We are conveniently located right in the middle of Charlottesville and Scottsville, VA on route 20. We are a 30 second drive to the popular Carters bridge put in on the Hardware River for river enthusiasts. Our land offers a big yard to camp in along with various campsites in the woods. Learn more about this land: If you’re looking to visit Cville, plan to stay with us for a short drive into town. We have open space for RVs, car tenting, and camping as well. Take advantage of our expansive yard and sleep out under the stars. Or if you prefer a wooded campsite, go for a short walk in the woods and find a camp spot. A tree swing and picnic table are also available for relaxing. Brandy was an amazing host and our family enjoyed our first family camping trip. The cat always greeted us and followed us around to make sure we had the best time what a lovely host ;) The goats and chickens were a plus. We highly recommend Matt & Brandy’s property. It was beautiful and we enjoyed every minute. Our boys also loved the playground. We can’t wait share this with our family & friends.

Camping-car pas animaux
Très belle accueil de la par de hôte.Il on de chèvre et des poules ,très grande terrain . Ce sont une belle petite famille .Ces endroit été bien pour nous des belles route pour faire du voir . Merci à la famille 😊

I had a very relaxing time on Matt's land. Baby goats were adorable. Some road noise during the day but didn't notice any come bed time. Great location if you're going to visit the sites in C'ville. I look forward to coming back to this spot.

Beautiful property to tent in woods
Peaceful and quiet at night although near a road with trucks. They have goats and kittens and they are very nice hosts. If you are a very light sleeper and you are in a tent like my husband, you would want to set up camp further away from road or use ear plugs. I went to sleep around 10pm and did not hear anything until around 7:30. He wore ear plugs… as he does in our own home and said he did not hear anything.
