PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 6 SITES WITH A LEFT AND A RIGHT OPTION. LEFT AND RIGHT IS AS YOU ARE LOOKING AT THE CREEK. ALL SITES ARE NEXT TO EACH OTHER ON THE CREEK. ALL CAMPERS MUST HAVE THEIR OWN PORTABLE TOILET. Christmas Creek Bush Retreat enjoys absolute creek frontage on the banks of the crystal clear everflowing Christmas Creek. Perfect for kayaking, floating on an inflatable lounge or swimming in the warmer months or to simply watch and listen to the rapids. The property boasts 160 acres with camp sites situated on a large flat well maintained grassy paddock, all sites look out to the creek and mountains beyond. Easy access for 2WD and 4WD vehicles with plenty of room to turn around. Campers MUST be fully self-sufficient with their own toilet/shower facilities. Porta-loos are available to hire at additional cost for your stay, please message for pricing. Please place all waste in bin provided. Please ensure all waste is bagged. Dog friendly, however ALL dogs must be on a lead at ALL times and picked up after. Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits ONLY, but may be subject to fire bans. Situated a 1/2 hour drive South of Beaudesert, following the signs to Rathdowney and turning onto Christmas Creek Road that veers to the left. 26kms along the very picturesque Christmas Creek Road and you arrive at a little bit of paradise in the Scenic Rim. So much to see and do in the area, a short drive to the Lost World Tourist Drive and Tommerups Dairy to name a few. Further along Christmas Creek Road takes you past the Christmas Creek Cafe and onto Lamington National Park and bushwalks to the Stinson Memorial Crash Site and Larapinta Falls. So much to enjoy in the Scenic Rim. Please feel free to message prior to booking to ask any questions.
