Eagle Ridge
Overpriced
I wish there had been more info on the app, it’s pretty minimal/misleading. It advertises having a toilet, but really it’s an outhouse in the woods up a hill, with no lights. I’m 7 months pregnant and that was just too much of a trek for me. If you need to go at night, you’ll need a flashlight or something, and toilet paper/wipes. Honestly I didn’t even find it until the day after arrival because it’s almost hidden by trees. This isn’t a campground, but more like a piece of land with one electric box for hookups (to the right of the driveway). I’d also like to add that this is NOT wheelchair accessible. I’m an occupational therapist and wouldn’t recommend a wheelchair bound person to come here, especially given the bathroom situation. The app also said 1 vehicle max, but we were the only ones there, I could’ve easily brought my car along, which would’ve made our lives a bit easier in terms of packing, as we also have 2 toddlers. There also weren’t as many activities available as I thought, it was basically a swing (which my kids loved), a climbing rope and some “bike ramps” near the outhouse. There was no sauna present. In my personal opinion, this was a bit overpriced (I paid $140 for 2 nights total). A picnic table also would’ve been nice, but not the end of the world. I did enjoy the amount of space we had for the kids to run around, the proximity of the lake/town and the kayak/canoe. The lake was beautiful! If you stay here, I’d recommend having a toilet of your own.

Great Camping Spot!
RV camping at Eagle Ridge worked out great for our family of 5. Nice fire pit area, electric at site, hiking in the woods up the hill. Lake stuff was handy with a dock, 2 canoes and even a fishing pole! If you need "town stuff" during your stay, Detroit lake is 10 minutes 1 direction, Frazee is 10 minutes the other direction.

This is a great spot for people with small children, lots of fun activities, not sure how safe they are but definitely looked like fun! It’s an empty lot in a neighborhood, you’re not going to have privacy. Spot is definitely in need of a picnic table. Overall a good spot.

Great last minute trip!
This spot was definitely unique and we had a blast! Great for kids with the interesting activities. Camp needs to be a little kept up more and it would be 5 stars. Kris was responsive and the use of the kayaks and wood are always a plus. Busy road near by but with a well trained dog it’s a really good area for them to run. Thank you Kris!!

Beautiful Getaway
This was a perfect getaway for our family. This lot on the lake came with many activities for our entire family. Bummer that the sauna wasn’t there, but it wasn’t needed with everything else that was going on. Kris was Johnny-on-the-spot with all questions we had. I would definitely recommend this spot.
