Whether you’re a seasoned camper or new to the experience, our tent camping provides an ideal escape into the beauty of the Oregon Coast.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your RV and/or vehicle
fit within the site you reserved.
We provide you with the RV space size and which pull-outs are allowed per site.
Please make the reservation under the name of the person staying in that site.
(It is by law that we keep records of the license plate and name of people staying at our establishment.)
Cancellation & Reservation Policies
*(any changes to your reservation arrival &/or departure date must be made two weeks prior to arrival to avoid any extra fees.
At the time of reservation, 50% of your total stay will be charged as a deposit.
The remaining balance is due on your arrival date.
One-night stays are paid in full.
CANCELLATIONS
Reservations must be cancelled 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made within 2 weeks of your arrival date are non-refundable.
Tents: The Retreat at Cannon Beach has a limit of 1 tent per site. Campers with multiple tents will be charged the full amount of another tent site per tent. (We value open space between sleeping units and the privacy of the neighboring guests). All vans, campers, RVs and trailers must be on an RV site regardless of size unless approved by management.
Cabins: The Retreat at Cannon Beach will provide you with a clean cabin when you check-in. A cleaning fee is included in the reservation. If after your departure the cabin requires replacement of broken appliances, missing items or extra cleaning, your credit card on file will be charged accordingly. Pets are allowed in our cabins with an additional $25 fee per night.
RV Sites: All sites are for 1 sleeping unit. No additional trailers or tents are allowed.
Other:You authorize The Retreat at Cannon Beach to charge your credit card for any property damages caused by you during your stay. Chopping trees, tables, log borders or any other activity that may damage property is not allowed. Failure to comply with these terms may result in a $300 fine.
We do have overflow parking here in the campground, additional fees may apply, please contact the office for more details. We provide the site measurements; however, you are responsible for making sure any/all rigs fit within the site you have reserved.
At check-in, the guest names, occupants, pets &/or vehicles in the party must match the information on the reservation. If any changes are needed, they must be made at the time of check-in. Failure to do so could result in additional fees.
Check in time for tents and RV sites is any time after 1:30 pm. Check in time for the cabins is 3 pm. After hours cabin check-in arrangements must be made before the office closes.
Check-out time is at 12:00 pm for RVs/Tents and at
11:00 am for Cabins.
No aggressive animals are allowed. All pets must be on a leash and you must pick up their waste. Doggie bags are provided throughout the resort.

ADD ONS TO POLICY
1. Each site accommodates one sleeping unit and one vehicle. If the sleeping unit is on the vehicle, it is considered to be one sleeping unit and one tent. Any additional vehicles and/or sleeping units are an additional fee.
2. Paying for an additional tent and/or vehicle does not automatically mean that the site will accommodate the additional tent/vehicle. You will need to contact the office to determine if your reserved site has the available space for an additional tent and/or vehicle.
3. If you have not checked out of your site by fifteen minutes after the check out time, you will be charged a late departure fee.
4. If you leave your site trashed, including pet excrements, you will be charged a fee.
5. There is a pet fee of $5.00 per pet, per night. If your dog is not on a leash, you may be charged an additional fee for each time that your pet is found to not be on a leash.
6. If you reserve a site within the two-week cancellation policy, you will not receive a refund if you need to cancel.
7. If you fail to check in for your reservation for the first night, your site will be opened back up for reservation at noon the following day, unless you contact the office to notify the staff you plan to arrive.
8. If you bring a trailer of any kind into the campground with your vehicle, you will be charged, as there is not room in most sites for trailers.
9. Additional vehicles and trailers are an additional $10.00 per night.
10. Cannon Beach ordinance restricts any loud noise from the hours of 10 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. the next day.
11. We have partial hook-up sites and full-hook up sites. If you are in a partial hook-up site and need to dump, there is a dump station available, but there is a $15.00 dump fee.
12. Cancellation Fee of $25 is applied if prior to 14 days before reservation.
13. Non-campers on site, must be reported to the office staff. They are not permitted to park their vehicle in your spot, even if there is room, without paying a parking fee of $25.00 per day.

Our property has been in business in one way or another for over 70 years. The stick built cabins are pre 1950's and no one really knows for sure how old they truly are. We are located on Fort Creek named after the creek that ran through Fort Klamath. Fort Creek is a beautiful 30' wide meandering creek that runs the length of the property north to south. We offer free use of our Old Town Canoes to paddle along it's extent and on up creek to a beaver damn. There is a fun hiking trail that runs over two bridges that span the creek, one covered and one floating. We also offer free catch and release fishing, there are Rainbow and Brown Trout in our waters.
Fort Klamath is the birthplace and home of the US Army 1st Cavalry and our property is located on the the Forts Southeastern grounds. We are 9 miles from the southern border of the National Park and 23 miles from the southern Rim and Rim Village.
Please note: We do allow pets in some of our sites for $10 per night. If you plan to bring a pet, please add the pet fee which is listed under "Extras" during the booking process.

