Do you have a RV? We have 2 - 50amp connections for motor homes with water hook up on site! We are 20 minutes to anything fun or shopping but secluded in the country, The area is a no outlet area 1 way in 1 way out. We are just starting out renting space and are in the process of making property improvements every month to our place property for RV owners and campers to enjoy. We also have a 2bed 2 bath trailer completely renovated and ready to rent. visit Airbnb and look for our place in lake city Florida We also have Picnic tables BBQ Grills and Fire pits on Property and more coming soon.

Comfortably Uncomfortable
It would be a better location to stay at if the owners weren't about money. Everyone stays to themselves unless you need anything Kat is amazing. Todd will remind you when you have to leave or if you are going to pay more respectfully but he made it uncomfortable reminding us up until 30 minutes left. That's a bit unsettling and unwelcoming. The laundry room is great the location is okay. This property is under construction early hours of the morning and in the evening. Amenities were as described. We would not return.

50 amp electric and water hookups made for a comfortable stay and plenty of room to walk the pup.

Good place to stop for a night while traveling to Florida along I 75. Water and 50amp hookup. Liked the closed gate to the property.

We really enjoyed the night we spent at Todd's. He was really welcoming and very helpful getting us in there. It was quiet and peaceful ,we would stay again.
