- Motor-homes and large campervans cannot make the drive (regardless of the weather)
- AWD and 4x4 no problems. Vehicles with lift will have no problems.
Our farm features bush and cleared areas on undulating hills. We are 100% off grid with fresh drinkable borehole water
The campsite has lovely green grass, access to the pool and a picnic table, and fire pit. Compost toilet, hot bush shower and rubbish/recycling facilities.
We are a small hobby farm with Bee Hives, Dogs, Cats, Chickens (a few roosters) horses, cows and a couple of pet pigs.
We are located just 35 mins from Caloundra and 45 from Maroochydore. We are close to Australia Zoo, Ewen Maddock Dam, Maleny and Glasshouse Mountains. Enjoy mountain walks and cycling.

Formally a banana & pineapple plantation, Hunchy Hills is strictly 4WD only access property. There is a toilet and gas hot shower included. If you have a camper trailer it needs to be off-road/high clearance and you need to be experienced towing in steep and tight off road conditions. No caravans or Hybrids, too steep and tight.
Sites 1-3 are large level pads approx. 12M by 12M, each with their own fire pit and seat.
Site 4 is perched on the side of the hill and 6M by 6M in size. Suitable for vehicle based campers/swags/small tents with a sense of adventure, max 2 people. We have a backup spot if access is too difficult.
Pets (on leash) are welcome, please ensure you pick up after them.
Kids (15 and under) are free and are not counted in the maximum number of guests.
Firewood is sold at the check-in via an honesty box. $20 per bag.
Travel down the gravel road for about half 900m and pop out through a tree tunnel to a secluded cleared grass paddock where the toilet & sites 1-3 are situated. Site 4 is on top of a small hill separate to the main camping area. Site 5 is in its own cleared paddock, looking out to bush.
Site 1 is in shade in winter and partial sun in summer.
Site 2 is in shade in the morning and afternoon sun all seasons.

There's plenty to explore in the area with short drives to the many attractions including National Parks, Glass House Mountains, the famous Rick's Garage Diner, wineries, micro breweries and more.
Go fishing at Baroon Pocket Dam and have a swim at Obi Obi Creek or Kondalilla Falls or Gardeners Falls. If you're after some saltwater it's a 30 min drive to most beaches on the coast.

Tucked away on a small hobby farm backing directly onto Sheep Station Conservation Park, this is a peaceful, no-frills spot for guests who enjoy the simple things in life. You’ll be sharing the property with some sheep, chickens, geese, and a friendly alpaca.
This is not a party location, but young families and homeschoolers are very welcome. Children stay for free.

This was a divine little space! It's a perfect, birdsong rich, environmentally savvy space. The experienc sits neatly between creature comforts and being self sufficient, which is rather how we enjoy our holidays.
Sandra has catered just about for everything you could need for the space, we just happened to bring along our own head torches which came in handy for cooking in the dark a bit more hands free 🤌🤌
Sandra and her family have created a beautiful niche for a nice getaway. Her and her family's hospitality is wonderful. Thank you again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great little cottage that easily accommodated our family of 5. Perfect base for exploring the area. A quick one night stop for us to attend our childs sport tournament in Caboolture. So convenient to sport ground but still out in the peace and quiet. Will be our go to for future carnivals in Caboolture.

5 nights at Nature's Edge Cottage & Campsites.
The cottage has been done so thoughtfully with lots of lovely touches & the kitchen is better equipped than ours. Miniature perfection :)
The location is outstanding - so many stars at night, lots of birds - and a python. (No fish though) We saw the two lambs being born & have christened them Larry (white & black) & Lazarus (black with white tail), Lazza for short. Thank you for a memorable stay!

This place is pure magic. I stayed here with my partner for my birthday weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect.
Surrounded by nature, we had every option to explore, but we chose to slow down, soak in the bath, and spend our nights by the fire. It was peaceful, romantic, and exactly what we needed.

Very tranquil setting! Ryan and Kellie's place had everything for a peaceful stay. Kids loved the board games, the friendly cows and the walking track including the water hole.
Directions to get to the camp were very helpful. Map of the property was sent to us prior to stay which helped immensely.
Would definitely recommend 👌

Weekend Trip to Rosewoods Eco Cabin
A lovely and peacful cabin at the bottom of the property and on the edge of the forest. Loved waking up to the birds and the frogs at night. Well equiped and nicely fitted out. Really enjoyed the fire pit.

The Dragonfly Cottage was a beautiful peaceful getaway for me over Easter. The cottage had everything I could have needed. It was clean and thoughtful items like epsom salts for the outdoor bath were much appreciated. I will definitely be back. I loved it.

Comfortable cabin nestled among trees and horses. Great for families, campfire friendly, and we opted in for a horse activity, my daughter loved being able to ride a horse. Lovely hosts, great communication. Beechmere beach is just a 5 minute drive away.

Weekend Trip to Nine Mountains Glamping
What a fantastic stay we had, even though the weather gods were not on our side. The views were absolutely amazing and made the whole place feel really special. The full kitchen setup was awesome and had everything we needed, which made cooking and relaxing easy. The obvious highlight was the dual bathtubs and hammocks looking out to the mountains — such a great way to unwind. The yurt itself was really spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing and secluded getaway.

Bribie Is is conveniently close to Lakeview, as is Beachmere. Brible has every retail outlet for supplies and eateries.

sand driving course perfection
First time on Bribie. What delight! Was busy on a weekend. We were there to learn how to drive on sand safely with a caravan. Perfect spot!
