It's a nice place, some areas are still being built up, so when I went was the 4th of July, so it was very warm, thankfully they have a pool! It was a very nice way to cool off from the summer sun, and the shaved ice was there that day which was also very nice, everyone there was very nice and helpful, it's a shame I was affected by the heat and couldn't stay overnight, would definitely recommend for families who like to swim and fish, if there was a hiking trail I didn't go down it since things were very muddy from the summer rain, all in all, it's all about when you go and what you want to do.

I loved the tent camping and amenities at Inez Springs. The sites were well prepared and kept up. The pool is in great condition and well supervised. We also used the showers, which were safe, very clean and had hot water. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect for our Anniversary camping trip! It’s ALWAYS a pleasure to stay here. It’s so peaceful & Sam & his staff are so nice & helpful. We stay during the summer & this time during the winter for our anniversary & we have never had a complaint.

Beautiful place.. we went on a rainy day and got our vehicle stuck .. Sam the owner was so kind enough to give his time.. more than 2 hours to help pull out our vehicle from the mud.
Not only that.. we had a 2 night reservation and he offered us to reschedule the reservation for another time..
I have never seen such hospitality and kindness from anyone. I am sure NOT going to reschedule my reservation but going to make NEW reservations at the earliest.

Site is next to main road too loud, swimming pool is too dirty because there are no showers so people take a shower in pool. Nobody in charge to ensure people follow rules, people drinking, talking loud , saying profanities all night long. Portable restrooms too close to picnic areas and they smell. Paid $150 for two nights for a tent campsite, too expensive for low quality amenities. Had to leave one night early, because it was not a relaxing camping experience.

I don’t know what I was suspecting. But it wasn’t this. Most beautiful little wooded campground with a calm and relaxing river to kayak. I needed to get away from miserable Midland and I’m just so happy I stumbled into this place. Life is good. Thank y’all!!

Our experience here was pretty good. The sites are very well maintained. They stock the fire ring with firewood before you get there, and there is plenty near by. They picnic tables are nice and clean and they even have chairs around the site all set for you. The staff is super friendly and helpful. In the tent camping area there are portapotties, but there are some nice, clean flush toilets just up the hill from the tent area.
The pool is awesome. We ended up spending a lot of time there.
The biggest drawback is the highway noise. It is really loud where we camped. This isn't the place to go if you want to feel like you are away from it all. It was pretty busy on the weekend but not rowdy at all. My daughter met some friends and had a blast.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff did everything they could to ensure we had a great time. We had a broad span of ages with us (1 - 62), with some camping in an RV spot over night, some tent camping, and others staying only for the day. We swam, played volleyball, utilized the playground, cooked hot dogs and s’mores (with wood left out for us), and hiked. Everyone had fun!

We came in late but we were greeted and helped get hooked up by a welcoming host . We couldn’t really enjoy the property cause of time and it was freezing in the am but everything was nice and clean . And host was helpful and super nice

We booked last minute without much chance to review when our reserved state park site was unavailable. The hosts were very kind and helpful. Inez Springs has a new RV section that covers several acres in the front near I-20. Looked very well maintained with pleasant views. We tent camped behind the RV area in a little secluded valley along the river. Sites were very nice with fire pit and plenty of firewood stacked nearby - bring an axe. No water or electric at these sites so plan accordingly. There are very well maintained toilets up near the entrance so plan on driving up or a long walk. No showers though. The river is small with very steep sides and the tent sites are near the edge so be careful with dogs and small children. Our site was secluded enough to feel like wilderness camping, but there are only 3-4 sites like that. The rest are group sites just out of sight from our spot that has lots of spots and even a swimming pool. Call to see if the pool is open though. If you need a shower go West down i20 to the Road Ranger truck stop and for 6 bucks you get a private super clean bathroom with fresh towels and mints. There are a few small trails to explore with some small cliffs at the camp site, but for family hiking go to nearby Cisco Old Zoo trails on Lake Cisco. About a 30 minute drive. All in all we had a great time and the Hosts were excellent. Very pleased with our stay.

We had a wonderful time camping at Inez Springs! The host was very welcoming and helpful, the land was beautiful and I really appreciated that the tent campsites were stocked with plenty of firewood, chairs, grill, and picnic table. We loved the hiking trails and enjoyed looking for fossils and wildflowers. We will definitely be back this summer so we can enjoy the pool. Note for tent campers that the noise from the interstate is pretty loud at night - bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Next time we will try to camp further back away from the road noise, bud I’m already planning our next trip. Can’t wait to come visit again!

First, the location, bathrooms and host hospitality were all A+. Very impressive. However, I happened to stay when this camp hosted the first weekend of it’s first ever Haunted House event, which took patrons by tractor through the tent sites (which were closed off) until about Midnight. As accommodation, the hosts placed me, in a tent, up in the RV area which they were also renovating, essentially a barren dirt field without many trees to block the wind and also closer to the Interstate with its increased traffic noise. Not completely what I expected for a quiet campsite after a full day’s drive. I do appreciate the host’s willingness to let me choose where to go and offer to provide the best experience possible but there were not many options to avoid what I describe. Thankfully, the Haunted House crowd was not as loud as I thought they would be. I count it as simply bad timing and not bad campground or hosts, but all things the same I would rather the hosts not have accepted my request to stay and avoided it this time.

The RV site was too small- if we would have had a camper beside us, we would not have been able to extend our awning. No shade on site, no grass on site.
Rocks are HUGE and SHARP- couldn’t go barefoot even on our large outdoor rug, we couldn’t put the baby down to crawl

This is a beautiful piece of land and the work they’ve put into it is truly amazing. The pool, the playground- it’s all beautiful. Unfortunately, the location under I-20 presented enough traffic noise and headlights into the camp area that no one really slept well. I hoped as the night wore on that things would quiet down, but interstate traffic never stops. This is the only reason we won’t return- the hosts were super welcoming and the amenities are great, but these are not ideal conditions for sleeping.

Wonderful place! We tent camped down at the bottom. Great friendly helpful staff. TONS of shade, fire rings with wood already stacked, grills and chairs at campsite. Clean toilets (portajohns). Pool is awesome with diving platform, rope swing, and slide. Normally have kayak rentals for the river but due to drought that was not available this trip. They are adding more RV spots at the top of the hill, too.
My only tip is to bring earplugs for bedtime because the drone of the highway is noticeable but bearable.

We loved tent camping & the fact that we were in a very secluded & private campsite away from others! Great Christian staff who were very kind & helpful. All of the campsites are very shaded & we were able to relax & even take a nap in our chairs in the middle of the day in July! We had a wonderful vacation with our kids for my husband’s birthday! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back & recommend your beautiful park to all of our friends!

We rented a canoe and went 4 miles down the river. It was a great time. The pool is awesome and they gave us plenty of fire wood. I enjoyed the stay. The host were all very kind.