We have 125 acre farm ranch that is waterfront on brownlee reservoir. We have 5 different camping vacations options. 1 cabin to rent. 1 camp trailer on a nice waterfront lot as well as 3 camp sports 1 with water and power hook ups (site. 2 water wheel) and 2 dry camp spots. we have a spot to launch boats which is right between sight 3 and 4. Good fishing. Very little boat traffic. Very private. In the fall big horn sheep frequently rut on the property. We usually have fresh eggs on hand. Dry climate. Sage brush and juniper trees here. We have an easy to access spot to fill up water to your camp trailers or rvs. The water is from a spring and Water tastes really good.
We just added a 24ft pontoon boat for rent.
This area has a lot of history. Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce tribe often stayed in this area and on the property. In fact this was where his tribe met to discuss and decide to try to go to escape to Canada. This is where that journey started. You can still find arrow heads on the shoreline every so often. I’m ruffly 15 miles north of Huntington oregon. 13 miles of which is dirt road. The property sits at the base of lookout mountain. Really good cell service here with Verizon Full bars. If you decide to come camp make sure your directions take you through Huntington. Google sometimes likes to try to get people to drive over the mountain. Or if your coming from the north it sometimes wants you to go through Richland and then on 34 miles of dirt road. Going Through Huntington onto snake river rd is the easy way to go.

Beautiful property close to Crater Lake National Park. The Wood River runs through it. The 28 acres is mostly undeveloped, but there are a few houses and a restroom outbuilding. Bring your kids, bring your dogs; enjoy the beautiful setting. We have a few kayaks, or there are rental kayaks available nearby.
NOTE: Please be aware that the mosquitos can be very bad here at times.
Power has recently been going out more frequently due to the Pacific Power's "advanced safety settings". When the power is out the well pump is out, so there is no water. I am happy to provide buckets of river water for "flushing toilets" and pay for showers at the Klamoya Travel Center. I will not be giving refunds for a situation over which I have no control.

Right in the heart of the quaint town of Williams, Little Critters Homestead is situated on 2 fenced acres with lots of little critters, including 5 little humans, 3 friendly dogs, 1 lazy porch cat, and 16 chickens. Country living with a modern flare. The property is within walking distance to the General Store, Library, and SCA Center, which includes a playground and soccer field. 3 stores, including Takubeh, a health food store; Rascals Bar and Grill; and Locals BBQ, all within 1 mile. 10 minute drive to the Applegate River and Provolt Store. The RV space and adorable travel trailer are located approximately 100 feet from the main house, yet there is privacy provided by plum, lilac, and cedar trees, and a privacy fence. The property has a barn and small wooden "forest" area. There is a bounce house, swings, kiddie pool, and a mud pie station for little critter guests. Farm fresh eggs and homemade sourdough bread available upon request. The general policy is no pets, but message host if wanting to bring a pet.

Welcome to a peaceful and scenic escape at the gateway to the Columbia River Gorge. This location is perfect for exploring the Gorge waterfalls while being just 15 minutes from the city and PDX, and just minutes from McMenamin’s Edgefield. The camp spot is on the front half of our property and the airstream sits on the back half of our 3 acres. The property is a park-like setting, surrounded by a field of Douglas Firs and fruit trees.. Everyone who steps foot on our property falls in love.
You can explore the 3 acre park like property...jump on the trampoline; swing in tree swing, relax in the double hammock, play some corn hole, eat at the picnic table and look for fish in the small pond.

This campsite was easy to find and very peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our quick overnight with the added bonus of hot showers and with super clean restrooms with coat hooks and changing rooms. It was perfect. Thank you so much Tracy for sharing lovely your camp spot with us.

This place is amazing. If you like quiet, just the wind blowing through the birch trees, then this place is for you. It is in the "woods" so be ok with possible wildlife encounters. We saw chipmunks, birds and heard coyotes. The host is very sweet and accommodating. We didn't want to leave.

We had a great time on our weekend getaway! We were met by the host who showed me where to connect, how to access the WiFi, and where to go for some outdoor enjoyment. The property was well maintained. We saw wild turkeys, a variety of birds in the trees and a family of deer. I ran into issue with my camper and the access to WiFi saved me. We will be returning in the future!

The location of Myrtle’s RV site was great. Close to Crater Lake National Park and very private and quiet. The directions that Tracy sent were easy to follow. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace.

