Here, you can pick from one of our carefully selected campsites and pop your feet up and relax in nature. We pride ourselves on offering private hideaways nestled amongst the gum trees or by the gentle flows of Alan Creek. Juburra is conveniently located an hour from Brisbane between Beaudesert and Boonah, making it an ideal getaway for those seeking a quick escape to nature without a long drive. Despite its proximity to the city, Juburra feels worlds away, offering a peaceful retreat from everyday life. Beaudesert and Boonah conveniently host a range of shops for any last minute snacks (think roasted marshmallows), beverages or a hearty pub meal. Pick from the following sites: Large Groups, trailer friendly: - River Beach - River Cliffs - The Dog Leg - Cattlemans Corner (Favourite) Smaller Sites, trailer friendly: - The Yards - Squatters Rocks Proper 4WD Only (no trailers): - Drovers Attick - The Train Station Location and Accessibility: Nearby Attractions: Wyaralong Dam - Rowing, Hiking and Mountain Bike Riding Towri Sheep Cheeses - Taste and purchase handcrafted feta, camembert and blue cheese. Curtis Falls - Moderately challenging 1.7 mile walk to a beautiful waterfall. The Overflow Estate 1895 - Vineyard and fine dining. Highly recommend Beaudesert Historical Museum Beaudesert community arts and information centre For those wanting to venture slightly further afield; O'Reily's Tree top walk or the well renowned Out back Spectacular are perfect day trips. River Beach
Lovely spot and very dog friendly!
We had a fantastic time at Juburra Country Camping! The peaceful atmosphere and the view over the creek made for a perfect getaway. Our puppies absolutely loved being off-leash, playing in the water and lying in the sun. We were lucky to have the entire place to ourselves, which added to the relaxing vibe. The site was clean and tidy, and the hosts were super accommodating and easy to chat with. The only small downside was the entry to the property. It could use a bit more signage, as the address provided is more of a path through some gates rather than a proper road, and we ended up driving past it a few times. Overall, we highly recommend this spot, especially if you're looking for a peaceful stay with your dogs. We would definitely come back!

Slice of doggy paradise
The most serene and private campsite with your own private creek access and ample space for dogs to run off leash. Had the most relaxing weekend and have already booked to come back again. Thank you for having us! Sarge

The Yards
The Yards was very nice, 360 degree views of hillside. Nice breeze of wind coming from all directions when we stayed there. Had a couple of friends who were first-time campers and they enjoyed the experience and the views. Will definitely be on my re-visit list.

Dog Leg
A Beautiful land to rest with 💫
My dogs & I travel a lot for work, so we love escaping to spaces where we can really switch off & enjoy ourselves freely…this is one of them!! Definitely in rotation for days off while still being close to town & service 🐶🤙🥰

We liked the Dog Leg camp because it was a peaceful & large open space, and private from others. The hosts were kind and helpful when we contacted them.
