We are an accommodation camping ground within Crystal Waters Eco Village which is also a Wildlife Sanctuary. NOTE: No Dogs or Cats allowed. Camping at the Eco Park is great for those who enjoy the relaxing bush setting, birds and wildlife and gazing into the clear night sky. We have an abundance of Kangaroos, Wallabies, other Australian native wildlife and many Bird varieties which is an attraction for many visitors. With powered or unpowered camping/van sites, plus bunkhouse single beds and private queen bedrooms, there are options to suit most visitors. A stay at the EcoPark is a great getaway from the stresses of city living. We provide amenities block with male and female toilets, hot showers, laundry, and a covered Camp Kitchen with cooking facilities, fridges and an oven. The local village green is a 5-minute walk, providing guests with delicious food options from the Coffee Shop or the Sourdough Bakery (some times like Saturday mornings. The Village green is also host to monthly markets and music events, children's playground, shared office space, book exchange, weekly pingpong and exercise groups. Thursdays to Sunday the Coffee Shop is open with ample space on the Deck for breakfast or lunch and catch up with family and friends, or meet a new face. The Cafe is always a favourite for the whole family. The Bakery is Open Friday nights, Saturday and Wednesday mornings for Bread, Pastries and Coffees. The Conondale General store is a 10-minute drive away and Maleny is a short 25-minute drive filled with quaint cafes, Woolworths, IGA, and many attractive stores, art galleries and a bustling music venue. Formally a banana & pineapple plantation, Hunchy Hills is strictly 4WD only access property. There is a toilet and gas hot shower included. If you have a camper trailer it needs to be off-road/high clearance and you need to be experienced towing in steep and tight off road conditions. No caravans or Hybrids, too steep and tight. Sites 1-3 are large level pads approx. 12M by 12M, each with their own fire pit and seat. Site 4 is perched on the side of the hill and 6M by 6M in size. Suitable for vehicle based campers/swags/small tents with a sense of adventure, max 2 people. We have a backup spot if access is too difficult. Pets (on leash) are welcome, please ensure you pick up after them. Kids (15 and under) are free and are not counted in the maximum number of guests. Firewood is sold at the check-in via an honesty box. $20 per bag. Travel down the gravel road for about half 900m and pop out through a tree tunnel to a secluded cleared grass paddock where the toilet & sites 1-3 are situated. Site 4 is on top of a small hill separate to the main camping area. Site 5 is in its own cleared paddock, looking out to bush. Site 1 is in shade in winter and partial sun in summer. There's plenty to explore in the area with short drives to the many attractions including National Parks, Glass House Mountains, the famous Rick's Garage Diner, wineries, micro breweries and more. Go fishing at Baroon Pocket Dam and have a swim at Obi Obi Creek or Kondalilla Falls or Gardeners Falls. If you're after some saltwater it's a 30 min drive to most beaches on the coast.

Our venue and campgrounds are situated at the old Jimna State School property. The school closed in 2009 with the last students attending in 2006. It was then sold by the Qld government and has been rezoned as a Camping, Recreation and Events Venue. We have retained all the old school facilities for our campers to enjoy. There is a children’s playground and multi-purpose tennis court for everyone to enjoy. We provide tennis rackets, balls and basketballs free of charge to our campers. There is also no charge or fee to use the court. On most Sundays afternoons (weather permitting), we have social tennis where everyone is welcome to join in. The old school toilet blocks have the addition of hot showers and all toilet facilities are the flushing type. Campfires are permitted and there are small mobile fire pits provided so wherever you set up camp you can have your campfire right beside you. Note: There are no ground fires permitted and at certain times of the year Qld Rural Fire brigade may enforce a total fire ban. We have our “Caffeine Injection” kiosk on-site for the weekends and school holidays. Get your morning caffeine fix as well as bagged ice, firewood, ice creams, snacks, cold drinks etc etc Then we have the old school principals residence aka “The Bush Holiday House“. It is fully self-contained and all linen is provided. Just BYO food & drinks. We offer this for one night stays and longer. The experienc sits neatly between creature comforts and being self sufficient, which is rather how we enjoy our holidays. Sandra has catered just about for everything you could need for the space, we just happened to bring along our own head torches which came in handy for cooking in the dark a bit more hands free 🤌🤌 Sandra and her family have created a beautiful niche for a nice getaway. Her and her family's hospitality is wonderful. Thank you again!

5 nights at Nature's Edge Cottage & Campsites.

The cottage has been done so thoughtfully with lots of lovely touches & the kitchen is better equipped than ours. Miniature perfection :) The location is outstanding - so many stars at night, lots of birds - and a python. (No fish though) We saw the two lambs being born & have christened them Larry (white & black) & Lazarus (black with white tail), Lazza for short. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Very tranquil setting! Ryan and Kellie's place had everything for a peaceful stay. Kids loved the board games, the friendly cows and the walking track including the water hole. Directions to get to the camp were very helpful. Map of the property was sent to us prior to stay which helped immensely. Would definitely recommend 👌

A lovely and peacful cabin at the bottom of the property and on the edge of the forest. Loved waking up to the birds and the frogs at night. Well equiped and nicely fitted out. Really enjoyed the fire pit. Sandra was very responsive and accomodating.

The Dragonfly Cottage was a beautiful peaceful getaway for me over Easter. The cottage had everything I could have needed. It was clean and thoughtful items like epsom salts for the outdoor bath were much appreciated. I will definitely be back. I loved it.

What a fantastic stay we had, even though the weather gods were not on our side. The views were absolutely amazing and made the whole place feel really special. The full kitchen setup was awesome and had everything we needed, which made cooking and relaxing easy. The obvious highlight was the dual bathtubs and hammocks looking out to the mountains — such a great way to unwind. The yurt itself was really spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and secluded getaway.

WOW! What an amazing place. Sam is such a great host and has recently taken over the camp. Set up was lovely, amazing views and great swim holes near by. If you want to get away from the city and relax this is perfect for you. Hammocks under misting tent, baths overlooking an amazing view and an awesome outdoor kitchen. Couldn’t recommend it more!!

The cabin was a lovely spot and the cows came to visit us. Creeks were empty which was a shame but we loved the quiet isolation
