Meadow Tent Site- no drive ups
Second time staying here. We love this spot. Stacy and Brian are amazing hosts! We love the seclusion of this site. We can get loud and no one will hear us.

Second time camping here, and it didn’t disappoint! Hosts are super nice, location is perfect for access to the local mountain trails, and there’s a good variety of campsites. Heavy rain followed me both times I’ve camped here, and both times Stacy offered options for me so I could enjoy my stay and still safely camp/pack up/get my car out easily. Dozed off this year (before the sun even set) listening to a pair of owls call to each other amongst raindrops on the tree leaves around me. Can’t recommend this spot enough.

This place is magic. Incredible views, absolutely lovely hosts, and a sweetheart bonus dog named Pete! The outhouse even had flowers in it!! We loved our time here and plan to come back as soon as we're able.

Gorgeous location, great views, and really well thought out campsites. Even with some wet weather, I had a great stay and can’t recommend this place enough. Hosts are great people - generous, accommodating, and super nice. Can’t wait to go back next year!

The entrance is a bit hidden but I was amazed with the view, and Stacy and her dog were very nice. Would 10/10 recommend especially if you’re going to visit the Grayson highlands!

We loved staying at Stacy's land! My friend & I needed a last minute place to stay after a backpacking trip, and were thrilled to find this gem available! Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating, and treated us like friends! We have never felt so welcomed at a campsite before, and look forward to staying at Stacy's land again in future Virginia adventures!

We loved our time at this campsite! Brian and Stacy were very generous hosts and the site was fantastic. The campsite was well kept and secluded, with lots of space for our small group to spread out. We loved being able to have our dogs off leash as well. Plus, you’re just minutes away from Grayson Highlands! We will be booking again for sure and would recommend this site to others!

We had an amazing time at Stacy’s! My wife and I are pretty avid campers but we had her sister, husband, and 2 young kids as first time campers and everything went flawlessly! Directions were super clear, Stacy and her husband were easy to reach for any questions and just as friendly as can be. The site is a little ways away from where you park but they have a couple of four wheelers with trailers to haul all of your stuff for you which is such a nice added bonus! And of course their pups Tia and Pete came around to greet us every once in awhile and werejust as sweet as could be. We will definitely be returning.

I would highly highly recommend this stay! Stacy and Brian were super conscientious and friendly hosts--they helped us get our supplies to the campsite in their truck (our 2WD couldn't get up the hill) and drove us back the next day at a time of our choosing. We stayed here before backpacking in the Grayson highlands/Mt. Rodgers area and we had much more privacy than we would've had in a state campground. It was a great way to start the trip--highly recommend this campsite!!

Stacy’s land is just beautiful! The privy was so clean and convenient and the mountain spring water was just a short walk away and so crisp and delicious! We had perfect weather both nights and loved waking up to gorgeous views of the mountains. Super close to Grayson Highlands and VA Creeper Trail. Stacy and her husband were so kind and hospitable! Highly recommend this beautiful camping site.

We had the best experience (except for our leaking tent!) here! Brian and Stacy went above and beyond to help us get up to the campsite, get our gear set up, and make sure we were as comfortable as possible. They are just all-around amazing people. Their land is absolutely stunning, the views are incredible and our dogs had a blast being able to run and play freely. Their land is convenient to Damascus and Grayson Highlands, which we thoroughly enjoyed visiting while we were there. We would have stayed longer but our tent started leaking and I needed an actual roof! I highly recommend this campsite to anyone!

Truly loved this place! Stacy and her husband had two super amazing dogs. It’s definitely a site where you can seek solitude away from property owners (they happened to be there while we were there) or hang out. We choose to hang out - really great people. Kind of folks too so will also go above and beyond too.

Stacy and her husband were the friendliest and most gracious hosts! They were so accommodating and easy to work with, from the booking to the pre-event communication to their wonderful hospitality on-site. The property is so beautiful and the various camp sites (one wooded, one semi-woods, one open field In a little valley) are all equipped with picnic tables, potable water from local spring, fire pits and wood, and the cleanest and cutest (yes, cute!) privies. They made us feel welcome and ensured we had everything we needed. Very pleased with our first HipCamp experience and will definitely book with Stacy again.

We had a wonderful stay with Stacy and Brian on their mountain property. Super convenient to Grayson Highlands SP and areas along the New River. The sheltered area is handy for inclement weather and conversing with the hosts.

Better than I imagined...incredibly serene huge meadow campsite with mountain views, fireplace and picnic table! Awesome hosts, including friendly pups! Super helpful and generous, toting gear down to secluded site, offering a warm outdoor shower and use of outdoor kitchen if desired. I enjoyed a quiet fire and a beautiful full moon after an amazing day at Grayson Highlands only 15 minutes away. One of the best Hipcamp sites I've been to, and look forward to my next stay with them!
