Please notify us if you are camping with other campers who have booked a separate site so we can have you camping beside each other During busy times, most weekend bookings are a minimum of 2 nights with 1 night bookings during the week, however occasionally we will have 1 night bookings on weekends. Check with your host to see availability on 1 night bookings. All campsites run parallel too the creek and are situated on the upper bank of Yabba Creek. Some have creek views, the other sites have trees between the creek and their site. All have mountain views. The main access to the creek is half way along the campground between site 8 and 9. Please do not leave your car parked in the walkway as this will block the entrance to campsite 9. Unfortunately, we lost many of our creek access points due to flooding. Our property is situated between Imbil and Lake Borumba on the beautiful Yabba Creek. We have 110 acres, with campsites on 20 acres. We have 1km of creek frontage. The creek offers fishing, swimming and kayaking. If you're lucky you'll spot the platypus in the creek and there's lots of birdlife around so bring your cameras! Kayaks are supplied free for all campers to use. We just ask that you treat them with respect and return them back to their launching place once you have finished with them. It would pay to pack your reef walkers as the river is rocky in spots. There is lots of space for motorhomes and large camping vehicles to maneuver and park. Plenty of flat spots for your tent or vehicle. This campsite has access to flushing toilets (toilets are situated approx. 400m from the camp sites) and water (rainwater), but you will need to bring your own camping shower. Campfires are permitted outside of fire-ban season (please use the existing firepits). The property features a gorgeous rainforest with a walking track that you can follow safely, and you can also access the state forest next door if you're up for a bigger adventure. Lake Borumba is just down the road which permits water skiing, boating, fishing and other water recreation. The town ship of Imbil is only 7 minutes away where you can visit the many cafes, bakeries, The Imbil pub, Sunday markets, Produce and hardware store, supermarket, butcher, clothing shops, hairdresser, fishing supplies, Petrol station, post office and more. We are a working cattle and horse property but we do allow pets, however pet owners will need to abide by the rules as set out under the Rules and Safety "Pets" section. Please note that there is a rifle range within hearing distance from Maluka Park and campers may at times on weekends hear gunshots. This generally only goes for a few hours.

Great spot with good sized camping spots along a rocky creek. Our site had a picnic table and swing (which none of the other sites had) a big fire pit and direct access to the creek. All sites have good tree coverage and open sunny places. My dogs loved the space and creek. There were piles of cut firewood to use (but I wouldn’t rely on it, I think it was just the owner leaving branches and trees that came down in the storm for people to use). There is a drop toilet as well which is very rustic. Great little spot close to Yandina.

Our stay at Bushywood was amazing! It’s so peaceful, the campsites are great with fire pits at each, and the lake is definitely a standout. Kayaking with our little dog was so much fun. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful spot! We stayed at Site 2 and had an incredible view of the breathtaking sunset. The tracks definitely require a 4WD as specified, but it was a lot of fun driving around and exploring the area. We saw some beautiful kangaroos near our site when we woke up too! The outdoor shower was definitely the highlight, and all amenities were clean and well stocked. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time at Lakeside camping in Woodford. We were welcomed by Bushy. The sites were decent size, and we were able to have a shady spot. The toilet blocks were clean and close to most sites. Our dogs loved a swim in the lake.

We loved camping in our caravan at Oz Sky Ranch. We had a perfect flat spot on 3A right next to the lake. The view was beautiful. There was a clean portaloo right near our site and a shower/toilet block just like home only a short walk away. It was great to be able to swim in the lake and cool down. We really enjoyed our stay!
