Hold it Flats is a 120 acre property that borders the beautiful O'Connell River that has water all year round. Take a walk around the property to check out some of the creatures that have been built out of scrap metal and bush bars that have been built all around the property. There is nice shady trees, green grass and flat camping sites right beside the river with hot showers and flushing toilets. There is plenty of room and some great tracks for the kids and the big kids to ride their push bikes on. The swimming hole is about 2 meters deep and has big shady trees on the edge. There is also enough room for kids to bring their kayaks and have a paddle along the river. We have some hiking tracks up around the hills of our property that have amazing views of the area. All campsites can be provided with their own fire pit. You just pick your spot and we will bring a portable fire pit to you. Fire wood can be purchased at the property. All rubbish must be taken with you, there are no rubbish bins provided.

Stonesthrow is a 106 acre rural property in the peaceful Illinbah Valley. Nestled between Beechmont and Canungra, we are about an hour (a stones throw) from the Gold Coast or Brisbane. Over time, the property has been used to farm goats, train racing camels and spell racehorses and is now a family hobby farm. We currently have three dogs, cows, horses, goats and some friendly donkeys who love to meet new people for some pats and a carrot! The Stonesthrow Bush Camping sites are close to the beautiful shallow creek that meanders its way through the property. These sites have access to facilities - toilets, a powered shed, kettle, fridge and a sink. Some sites offer 2WD access yet still facilitate the experience of camping in the bush. THESE ARE THE ONLY SITES THAT CARAVANS CAN ACCESS. The Stonesthrow Elevated sites are located higher up, with stunning views of the valley. These sites are only accessible by capable 4WD and require you to bring your own sealed, chemical camping toilet and ensuite tent which we sight on arrival before allowing guests access to the track. Check-in must be during daylight hours to enable safe access. Off-road camper trailers can access these sites. Friendly dogs are welcome and must be kept on a lead when in close proximity to the cottage and other campers. Please note, the availability of certain sites is weather-dependent. We are not a 4WD adventure park. Vehicles must be left at your campsite and NOT used to explore the property. Exploration of the property is welcome by foot or bicycle: 1.2 km from bottom to top. Due to insurance considerations, no 'day visitors' are allowed unless they have an approved Hipcamp booking. We are a Leave No Trace campground - ensure what you bring in, leaves with you. All camp fires must be fully extinguished with water prior to departure.

Beautiful creek walk with lots of water dragons, birds and fish in the creek. Swim in our fresh water dam. Fishing is encouraged. Please notify us if you are camping with other campers who have booked a separate site so we can have you camping beside each other During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings. All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek. We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them. It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots. There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle. This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower. Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits). The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure. Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation. The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more. We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section. Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

We are pet friendly too as long as your animals remain on a leash and are under full supervision at all times. River Run is only a short drive away from lots of great experiences, Markets, Mural trail, horse riding, adventure activities, history, museums, Festivals, art and culture that are sure to inspire. Thursday is market day in Marybrough with live music, town tours, great food fruit and veggies. Book a horse riding adventure with Hucknall Horses only 10mins away or drive on up to Hervey Bay and go whale watching or day trip to the incredible Fraser Island or Rainbow Beach. 4wd in one of the many local forestry areas and see the brumby herds. There is so much to see and do on the Fraser Coast. Just so much to see and do.

We a setup for fully self contained camping, however there is a basic bush shower/toilet available for our campers. The dam is a pristine eco area and no soap/detergents/chemicals to used in/around it. The dam is stocked with silver perch and bass – catch and release. Bunya Grove is set on 400 acres in the beautiful Mary Valley. Picturesque Bunya Grove Produce and Farm Stay is nestled just outside Amamoor in the magnificent Mary Valley. Our 400 acre property is surrounded by Amamoor, Lewis and Diamondfield Creeks providing visitors with a wide variety of flora and fauna. Bunya Grove is a working farm and offers visitors the opportunity to purchase fresh eggs, honey, fresh and frozen pork products, and fresh and frozen beef and lamb. (Subject to availability) Entry to Wagtail Way, Frogmouth Park and Cockatoo Corner are via Lewis Road, off Diamondfield Rd, Amamoor. Entry to Wallaby Rest is via Amamoor Creek Rd and Nichols Rd, Amamoor. We do not allow checkins after 5.30pm. We also welcome groups at any of our campgrounds. If you are looking for somewhere to camp as a group, celebrate a birthday or other occasion, please get in touch. Each campground is currently capped however we do have the option to add more sites if your group is larger than our capped number.

We provide 10 spacious campsites next to Blackburn Dam that has two rock jetties to allow fishing for Barra, Spangled Perch, Eeltailed Catfish and other native fish so bring your canoes or kayaks. Campers have access to a modern amenities block which has flushing toilets and hot showers. There is a powered camp kitchen for communal use. Big skies that are great for stargazing and abundant birdlife in a peaceful setting provide a backdrop for your next getaway. Cattle graze the property with the occasional donkey guarding the herd as we don't kill our dingoes. There is prolific bird life and 7 types of wallabies and kangaroos as well as other wildlife in several ecosystems. The property is located about 3 hours from Cairns or 1 hour from Cooktown on a sealed road. Once you turn off the highway, access is 4.5kms on a gravel road. The town of Lakeland is just 8kms away with a Hotel, Roadhouse, Coffee shop and 2 well stocked local fresh produce stalls. We are within an hour of Cooktown and Laura if you would like to do a day trip to the historic towns.

Yes: Rocky Creek Homestead is the venue for ""Camping with Goats"! Not only enjoy a quiet and lazy morning with a seasonal creek running along the outlook from your camp site, but you will also love our goats, and they will love you visiting, especially our goat named "Squirt", who thinks he is a dog. You will be camping with them as they roam around your camp site. We have 130 acres to explore and welcome caravans, tents and RVs. Later in the day you can walk or pushbike ride the many trails then perhaps enjoy a swim in one of the swimming holes (weather permitting). On dusk enjoy a wine, beer and some cheese by the campfire while watching the goats with their kids play. Mountain bike the many trails or walk around at sunrise to spot the many birds, wallabies, possums and the occasional koala as we are wildlife habitat. We do have a Portable toilet onsite, however, no showers and campers must take all waste and rubbish with them on departure. 1 Pet per site is welcome, however, must be kept on a leash and under owners' control at all times. We are located 15 minutes from Toowoomba for shopping, dining and 5 minutes to Withcott hotel or 10 to Murphy's Creek hotel both great country pubs. Children under 4 are free. Checkin from 11am till 6pm

Great site - Dean & Chris were awesome. Perfect for campervans / caravans (def not for tents), by a nice creek. Excellent bathrooms, good laundry, BBQs for cooking and tables. Tubs provided for fire pits - bring fire lighters if you want to use them. Overall it felt safe and comfortable.
