Gem in central oregon!
My partner and I came here to celebrate their 30tj birthday. This cabin is *AMAZING*. The views from the cabin (massive windows!), huge comfy bed, privacy, gorgeous property, and adorable decor made this place such a cozy place to stay for my partner and I. It is in an amazing location within reasonable distance to so many amazing forests. We visited several national forests and spent time in Bend. We also explored the vast collection of VHS tapes and had a great time watching nostalgic childhood movies as well as some wacky vintage horror films (they randomly have a huge collection!). Possibly my favorite part of staying here was taking the snowshoes for a spin. I’ve never snowshoed but there are gorgeous, snowy areas nearby and it was awesome to have free access to the gear!

Tranquil Escape
The perfect getaway in stressful times. Robin was very welcoming and provided a wonderful greeting and welcome and even left us some treats that were unexpected and really added that special welcome. The property is tranquil and has a wonderful history. Fishing wasn't optimal - probably too late in a season that may have been too warm. But the visiting deer families were a perfect addition to the scenery. It was fun for my husband...he got to drop into the local pickleball courts and play! Not sure we'll be able to afford the new per night pricing that will be going into effect, per host, so we're very grateful for our timing.

Tranquil Getaway
Robin and Mike's place was fantastic. Everything was SO clean and thoughtful and very comfortable with everything you need. We just needed a weekend away from Portland and it was the perfect place for that. We were most surprised by their watering hole that was super private with clean, clear stream water. We just wish we brought our water shoes! Our other favorite part was sitting on the balcony in the morning listening and watching the wildlife while sipping our morning coffee. We highly recommend this spot!

Great little Deschutes stay!
Great stay at the cabin, loved all the decor and amenities (Like snow shoes, paddle boards, sled, chairs to relax in on property, fire pit etc) and the close proximity to so many great hikes in the area. Comfortable bed, and the views are stunning!

The site was amazing! Beautiful views and surroundings. Mike and Robin were beyond great hosts and provided everything we could have possibly needed. We brought our own water, bug spray and lighters but Robin and Mike already had that covered. Incredibly spacious and comfortable tipi. Will definitely be back.

Robin's cabin was such a nice place! Fully furnished with one bedroom upstairs. Kitchen was fully stocked with condiments and essentials. The cabin overlooks the river out front and it was really pretty seeing the sunrise over the forest. Highly recommend it! Will definitely try to come back for summer time :)
