Comfortable spot with moderate to good foliage coverage from road, which was very low traffic. Signage was not immediately observable, but was eventually found. A good spot to sleep while traveling in the Northeast; comfortable.

This spot was super chill! We got there late with some drizzle but we were still able to set up wearing our headlamps. It called for snow (in April) and we woke up to about two inches of snow. We were car camping so we were fine. Woke up to a winter wonderland plus the sound of the rushing creek! Amazing! You could not have asked for a better magical moment! Met Jared the next day, super nice!

So private and quiet despite being near the road. Close to amazing mountain bike networks and obviously skiing. Windham is as fun a town as any in New England. Good food and bars. Dog walking is close by. Easy in and out of campsite too. I never feel I was disturbing the owner. I hate being in someone’s backyard.

Had a great time at bubbaridge! Super secluded which we loved! Right by the water with great views. Our dogs had a great time exploring and laying by the fire. Appreciated the onsite trash cans, super helpful! Site is clean and well maintained. Jared was super friendly and responsive. Would recommend!

The camp was quiet and spacious. Host was always responsive. My wife and I were camping with puppies. It was nice to ease them into a camping routine without the distraction of a crowded campground. Love Hip Camp. Thanks for those who share some special spaces.

Beautiful little spot near a creek. Had no issues getting our van into the spot, though there are some low hanging branches (you’ll want to check for clearance). Loved the spot, very quiet, and plenty of room for the dog to run around!

Great and well tended campsite a little off the road with a beautiful clearing for stargazing. The brook nearby is lovely and peaceful. You will hear sounds from the road during the day but it was very quiet and serene at night. Jared was an thoughtful and responsive host!

This was a great quiet spot! The kids and the dog loved playing in the creek and it was very relaxing to fall asleep to the water flowing by. We were able to back our small tear drop trailer in no problem. The area was well maintained. Highly recommended staying here!

A great spot if you don't want to hike / pack in and out. Doesn't feel too remote, but I was with my elderly doggo who can't walk far these days so being able to park the car right there was really helpful. The weather was not on my side this trip but still a lovely getaway - sleeping by the creek was perfect. Jared stopped by to check on me - super nice and helpful! Thank you!

We absolutely loved staying at Jared’s site! There is a beautiful stream following through the campsite. We so enjoyed sitting by the campfire listening to the tranquil water flowing by. We would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a peaceful and private camping spot by a babbling creek, Bubbaridge is the answer!
Jared has cleaned up this area of the property meticulously, including poison ivy! It's flat, clean, and huge! We drove our campervan into the sight without any problem. The ground if firm enough that a 2WD vehicle can access it as well. He wants to keep the space so that only a single camp group can use it at one time, which is amazing that you have the whole place to your self. He provided trash cans, fire pits, and kindling...there's also a wooden platform overlooking the creek. The bugs were more than manageable, spray worked just fine for us!
Jared is an excellent host. He helped us prior to booking in understanding the site layout and continued to be helpful throughout our stay, and he suggested local farms to pick up eggs, meats, etc. While there aren't trails leading out of the site, you are within a short driving distance of state parks and waterfalls. Hunter and Windham are also both easy drives for supplies, food, or day trips. We are already planning another trip, maybe this time during Fall colors!
There is a road near the site. However, it is a quiet rural road that barely has any cars on it, and the site is nicely tucked away so that it won't impact your stay in any way. If you are looking for privacy, this site would be best visited when leaves are on the trees.
