2 nights at Sacred Owl Land
Amazing experience! Great view of the mountains from the Cabana. Loved the deck overlooking the bay (I will make sure to pack my yoga mats next time). I was hoping to watch the sunset from my Cabana but it rained almost the whole day. But the clouds and mist on the mountains were no less of a visual treat. You can watch them slowly move as you sip our tea. I’d love to go again. The hosts were super nice.

This little cabin was great for a cozy way to spend time outside. Even though it rained our whole trip and we weren't able to go hiking as planned, we were able to enjoy sitting next to redwood trees and the creek next to the warm fire. The space is well-equipped, with a little kitchen including a fridge and coffee machine and bathroom with a large shower. Hopefully we'll be back to use the hot tub next time!

This place is so great, a perfect birthday getaway!! The details are so well thought out and it felt like we had a ton of privacy, while being close to town still. The hosts thought of everything, down to heated toilet seats which was a nice touch this time of year! Thoughtfully stacked snacks and drinks of all kinds. The eggs were great! Host was very communicative and easy to reach. Even brought me champagne for my birthday! There are a bunch of animals which made it extra fun. Even fish food for the fish in the pond. Weekend Trip to The Coastal Redwood Cabin | Creek
This is a lovely place to go for a little R&R! Easy to get to, serene location nestled within the redwoods. There's stairs that lead you to the river. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding, complimentary snacks and coffee. We went in November so the hottub was perfect for the cool nights. Close by Capitola, which we love to visit and did some hiking at Nisene Mark's State Park. We recommend this spot and may be back next year.

Weekend Trip to Sacred Owl Land
We had a great time in the Sky View Cabana! Ludo and Vaza were excellent hosts. The cabana is nestled in their backyard, but feels quite private with a beautiful view of the valley below. The bed was super comfy and the cabana was stocked with a mini fridge, sink, shower, towels, coffee, and a few kitchen essentials like mugs and cutlery. We lounged on the hammocks, went for a walk through the woods, and enjoyed the sunset on the deck. Fantastic getaway!

We had the most incredible time here on this beautiful property! Lisa and Scott were the most gracious hosts. We showed up late and it was dark. They met us out to ensure we found the spot and were comfortably situated. They brought over a fire pit so we could roast hotdog and make s’mores. Right off the bat they were incredibly welcoming and hospitable. We woke up to a beautiful property. We had a great time running around with the kids, playing on the playground, feeding the goats, playing pickle ball and enjoying coffee provided by the host. We spent the day by the pool and enjoying all of the pool toys and warm hot tub! They provided towels and lifejackets for the kids and sunscreen. It was such a great experience. We can’t wait to come back again!

Everything at the yurt was so wonderful! We loved our spot under the trees (the other one was more out in the open so we chose well!). While we had initially thought about taking some day trips, we literally stayed all 3 days at the yurt and the grounds--feeding the fish and chickens and geese, walking around, sitting in the tub, etc. John was friendly and kind and would check in on if we needed anything restocked. (The Peppermint Bark liqueur was a favorite!) A fully stocked bar was really special, as was the view, and the feeling that we could wander and explore. A great sister trip to be sure and we will definitely, definitely be returning.

Absolutely WONDERFUL STAY! The location is a four minute drive to castle rock state park, the house is stocked with everything you may need including a full bar, seltzers and sodas, FRESH EGGS, and snacks (just bring your favorite creamer and bread for the perfect breakfast each morning)!
Our favorite part of the trip was the tub outside overlooking the lake that can be swam in along with their friendly fur animals that you can feed!
Highly recommend and hope to be back!

Everything was so well done! We visited with our kiddos and absolutely loved it. The kids were occupied, and had loads of fun feeding the fish at the pond and in the hot tub.
We were especially grateful for the heater in the camp. The night was very windy and cold, but the heater kept us (ans esp the kids) warm and snug.

Weekend Trip to Lupin Lodge
This is a unique place to be sure. Loved being able to just walk around freely without clothes and feel absolutely one with nature. The family of deer were just cohabitating right there with you. Absolutely gorgeous yurt. Loved the amenities like the hot tub, sauna, lounge, etc.

Had a wonderful time spending the weekend up in the mountains. The Yurt has everything you could ask for and more. Including complimentary drinks, a hot bath, an extremely responsive host and more. I highly recommend taking a trip up and experiencing Mary’s farm stays! The hosts will get you anything you need and provide a welcoming space. 10/10 recommend!

I had a lovely stay at Lupin Lodge. The grounds are beautiful, easy to navigate and staff are friendly. I most enjoyed how quiet the place is, giving plenty of space for reflection and relaxing. The pool, sauna, and spa were clean and comfortable. I even had the entire pool area to myself one morning. I would stay here again!
