Camping: Pitch your tent under the vast Texas sky and surround yourself with nature. Create a serene setting for a family getaway or a cozy night under the stars. Please note that this is an off-grid experience, so come prepared with your own potable water, camping gear, and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. RV Camping: Bring your RV and relish the freedom of off-grid living. While we don't provide hookups, our expansive property allows you to find the perfect spot to park and make yourself at home. Embrace the simplicity of off-grid camping while creating lasting memories with your loved ones. Hunting: For those seeking a thrilling hunting experience, our property offers a variety of game in a natural and undisturbed environment. Be sure to check local regulations and obtain any necessary permits before embarking on your hunting adventure. ATV Riding: Explore the beauty of our property on your ATV. Be mindful of the cacti field on the top level, aptly named "Nopalera." Off-Grid Living: Please be aware that our property is off-grid, meaning there are no septic tanks or electricity available. Plan accordingly and bring your own power sources, as well as any other amenities you may require for a comfortable camping experience. Feel free to propagate a small cactus plant from what is on our property. Bring your soil and planters, take pictures, and make memories amidst the natural beauty of our land.No Hunting!!! Set up your tent wherever it suits you best. For optimal wildlife viewing, consider the lower level near the stock pond. Experience breathtaking sunsets at the middle opening and the second opening that marks the property's end. A map will be provided for your convenience.
