Crazy fun experience! Certainly unique! Cheerio is the GOAT of goats.
Very fun site. Be prepared because the animals are out and about all day. The shower and composte toilet are convenient and clean. There are several fire pits and available campsites. The ones in the open field are closer to the animals and the ones further back are more removed if you prefer to cook without goat harassment.lol.

I had such a wonderful experience solo camping at Beaverwood Farm! Paul and Marilyn were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. They made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
What made the stay really special was being surrounded by the farm animals roaming freely around the property. It was such a peaceful and unique experience to wake up, relax, and enjoy nature while having the animals nearby. 🐐🐓🌿
The farm has a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to slow down and disconnect from the busy world. As a solo camper, it was exactly the kind of relaxing getaway I was looking for.

I absolutely loved this whole experience. It was so unique, the animals are AMAZING, and Paul & Marilyn were so cool and great hosts!! Definitely coming back :)
We had another wonderful time at Paul and Marilyn's farm. It's so nice seeing our favorite animals each year and watching them get so big. Peaches the pig, Marge the donkey, and Ginger the cow are always such a treat to see. We also got to meet baby cow Heidi who loved eating lettuce and carrots.
The facilities are great as there is an outdoor shower with hot water and a two sinks on the property. There is a compostable outhouse at the halfway point of the property as well. There is lots of space to camp and each camping spot is unique.
We prefer camping on the plateau, but we camped near the outhouse this time and enjoyed it a lot. We had a view of the lake and spent a few hours taking photos of water birds and reading on our picnic blanket. There are grates to grill over the fire pit and there is firewood for sale at $20 per shelf, which makes it convenient to make a campfire. There is also a flushable toilet (if that should interest you) near the main house area as well.
Paul set up a bonfire during Labor Day weekend, which was nice to watch and chat with other campers. We had a few cows come by to join us too!
There is a Shoprite close by too for food (about a 10 min drive). Paul and Marilyn also provided us with their map of the property and highlighted some points of interest in the nearby area. We did a few trails at Walnut Mountain and enjoyed it a lot!
You can't find a more peaceful and relaxing place like this. We look forward to returning again!

Spent two unique and fun days at Paul and Marilyn’s farm. The hosts were super welcoming, helpful, easy going, and responsive. The animals were very cute and non-aggressive, truly a one of a kind experience. The area is really nice, the camp ground was cleaner and less stinky than I expected considering the amount of animals there. I highly recommend the experience for a night or two. Some advice: ear plugs to block out the morning “cocka-doodle-doo’s”, bring extra vegetables to coax animals away from your campsite while cooking (although Paul and Marilyn did come by often enough giving out bagels to feed them and making sure guests were comfortable), bring plenty of fly repellent. It was a great place to stay, but overall Paul and Marilyn made the experience even better by being such wonderful hosts. Can’t wait to come back!

I was in the area for a show at Bethel Woods and had a short stay here. Paul and Marilyn were so friendly and welcoming, and the property was a really fun place to camp! I had everything I needed and very much enjoyed myself. I loved the animals and hope to have more time to spend with them next time, and to bring friends with me. If you’re not comfortable around farm animals this is probably not the spot for you, but it is such a unique and great experience if you are :-)

Paul and Marilyn were so kind and helpful in navigating the farm and surrounding towns. There were so many places to set up camp and getting to spend time with the animals was a huge highlight of our trip. If we ever come back to the area we will totally camp here again !

WOW. Where do I start?!! What a fun experience to be amongst the animals while experiencing the bliss of the crickets and stars at night.
Really beautiful stay with all the amenities for first time campers to ease into camping!
There are definitely some overwhelming moments with the animals as you are truly amongst them. I would stick as close to the main camping area if you are wanting to keep somewhat of some distance from them as they tend to flock towards the field/pasture that overlooks the lake. Especially around mealtimes as they all tend to get a bit pushy. Originally we had our tent towards the pasture, not realizing this was a war zone lol. After the cow made sure we knew we were unwelcome and relocating we were just fine! Woke up by peaches and the MOOOOOs of the morning, it was a unique experience. Just be forewarned these goats do not respect your boundaries by any means lmfao. If you are eating, so are the goats. It is best to eat when they are FAR and occupied.
It is a whirlwind of peaceful moments and then very overwhelming ones. I surely would encourage this experience at least once as it is so beautiful to see animals in their habitat, babies and mamas & all the quirks of each animal!
We loved camping at Paul and Marilyn’s land! It was our first time camping and it’s such a great starter place, there’s plenty of place to set up, accessible water and bathroom. The highlight was waking up to the animals surrounding tent! Would love to come again!
We only got to stay for one night but we are totally coming back with friends! The hosts, Paul & Marilyn, were super friendly and welcoming. The farm is huge with tons of places to camp and their animals are too cute! They have baby goats, chickens, a donkey, a potbelly pig, sheep, ducks, cows… just to name a few. All around an incredible place to camp.

The camp ground is nice and peaceful. Was a fun place to camp and getting to see all the farm animals walking around made the experience different and special.
Had a great time. Cheerio the goat cuddled with me for a bit. The grounds were picturesque and the warm shower was lovely. Furthermore my campsite mates were friendly and Paul and Marilyn were helpful and easy to find if you needed anything.

I loved tent camping at Paul and Marilyn’s farm, the were so friendly and so were the animals! if you love animals this is a must visit! Paul and Marilyn were even as kind to lend us an extra tent they had when we told them we were missing part of ours.

Camping here was otherworldly. Paul and Marilyn are very accommodating and kind. The shuttle to the venue came in clutch and being able to see and pet the animals was the cherry on top. No other experience like it. Will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in town.

This was such a beautiful experience. The land is well cared for and there is such a peaceful atmosphere to it all. Our tent did get a tear in it, but nothing duct tape couldn't fix. We all really enjoyed interacting with the animals. Paul and Marilyn are genuinely great people. I'm looking forward to booking again

My wife and I loved everything. Friendly people, the animals, beautiful land and close to Bethel woods. Paul and Marilyn were both super nice and quick to get us checked in and off to set up camp. Even offered a ride to the concert. 100% going back possibly for more than one night knowing how it is now. Mostly tent campers we were easily able to get out pop up in and out with no issues. Hopefully see them again in the future!

Delightful experience! I camped Saturday-Monday and the Saturday night had a full house of kind and collaborative campers who loved animals. Sunday night I was solo, a solo camper, solo on the grounds. This was also a very positive experience. I felt safe being solo the whole time. The biggest threat was the goats to any food you have. Marilyn always made sure I could come and go without some one in my party to make sure the animals didn’t get loose. The outhouse was well equipped with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. The shower was cool (but I didn’t try for warm/hot) and also amply supplied. There was a flush toilet and cold drinkable water. The animals were all delightful and kind (even if trying to steal anything you have). I do plan to be back and am
talking it up to all my non camping friends

It was an amazing experience, everything about this place is incredible. The animals are a super plus to the camping, we got to feed, play and pet them. Paul & Marilyn are just wonderful people.
No doubt we will be back, hopefully next year!
