Situated in beautiful Hydeaway Bay in the heart of the Whitsunday's, this quiet little block is a perfect spot to stay and unwind with only a short stroll to the white sandy beach where you can go fishing, kayaking, explore the rock pools at low tide or simply relax and enjoy breath taking views of the Whitsunday Islands. The property features a large flat grassy area suitable for an RV, Caravan or Campervan. If you are looking for hidden gems then Hydeaway Bay should be on your list when visiting the Whitsunday's.The property is situated only a 200m walk from the beautiful beaches of Hideaway Bay where you can enjoy fishing, kayaking or walking along the esplanade taking in the magnificent views. Feel free to ride, or drive a little further down the road where there is access to even more beaches and bays to explore. The site is powered but you will need to be self contained with your own toilet, shower and drinking water. Cape Gloucester Resort is a 5 minute drive where they serve up great meals for lunch and dinner and you can enjoy a cold beverage right near the beach and witness some of the most breath taking sunsets. The Resort also has a popular fishing charter available for bookings. If you have a boat there is a ramp only 5 minutes down the road at Dingo Beach where you can launch and access the islands and inshore reefs. There is also the option to hire a boat from Dingo beach Boat Hire. Visit the Dingo Beach Pub where you can grab lunch or dinner and enjoy an ice cold beverage.

Peaceful pad 🍃
Very quite street, our two boys enjoyed mountain bike riding with a few locals on the tracks right behind the property. Easy stroll to the beach which is magnificent. This is a fantastic location to experience hideaway bay, dingo beach like a local. Only draw back is not having water readily available in the area., however this is also why it’s still so peaceful and relaxed so just remember to bring your supplies of water with you. We enjoyed waking up Sunday morning to a chorus of singing Kookaburras , long walks on the beach relaxing the day away. We hope to stop over for a few nights again.

Fantastic spot to stay we love it
Great location and easy 10 minute walk to the fantastic beach, quiet residential block. Close to Cape Gloucester Resort which we enjoyed for sunset drinks and Dingo beach pub for dinner one night. Spencer was so easy to have contact with and very accommodating for a large group. Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again when up here.

Worth the stopover
Lovely quiet spot in residential Hideaway Bay. 3 min walk to the beach where you can drop your rubbish. So glad we decided to stop here Loved it so much that we extended our stay. You do need to fill up water before you go as there is no town water Bring your mossie repellent if they like you.

Great site right in the hub of hideaway bay. Beautiful beach just down the road...dingo beach pub an awesome walk away & cape gloucester resort a short drive along the coast. Step off the world for a minute...💙🩵💛

Camping safely in an amazing place
This was by far the nicest camp we have been too. The area is lovely and quiet with easy access. Great secluded spot with a beautiful beach on 2 minutes walk. Also, close to Cape Gloucester where the water is clear and great for a swim. Would recommend at least two nights so you can explore this beautiful area.
