We have a whole beautiful valley with crystal clear spring-fed creeks, patches of rain forest and hillsides covered in grass-trees backing onto Wrattens State Forest. There's 1,375 acres of land - the boundaries of our property are the ridges of the mountains that encircle us, and many rare species abound here. This is a dog and horse friendly property but no pets allowed in the cabin. There is paralysis tick in this region - so we'd recommend treating any animal before you come and frequent checks while you're here. No mobile phone coverage at the cabin, but there is a hill you can drive (or walk) up on the property to get phone signal if needed and we have a landline phone in our house which can be used in emergencies.

Situated on a beautiful 90 acre property in the heart of Queensland's Mary Valley just 1.5 hours drive north of Brisbane & 45 minutes west of Noosa. Private location; relaxing retreat wild life in abundence. We have two self-contained cabins as well as plenty room for extra friends and family to camp or park their vans, only can be booked with cabins, (please enquire for details). Fridge BBQ Hot Showers are included in each of the two cabins, also a Queen Bed and Kitchenette. We only allow your booking at one time so it is exclusinve no one else will be there excep you and your group or just your partner. Camp sites are only available when booked Cabins as we dont have separate amenities sorry Pets are welcome but not inside the cabins please. There is a concrete Camp fire area in betweene the cabins to enjoy the evening. Please ensure you follow directions to call in advance (24 hrs) to make arrangements. DON'T USE GPS It takes you on the bush tracks. Go 9kl past Kandanga Hotel then go over Doyles Bridge then turn left into Mitchell creek Road. Go 300 mters to white entry gate on the left ** DISCOUNT AVAILABLE FOR LONGER NIGHTS, JUST ASK! **

A wonderful trip with my daughter to get away from the city and electronics, without being too remote. Lulu the Pug had a great time pretending to be an outdoor dog.

Weekend Trip to Stargazers cabin

This is a really intentional, thought out camping spot. It is perfect if you want to camp but don’t have any of your own equipment. The bed is very comfortable, the utilities are really good. You need to find the instruction to turn off the system that initiates the water when you use the tap (they have potable water which is another massive bonus) otherwise it does make noise during the night, but if you turn it off you won’t have issues I will stay here again, the dog fence is great if you bring you dog and the property has friendly horses that come and visit

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Stargazers! It was a highlight having the cabin within a fenced off area, knowing my reactive puppy dog could run freely without straying too far. The entire cabin is magical, set with some very pretty starry lights, a bar area with a view overlooking the valley, and even a well equipped fire pit area. We were lucky enough to wake up to their three horses - Maggie, Sadie & Willow greeting us up close, which was really special! Sadly we chose to stay there on the night of a full moon, therefore didn’t get the full stargazers experience. So now we will definitely be back on a moonless night! ✨ Thankyou to the hosts Avon & Brian 😊

I highly recommend this place, you have a acres of land for yourself, my son brought his dirt bike and he absolutely love the ride around, my furbaby love the creek, he cant resist dipping to the cold water. We had a campfire and barbeques. My son and his dad had their tents set up outside while me and my daughter had the cabin with double bed. All in all, we had a good one. Heaps thanks to the host Jimmy and Kyle for having us. Imbil and Kenilworth are not far to explore too.

I had a wonderful 3 nights staying in “Hillary” at 100 Acre Estate. The van was really comfortable and had lots of thoughtful extras to make the stay feel even more homely. It was such a peaceful location and the newborn calves were very cute and playful! I will definitely be back :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An amazing family and pet-friendly getaway! We had such an amazing stay at the cabins and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. We stayed in two cabins with our family, with everyone else camping around us, which made it feel like we had our own little private retreat. The location was beautiful and peaceful, right around the creek bed, with plenty of space and privacy to relax and enjoy the outdoors. It was fantastic being able to bring our pets along too — they absolutely loved the freedom and space. A huge thank you to our host, Jimmy, who was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. It’s clear that he genuinely wants his guests to have a great experience. We had such a wonderful time, and it was exactly the kind of relaxing family getaway we needed. We definitely will be returning and would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful, private and pet-friendly escape. Thank you, Jimmy — we can’t wait to come back!

Firstly we loved staying here! What stood out the most? Well you definitely need a four wheel drive to get to the cabin! Once there you’re greeted by a welcoming cabin, trees, quiet and later, if you’re lucky, by the friendly horses.
