Situated just 3 miles from the interstate, our retreat offers the tranquility and beauty of a state park while being conveniently accessible and private with comforts of home! Prepare to be mesmerized by the stunning grounds featuring rolling hills, towering white pines, and a variety of deciduous trees. Immerse yourself in nature's beauty with ponds and trails scattered throughout. Discover an abundance of flowers and wildlife that call this haven home. On our 9 acres we have 5 private ponds, 3 unique cottages ; and a vintage safari tent on a platform! With all of our cottages (sorry not the tent) we provide a breakfast basket in your refrigerator. For ALL guests on the Wooded Retreat we now have a Spa Cottage! (State of the art exercise equipment and a two person infrared Health sauna) Each space is strategically placed on the property to provide utmost privacy and beauty. Welcome to the Wooded Retreat and don't forget to bring your camera and binoculars!

A cozy and charming Tiny Sleeping Cottage (8x8) That now comes with complimentary breakfast, left fridge off the back of the main house) and use of our spa cottage which has state of the art exercise equipment and infrared health sauna! This vintage cottage offers a delightful and spacious atmosphere. Inside. You'll find a comfortable sitting chair, TV, and Wi-Fi for your entertainment an electric kettle, French press, coffee, teas, drinking water and dishes for your convenience. Step outside the cottage to enjoy your private outdoor space. A picnic table, fire pit, solar Edison lights (panel on tree near cottage) hammock, garbage, fire wood, kindling, picnic table, outdoor kitchen (on side patio of main house with a microwave, dish pans for washing dishes, hot plate, pans, utensils, toaster) and grill are at your disposal, perfect for gatherings and cooking up delicious meals. Additionally, there is a private outdoor outhouse (not heated) with a bucket shower and pump. (use of main house shower in winter) located right behind the cottage for your convenience. Adjacent to the house, you'll find a full-size refrigerator and a convenient water spigot for your hydration needs. The cottage offers a tranquil and serene environment, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. During winter, the cottage is heated for your comfort, while the big windows and cross breezes keep it naturally cool in the summer. (Fan provided upon request) This vintage cottage provides all the amenities for a luxurious camping experience. Immerse yourself in the charm and character of this unique space, making your stay memorable and delightful. The cozy retreat offers warm wood floors and a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a French press for your morning coffee, convection stove top, air fryer, toaster and electric kettle., dishes etc. (cloth linens provided, no paper towels) The private bathroom provides a refreshing Shower experience and hot running water in kitchen during the summer season (closed approx. Oct.-April) Water for cooking/washing provided year round and use of the main house shower upon request. Smoking only in your personal vehicle and please add the extra titled "Pet Fee' if you plan to bring a dog (documentation required for service/support animals. NO CATS. Your comfort is our priority, with amenities like AC, heating, and free Wi-Fi (We try but cannot guarantee good Wi-Fi due to location) Enjoy a rejuvenating shower using our selection of bath products. Rest peacefully with full sized beauty rest mattress, room-darkening shades, luxury linens, Turkish bath towels and squeaky-clean button flush camp toilet. Firewood provided, bring locally purchased dry in wet times and your favorite lighter. Conveniently located 3 miles from the interstate, ample parking is available for trailers, boats, and snowmobiles. The wrap around deck and water's edge Adirondacks are spectacular! Northern Lights, shooting stars and snow fall from this light pollution free country sky. Listen to the birds, watch them land in your private pond and share in the music by your personal performers...the frogs! Light farm fresh breakfast will be in your fridge. Salt/pepper/coffee/tea/oil ready for basic cooking. Even a grill for those amazing summer delights! Privacy is paramount in this secluded retreat, allowing you to fully relax and unwind. Park your vehicle on-site for convenient access. As the sun sets, gather around the firepit, where an abundant supply of firewood awaits. For your comfort and convenience, an attached camping toilet/solar is available. Also provided is drinking, cooking, and washing water, along with soap and towels. All linens are thoughtfully provided, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Linens, soaps, cooking/eating utensils provided. (We spray for bugs!)Fully stocked Kitchen with air fryer, fridge, pour over coffee, gas stove, pump style faucet, sink, heating and air conditioned. Sleeps 3 comfortably! Has a full lower beauty rest bed and memory foam upper twin. Where else do you get such luxury! And 4 Adirondacks with Edison lights and a vintage fireplace on your own private pond!!! 24/7 quiet here but gorgeous like a state park. A spa/ fitness cottage and offer massages!
