Please notify us if you are camping with other campers who have booked a separate site so we can have you camping beside each other. During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings. Kayaks are provided free of charge for all campers to use in Yabba Creek. Please treat them respectfully and return them back to their launching place just below the powerlines. If you wish to bring along your own kayak, you can launch them at the walkway between campsite 8 and 9 where our camp kayaks are stored, however, cars are restricted from driving down to the water edge so you will have to carry them to the water to launch them. Please note that you are responsible for your own kayak. All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek. We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them. It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots. There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle. This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower. Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits). Firewood is available and can be delivered to your site by our local contractor. Cost is $20 for a generous load or $10 for a half load. The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure. Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation. The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more. We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section. Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek.  We have 110 acres, with campsites on 40 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek has ample room for fishing, swimming and even kayaking. You Have To Camp Here!
We arrived at night time, but knew instantly how beautiful this property was going to be! It was peaceful, beautiful, lush! It is a must to camp here! Swimming, kayaking, walking/hiking, close to Kenilworth to do some 4WD tracks or boating/jet skiing at Lake Borumba if you're into that! The owners were friendly, and went above and beyond lighting our fire when we arrived to our campsite at night. We definitely will be back to visit this stunning property again. And bring your dog, they'll have to best time too!

Maluka Park
It's not surprising this place has 100% reviews. Peaceful and relaxing as we floated down the creek on our inflatables. Beautiful, well spaced grassed sites. Added bonus is the clean flushing toiletes. Great hosts. Second visit but not our last. Thanks Brian and Jeana

Maluka Park
Great property & Host 🏕️
My family had a wonderful time camping at Maluka Park. The property is beautiful and spacious, with plenty of flat spots for tents and vehicles. The creek is refreshing, and my kid enjoyed kayaking and swimming there. The Host, Jeanna & Brian are very friendly and helpful. They provided free kayaks for the campers and delivered firewood to our site. They also gave us some tips on exploring the rainforest. They are always available if we needed anything, but also respected our privacy. The campsite was clean and well-maintained, with access to flushing toilets and rainwater. The only downside was that the toilets were a bit far from the campsite, but it was not a big deal. There was also some noise from the rifle range on weekends, but it was not too loud or disturbing. Overall, I highly recommend Maluka Park for anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic camping experience. It is one of the best hipcamps I have ever visited, and I would love to come back again. Thank you, guys, for being a great host and sharing your amazing property with us! 🙌
