We had a blast!! They have endless amounts of animals if that’s up your alley! My kids love the free roaming pony’s! They have a dam which we camped next to which had a kayak and picnic table , was a great spot! The kids played with ours which actually was such a highlight for the kids considering it was quiet when we went. We loved it overall and would recommend experiencing it at least once in your life. We will be back

Our group of 6 and our dog loved camping at Hidden Camp. First of all we felt very welcome by Callum and everyone else there. The campsites and facilities were very clean. We were able to interact with all those beautiful animals and soak in nature. The property is massive and you can choose all sorts of campsites, whether tucked in the middle of the trees, grass area, by the lake with the ducks, there were so many spots. Every spot has an available fire ring for your campfire, firewood is plentiful. They also hosted line dance on one of the days, where the community gets together and enjoys some food truck and practice some line dancing. They had an instructor to help everyone out from all levels, the girls in our group loved the experience. Other than that, all animals encounters were positive, horses, camels, goats, donkey you name it. My dog also loved being there, it was first time camping for him and we had heaps of privacy and an easy time. All in all an awesome experience!

I arrived and was met by the host who showed me around the main areas and I selected a nice camp site and set up my rig. Shortly afterwards I went for a walk, with my dog, around the many tracks and came across several other sites with great views. I was a bit disappointed that I hadn't seen them first! Over the next couple of days, during my regular walks, I discovered many more secluded sites, with many hidden away. The host was even leveling off several more sites during my stay. I will definitely need to look around more next time before picking my site! If you do require facilities (toilet or shower) these are somewhat limited so you may need to restrict your search of sites based on access to these, although the host did advise that they are planning to install many more. The variety of animals is amazing!

I had a wonderful stay at Hidden Camp Farm Stay. The property is peaceful, surrounded by nature, and full of friendly animals that make the experience feel unique and authentic. Waking up to the sounds of the farm and spending time around the animals was definitely a highlight of my trip. Although some facilities were still under construction, everything was clearly explained and the hosts were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and passionate about what they are building. You can really see the care and effort they are putting into creating something special. The campsite was spacious, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a long day on the road. I left with great memories, muddy shoes, and a big smile. Thank you, Callan and the Hidden Camp team. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a genuine farm stay experience in Queensland. 🌿đŸȘ🐑

Was such a nice stay, our daughter loved being surrounded by animals and why we picked this stay. Camels , horses, goats and donkeys all came right up to our camp which was very special. Callan was a great host and we will definitely visit again.

If you are an animal lover then this is your camp!!! Well laid out camping areas, fire pits , plenty of fallen wood to collect. We stayed by the dam, very clean portaloo nearby. Hosts were great, easy going , gave good directions to camp. The animals were amazing. Most were very friendly. ##tip## if you don’t want them in your camp then don’t offer them food lol. They love snacks. We took apples/carrots/ frozen peas/corn for the geese and ducks. Would definitely stay again.

Hidden Camp is a very relaxed place to stay. Callan makes you feel welcome from the get go and is very willing to help where he can. We have a huge set up and access was a little narrow through the trees at times to get to the site but plenty of room on the actual sites. The animals come right up and are a real treat. The kids loved playing on the pedal bikes and canoe provided and free to use. The dirt road inside the property does a big loop so the kids wore themselves out riding around on their bikes. Their 2 dogs, Honda and Missy roam around but are really friendly and always up for a pat. Amenities are in the process of being improved which will make a big difference to anyone travelling without a complete set up. Gorgeous sunsets amongst the camels, donkeys, horses, goats, geese, and dogs. Thanks Callan for your hospitality and stress free camp site.

We were warmly greeted at the gate by Callan. He explained the layout & said to camp anywhere we liked. The variety of animals are very friendly living in a relaxed environment. So many lovely spots to choose from. Shower, toilet & camp kitchen for anyone needing them. Callan explained the camp is relatively new & a work in progress. We found it met our needs (wandering the property & relaxing around the fire.

What an awesome place to stay! Horses, donkeys, goats, roosters, chooks, geese, ducks, camels, all ambling through the campsite, often stopping to say hello. I was lucky enough to see a five day old white donkey doing zoomies. Sunsets were beautiful and the night sky carpeted by stars was breathtaking. Callan was very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend to anyone who loves nature.

Had the best stay at Hidden Camp! Animals everywhere which made it such a cool experience. We arrived really late for check-in and he was super accommodating and understanding. Our car battery even died while we were there and he helped us jump start it straight away. Such amazing service and genuinely kind people. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

The camp was awesome, lots of privacy if you want it and free firewood scattered everywhere. Kept really clean with cool friendly animals wandering all over the place. Amenities were clean and had everything you might possibly need. The standout was the owner Callan who was an absolute legend, checked in on us frequently to make sure we were having a good time and helped us out with a hammer for our tent pegs and tools to fix a car issue. He was incredibly friendly, kept us up to date with things happening on the camp and looks after his guests well. Thanks very much!

From when you enter and are met by Callan, you feel so welcome. A lovely natural property. Lots of tree's and camp spots. Camel Hill has flat area's to camp on. A great winter area. Wow, all the animals are so cool and friendly. Camels, horses, (big and small), kangaroos, goats, sheep, ducks, chooks and geese. Portable toilets clean. Large shower. Very peaceful stay. Thank you

This was our first visit to Hidden Camp 2.0 and it's even better than the original. Callan and Leah have done a great job in such a short time. Loved the space between campers, the animals roaming freely, the bush shower and rustic Camp kitchen. We will be back.
