Our 75 acres is a wonderful, diverse mix of habitat, harmoniously integrated with our small farm. This land was the homestead of the very first white settler of the area, John Wiley, in 1787. The Wyomanock Creek is the backbone of this little valley. Beaver have dammed the creek at several points to create ponds and other wetland features that support a diversity of wildlife including otter, moose and a myriad of birds, from osprey to herons. This sanctuary is host to many uncommon native plants and plant communities. We would love to share it with you!
Your host, Thom, invites you to property to explore 75 acres of meadows, woods and water. Choose one of several sites either in the woods or open areas. You are also free to use our outdoor solar shower or take a dip in the cold pond!
Our location is convenient to the Berkshire Mountains, state parks, hiking and other attractions, including Ramble Wild tree to tree adventures and Jiminy Peak. There are a few miles of rail trail access just down the road.

RV site with Electric and Water
Thomas was a fantastic host. We had the pleasure of meeting him and chatting for a bit.
He was so generous in helping us with a few camper issues. We felt safe and comfortable at his place. We plan on coming back on our way back up north!
Thabks so much Thomas for your help and kindness. We absolutely loved the property. You’ve got a beautiful place.

Cabin Glamp at the Pond
This spot was so so nice! We weren’t getting in until late and it would be dark. There was lights on the deck so we could see which was really thoughtful. Thomas even sent photos so I could find my way in the dark. This was perfect, the view was beautiful. Willl absolutely return!

Site 3 - Sanctuary Camp
Great host/Lovely site
Thom is a great host, attentive, and communicates clearly whenever needed. His campsites range from secluded to more communal. All are clean and well-kept. The parking area is open and easily accessible and he keeps a cart in the lot to help with loading and unloading gear to and from sites (huge help).
Looking forward to our return trip!

Site 3 - Sanctuary Camp
We had a great stay at Thom’s place! He maintains his sites really well and they all have a lot of privacy (this means you have to be prepared to walk a bit from your car — but be provides a cart to help!). We camped late in the season and were the only ones there so he let us pick a different Sanctuary site. He mentioned that Sanctuary 3 was not the best one. We loved Sanctuary 5!!

Cabin Glamp at the Pond
Thom’s land was beautiful and had all the amenities you would need for a “glamping” experience! We brought our cat and he enjoyed it very much, especially the geese that flew low overhead and landed right in his pond. Explore and see the great wooded area!

RV Glamping in the Green
I loved camping in the green machine/camper. Nice to have hot water and shower available. The setting was beautiful with wetlands and great views. Tom was very helpful making sure everything worked! Also made some great suggestions for hikes.
