I loved camping here at riverside farm! Gorgeous stay at lot #2 right on the water. Owner Sam was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Will be staying again!!

Looking forward to coming back!
Great spot! Decided on a last minute trip to the Catskills and Sam was more than helpful, even BEFORE I decided to book with him. The kids and I set up hammocks and slept right by the river. Will definitely book here again next time we're in the area.

Historic Riverside Farm- Site 3
We had a wonderful time at Riverside Farm. Host was communicative about amenities (wood, fire pit) and greeted us along the driveway as we arrived an hour earlier than our estimated time. Site 3 in October is a beautiful, secluded campground by the river. The sound of the water is relaxing at night and in the morning the property is covered in a pretty mist. The dirt road leading to the site is a bit steep and at one point we did need to get out and push to get it unstuck.

Historic Riverside Farm- Site 3
This campsite was one of the best I've ever stayed at. My friends and I were next to the river (site #3), and enjoyed the secluded vibe, with plenty of room for two tents, and space for a pup to run around. We were also super impressed with how clean and well-maintained the facilities are. Highly recommend!

This spot exceeded our expectations! The sites are so far apart from each other, so you get total privacy. The farm and camping areas are pristine. Everything is well maintained throughout the entire farm. The hosts are very responsive and flexible. I can see why this was rated best of 2022 for NY camping!

Nice leveled camping spot. Clean, on the river, and view of the farm. Nice flowers, many birds, stars are great at night. Took a trip by foot around the property on mowed trails.

It was wonderful at this site, the wildlife was abundant, and the accommodations were A+ I would definitely recommend staying here!My favorite part was the bench overlooking the lower fields, and watching the deer just graze!The river was really full of crawfish, and my son had a blast searching for them!

Glamping at Riverside Farm
Beautiful, peaceful spot at the far corner of a field, with a view up to the farmhouse in the distance. Didn’t even realize another site was occupied until the next morning. Just the right amount of “glam”, the tent and supplied extras were great, and highly recommend a stop by Angry Orchard, just a few minutes from the site! We didn’t stay long but it was beautiful and had a great cider house.

Historic Riverside Farm- Site 3
Private and unique location
This was our first experience camping with 2 little kids and everything was great! Unique location, large campsite, beautiful views. Even though there were 2 other camping spots nearby, it felt very private and secluded. The bathroom was very clean, drinking water source was just up the hill, 5 mins walking.
I am definitely recommending this spot to friends and family!
Our host Sam was very accommodating and gave us a lot of suggestions for nearby places to visit.

We had a great time at Sam's farm. Clear directions and campsite instructions were provided right away. The entire area was very clean and grass was mowed. It was also very nice to have drinking water available. There are lots of herons and bald eagles that fly overhead. We will definitely be back. Thanks Sam and family!

Historic Riverside Farm
Perfect for the family!
This was the perfect getaway for my family! Since there's only 3 sites, you still have privacy but facilities, communication, views, seclusion are all top. The open field with paths allows you to drive right up to your campsite and each site has it's own access to the river. Portapotty is clean, fire pit, trash, and picnic table are all well kept up. There's even a fire extinguisher in case of emergency. And the host offer fresh eggs from the farm. Our favorite part was the swingset at the top of the hill. We watched the sun rise from it as the geese flew by and our baby slept in our arms. So peaceful!

We had a great experience at Sam's place. It was the perfect site for our 2 small kids to explore the river. Sam was a great host, helpful and thoughtful but from a distance. We will definitely be coming back again and will recommend this site to anyone who will listen.

Fantastic First Hipcamp Experience
Sam was a thoughtful and responsive host! We had an emergent need for a campsite when we arrived too late to be admitted into a NYS park from out of state. Sam got back to me immediately and accommodated my group with little notice. The campsite was lovely! Hearing the rush of water from the river was very relaxing after a stressful situation. We enjoyed the fire pit and the porta potty was immaculate. Great first experience with Hipcamp!

The pups loved it !
We absolutely loved this camp site ! So serene and peaceful , close to the water so we fell asleep to the sound of the small rapids near by. The porta potty was a great addition to added comfort. We purchased fresh eggs for breakfast (delicious) and wood for the night. We would absolutely come back (and hopefully be able to rent campsite #3 which is a bit more private). Highly recommend !! Our pups loved it too and loved swimming in the river.
