away and serve meals on weekends. This site is suitable for caravans, RV's, camper trailers. There is NO toilet facility on the property. We are VERY dog friendly and can be off lead as long as the dogs are friendly towards people and other dogs and don't bite our horses. We also have other peoples horses agisting in paddocks. Activities you can do include boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, crabbing, walking, stand up paddle boarding, bird watching, kangaroo spotting, playing in the parks, beach tennis, mountain biking, hiking etc. Camp sites are far from the main house and other sites so you can have camp fires and play music, use generators without worry. Campers will need to be self contained (rubbish and toilets) and please leave your campsite the way you found it. Don't leave toilet paper or rubbish in fire pits please. Enter / Exit the main gate by pushing the code into the key pad. Gate closes after 20 seconds once it is fully open so be quick. NOTE: ***During Summer- November, December, January and February there are midgees (sandflies) at dusk and dawn and we do recommend midgee screening or spraying the mesh on your caravan windows as the standard mozzie mesh will not keep them out. Bring coils, a fan as they hate any breeze, bug spray and long sleeved pants and tops to wear in the evenings from about 5pm-7pm!*** *4X4's are recommended if you don't stay along the fence line as it can get muddy if there has been lots of rain. Set on 35 acres on the banks of Charley Creek, it has a beautiful bush land setting adjacent to the creek. A truly tranquil experience. Recently rebranded the name to Charleys Creek Campgrounds as it is more fitting, as there is no clover, not much of a hill, and not in America (Ranch). This will also tie in with our other entities - Charleys Creek Beef and Charleys Creek Brewing. We have a number of projects on the go and planned for the Charleys Creek entities to make every stay a unique and authentic experience. "Not just a campgrounds, its the experience". You are welcome to visit us, get to know us, and be part of our journey. This campground offers toilets, showers, access to potable water, and power hook ups. Open fire pits, and fire wood available. It is a dog friendly property. The story of Clover Hill Ranch- In 2019 our livestock enterprise was struggling with the ongoing drought. Water was getting very low and we were buying hay from Victoria. One day while checking stock on our grazing property Bradys (adjacent to Clover Hill Ranch) we looked across the near dry creek and said to each other - if we are going to endure this drought we need to do something different. So we were able to acquire Clover Hill Ranch which was then being run by the CMCA under a lease agreement to the then owners. Then Covid struck and the CMCA left Clover Hill Ranch. So we took it on ourselves and it has been a journey managing our four farming blocks Riverleigh; Coleridge; The Shanti and Bradys as well as Clover Hill Ranch. Fast forward and it is now April 2021 we absolutely love it; enjoy chatting with Campers about our story and we have even organised a Farm Tour route through all of our properties. The feedback has been amazing. We are continuously doing improvements to Clover Hill Ranch with many new Powered Sites with town water and new campsites right on the creek. And everyone loves it when we bring out our trailer mounted meat smoker to put on a smoked Wagyu feast! Campers can purchase our Wagyu and Grassfed Angus beef to try while camping and can even buy some to take home. Activities available at Charleys Creek Campgrounds, Chinchilla: include camping; fishing; kayaking; motorbike riding; bird watching and bush walking. There is accessibility for RVs, camper trailers, caravans and big rigs. Pull through bays available. Camping in tents is allowed. It is walking distance to Chinchilla town centre and Lions playground. Farm tours available upon request. Bookings preferable in advance to avoid disappointment.
