Come escape to my private, untamed slice of nature. I intentionally manage this land as a wild, pollinator-friendly sanctuary—meaning I leave the herbicides behind and let the wildflowers, clover, and trees do their thing. If you're looking for a manicured, golf-course lawn, this isn't the spot for you! But if you love lush spaces, biodiversity, abundant wildlife, and true peace, you'll feel right at home. When you stay here, you'll enjoy plenty of privacy from the road and the company of my resident flock of free-roaming chickens. Because the landscape is left in its natural state, it is a haven for local birds and pollinators. Spend your days relaxing under the mature tree canopy, watching the chickens explore, or simply soaking in the quiet. Choose Your Basecamp: I offer two distinct ways to stay, ensuring every kind of camper can find their perfect pocket of privacy. The RV Spot: A dedicated, easy-access space to park your rig. You'll enjoy the benefits of a private setting without the crowded feel of a traditional commercial RV park. The site is next to the garage, so it's not completely "out in nature," but it's easy to back into using my driveway. There are also fewer bugs since it's not out in the "back 40." :) The Camping Spot: For the purists who want to pitch a tent right on the ground. Fall asleep to the rustle of the leaves and wake up surrounded by clover and wildflowers. You can choose almost anywhere on my 5 acres! No amenities are available. Things to Know & Ground Rules A Note on Pets: I love animals, but because my elderly dog and chickens rule the roost and roam freely, all guest pets must be kept on a leash at all times for everyone's safety. No exceptions. The Landscape: Because I don't meticulously mow or maintain traditional landscaping, the ground can be uneven and grasses may be tall. Wear appropriate footwear, bring insect protection, and embrace the wild! Pack your boots, leave the city noise behind, and come enjoy a truly natural escape!

The Tree-View RV Spot: Easy-Access Basecamp Skip the stress of tight spaces and muddy terrain. This dedicated RV site features a gravel and dirt pad located right off my driveway backing in absolutely easy. While this spot sits adjacent to my garage for optimal level ground and firm parking, it opens up right out toward the property's mature trees and the open pastures. It’s the perfect, hassle-free launchpad to park your rig and then head out to explore the acreage, relax in nature, or watch my free-roaming chickens. Hookups & Logistics Electricity: The site includes access to a standard 15-amp/20-amp household outlet (110V/120V). If your rig uses a standard 30-amp or 50-amp RV shore power plug, please bring your own household adapter to plug in. This connection is perfect for keeping your battery topped off, running lights, and powering basic electronics, but please note it MAY not support running heavy, high-draw appliances like your onboard AC unit. Water: Fresh well water is available directly at the site via a standard garden hose hookup. The water is entirely safe to drink and tastes great, but because it is unsoftened, it carries natural minerals that could impact sensitive RV plumbing lines over long periods. To protect your rig, I provide a complimentary inline water filter attached to the hose for your peace of mind. Parking Flexibility: You are more than welcome to stay fully hitched up for a quick escape, or unhook your tow vehicle and park it safely to the side of the driveway—the only requirement is that the garage doors remain completely unblocked. Location & Setting Tucked right next to a beautiful trees, you get immediate, easy access to the rest of the wild, pollinator-friendly acreage. It offers the ideal balance of parking convenience and instant immersion into a peaceful, secluded country setting. Pack your adapter, pull right in, and enjoy the oasis!

It was a very peaceful, pretty area. Cozy and clean accommodations in the tiny house. The oven/air fryer-thing was great for making a lot of different meals/snacks. The host was responsive and kind.
