Plenty of space, but it can be a bit tricky for everyone to access power from the single box. We had quite a few people crowd near us since we were closest to the main power source.
The wind in the area can be deceiving — I didn’t have tie-downs, and it bent my awning back, so definitely come prepared.
The more permanent residents in the area are friendly, chatty, and welcoming. However, there are a few random dogs roaming around. We weren’t sure if they were friendly, so it’s best to stay alert — some seem territorial.
There are plenty of toilets available, but watch out for bindies and sharp grass; I got a few in my foot, which wasn’t pleasant. Definitely wear shoes everywhere.
The horses are lovely to say hello to, and overall, it’s a nice, peaceful spot to get away from everything.

The surrounds were beautiful and peaceful. With no play equipment to keep kids busy it was a great opportunity for them to use their imaginations and make their own fun. I found the Toilet dump easy to find & use. We were also only 10 minutes drive from National Park which had rock pools for swimming & 2 bush walks. Phone reception was below average, perfect for disconnecting & unwinding.

The care takers and staff at Noosa Equestrian and camping were amazing. Very helpful and welcoming. The amenities were clean, small welcoming touches were warm and inviting. They provided a mashing machine and dryer for the small cost of $5 each. Which provides extra con if needed. They have a beautiful non powered area to camp. And a huge area with the able to have 60 powered sites. Grate for large groups. The field sits under the backdrop of a beautiful view. Only 12 km from Gympie so just a quick drive into town if you need any extra supplies. There are beautiful rock pools only 5 mins drive from the campground. We have a lovely family weekend. It was great to be able to take our dogs as well.

Super friendly and helpful staff who keeps the place clean and tidy.
You can buy firewood, ice, coffee, snacks on side.
There is plenty of room in the camping ground.
Kids can pet horses.

Such a beautiful area... but "Just over the hill from Noosa"? Must be a pretty big hill! It does in fact take at least 45 minutes to get to Noosa from the camp area. I don't understand why it's been marketed as being close to Noosa because it's actually positioned in a really beautiful part of Qld with rolling hills right near some little creeks, waterfalls and rock pools. We would much prefer to stay here than at Noosa anyway! BUT it was a bit frustrating to drive an hour further than we had planned to get to our destinations during our stay. We spent a lot more time in the car and less time resting than we had anticipated. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. The camp-site was lovely, grassy and flat surrounded by gum trees. I can see how the facilities mightn't cut it if there are a lot of guests but we didn't have a problem. The people camping beside us were extremely noisy until late and playing loud music and nothing was done about it, but if we actually were close to Noosa I guess it would be noisier!

The property is not very well maintained, the host non responsive through HipCamp. It is very overpriced in our opinion for parking in a paddock. There were quite a few permanents around (some lovely and friendly) however one family in particular very vocal and emotionally abusive towards their children, constant shouting and swearing to the point where we had to ask our little ones to go sit inside the caravan with the TV on to protect them from what we were witnessing. It’s honestly a disgrace.

Had a huge paddock to myself while I was doing a solo night camp, was write of the edge of a river system.
Only nosies at night was my fire and the wildlife. And wild roos hopping along the fence at day break.

Lovely bush site amongst the cows and Trish was welcoming, OK for a quiet overnighter.
The centre however is looking and feeling more run down and there were no horses that we could see at an "Equestrian" centre!

The location shown on the site map before booking and the actual address we received after the reservation were significantly far apart. This major discrepancy completely disrupted our travel plans.
Due to this misinformation, which we believe is the result of inaccurate details on the listing, we had no choice but to cancel and book a different accommodation.
We contacted the host regarding the issue, but they told us to reach out to Hipcamp directly. We then contacted your customer support and also submitted photographic evidence to support our case.
Your team responded promptly, which we appreciated, but we were informed that further action could not be taken without a response from the host. Unfortunately, we waited for over a week and never received any follow-up or resolution, so we had no option but to give up.
We are extremely disappointed that the host never responded at all, and that no resolution was reached despite our efforts.

Nice clean amenities and lovely rural setting. There isn't heaps to do at the property except camping and walking around, which is fine. There is lots see in the nearby area.

Was a pretty nice place to go very open and feeding the horses was nice. The amenties could not keep up with the amount of people and the river of waste that covered the road by mid weekend was awful. The ‘shop’ was only opened for the weekend. The staff were lovely and helpful when you asked for anything. Powered sites were a bit questionable had multiple people to each box with power leads running everywhere. With some TLC this would be a wonderful place but definitely overcrowded and unable to keep up over the Easter weekend.

Like a mini camping at a farm. The hosts were super friendly when we came and arranged for us to have power even if we by mistake had booked a site without. The site was slightly muddy due to excessive rain but the hosts arranged so that er all got access to a site without issues.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be returning again. My daughter booked this camping site for her 16th birthday and the Owners and Staff were all so wonderful. I got us bogged on our first night but it was no trouble for the staff as the Owner Trevor came out with his tractor and towed us to a better camping spot. They put the slushie machine on for the kids and someone came over and gave the girls a horse brush to brush the horses. The girls were delighted. Nothing was too much trouble. The ammenities were fantastic. All round a fantastic spot.

Well set out lots of room, facilities are clean. We were unpowered and the choice of positions and places to camp were ideal. Only down side is no where to swim.