We had such a good stay in the parking lot of bunk and brew. No joke it was fun and comfortable. All the other guests, (could have been our children and some even our grandchildren) were so nice and friendly. The bath house is outstanding with a great sauna and laundry facilities.

What a peaceful and beautiful retreat. The amenities were on point (the fire stove and perfectly sized wood and starter materials were awesome). We thoroughly enjoyed the walk to the waterfall and the shorter trail walk amongst the trees. It was perfect for exercising an injured knee. We hope to visit again and try the other trail—maybe once my knee is fully recovered. We saw lots of turkeys and squirrels and bunnies, there was evidence of other visitors, but they were shy and didn’t put in an appearance during our stay. We appreciated the treats left for our pups and that the host allowed us to let them off leash to play frisbee for awhile to get the wiggles out while nobody else was there. Our host gave us excellent driving directions and was super responsive. We will be booking again! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful and relaxing location.

Thank you for a most lovely two nights in this gorgeous place. We had trouble finding it (mostly my problem) and I received a prompt response from Tracy to help out.
The bathrooms were impeccable, the scenery beautiful and restful.
My husband and I do a lot of camping, and this ranks way, way up with its beauty and quiet. We also had some internet access!
Thank you to Tracy for her prompt and kind help when I could not exactly find this beautiful camping spot. It will be in my memory for a long time.

Tracy's camping spot was amazing. We parked our teardrop trailer in the RV camping spot, with our boys in tents. We had full electricity and water, and the restrooms were spotless! Great hot shower and flush toilet. There are two more camping spots (a Yurt and a Glamping spot) but only one RV spot. They were far apart and provided lots of privacy. We saw a variety of birds and enjoyed the company of a friendly cat who came by to say hi. Best part - the stars were incredible, the milkway galaxy was amazing!

We had an amazing time! James’s property was beautiful and private. Our dogs loved the hiking trails. The creek and little waterfall are beautiful, the fruit orchard was delightful, the hookups and WiFi all worked flawlessly. The house is visible from the RV site, but far enough away that there’s still plenty of privacy. James is a gracious host and very responsive. We would love to come back!

Not enough great things to say about Bay Point. One of the cleanest and modern RV sites we’ve stayed at, the staff was amazing and the amenities of laundry, showers, well-equipped store, and bay front views were the best. Already trying to plan a trip back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dustin’s land. It is very peaceful, clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a tour of the falls and our guide, Anthony went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed it. He shared the history and some of his favorite spots with us.

Where to go
The Willamette Valley
Extending from the border with Washington state down to the community of Springfield, the Willamette Valley is Oregon’s main economic and cultural hub. Although it’s home to the state’s three most populated cities (Portland, Salem, and Eugene), much of the Willamette Valley is dominated by forests and countryside, with plenty of state parks, hiking and mountain biking trails, hot springs, and rivers.
Mount Hood and the Columbia River Gorge
Just east of Portland on the border with Washington, the Columbia River Gorge offers easy access to miles of hiking trails, waterfalls, and great skiing and snowboarding. The adjacent Mt. Hood region has equally beautiful scenery and is as popular for winter skiing and snowboarding as it is for hiking, swimming, and camping in the summer months.
The Oregon Coast
This region is popular year-round, attracting whale-watching fans in the cooler months and campers and hikers in the summer months. Popular Oregon Coast activities include hiking, tide pool viewing, clamming, crabbing, off-road vehicle rides on the sweeping Oregon Dunes, and sampling world-famous cheese and ice cream in Tillamook. While some brave souls don wetsuits for surfing and diving, the Pacific Ocean waters rarely get warm enough for comfortable dips. Some of the area’s best camping options can be found at Harris Beach State Park, Sunset Bay State Park, and Cape Lookout State Park, all of which offer tent camping, yurt rentals, and RV sites with hookups.
Eastern and Central Oregon
Stretching from the portion of the Cascade Range south of the Columbia Gorge all the way east to the Oregon-Idaho border, central and eastern Oregon offer a dryer, sunnier alternative to the rainier parts of the state, with a mix of lush forest and craggy high desert landscapes. Highlights include Deschutes National Forest, popular for backpacking and backcountry stays, while campers in search of a more developed camping experience can head to one of the many Oregon state parks along the Deschutes River, near Bend.
Southern Oregon
Oregon’s southernmost region offers a variety of scenery, with a mix of lakes, forests, and rivers interspersed with rolling expanses of countryside (not to mention some great wineries). The region’s most famous natural attraction is Crater Lake National Park, Oregon’s only national park, set near the southeastern reaches of Umpqua National Forest.
