Located in the Willamette Valley, where route 240 and 47 meet is the small town of Yamhill. just 3 miles out of town there is a 66 acre working farm with forest covered hills, rolling hay fields and a small seasonal creek. We welcome you to come enjoy some peaceful rest on our farm. We have 2 camp sites and a vintage trailer available nestled in the trees across the open hay field where you can watch wildlife. each site has access to the composting toilet, has their own picnic table, fire ring, access to water, and some extras like hay that can be used for under tents, kindling to help start your fire, a fire extinguisher, access to a propane fire ring during fire danger season, and a few yard games. we do have firewood available to purchase as well as farm fresh eggs and ice. the camp sites are seasonal and most will be closed for the wet winter months. they will be open from June thru October, depending on the weather we may need to adjust the access to the sites. you are welcome to walk around the field during your stay, pick some blackberries, apples or plums but please be aware and careful as we do have some poison oak on the property. I encourage you to stay on a path. we have walking trails coming soon! please message me if you would like a tour of the farm we have a horse boarding stable, chickens and goats (for your safety please do not enter any barns or pastures without permission) you can see and hear some of the animals but most are far enough away that they are not disturbing.

The last spot isn't much to talk about, I guess you could call it rustic but what you will find is a peaceful place to pitch a tent or hang a hammock on our 66-acre farm located in Yamhill Oregon. Off in the distance you may hear our rooster crow or even the goats and horses calling. come sit with a cup of coffee at the picnic table and watch the wildlife cross the hay fields in search of the seasonal creek. Unwind as we share some farm life with you. We will do our very best to make your stay rejuvenating. for your comfort there is a composting outhouse with a hand washing station, fire pit, picnic table. there is a water hose and buckets for you to use during your stay. we also have firewood and chicken eggs available for purchase.

We will do our very best to make your stay rejuvenating. Come stay in our adorable vintage trailer nestled under a majestic oak tree on our 66-acre farm located in Yamhill Oregon. this is a small 12 foot delightfully quaint vintage trailer. it has a new comfy queen sized memory foam bed, organic bamboo sheets and new pillows. there is a ice box (not a powered refrigerator, it does need ice to use), hand pump for sink water and solar power to run the trailer lights. the trailer is stocked with enameled camping dishes and basic cookware, cutlery and utensils. there is a percolator style coffee pot and a propane stove to make your morning coffee! it is the perfect balance of camping and comfort. during your stay, off in the distance you may hear our rooster crow or even the goats and horses calling. Come sit at the picnic table with a cup of coffee and watch the wildlife cross the hay fields in search of the seasonal creek. Unwind as we share some farm life with you. We will do our very best to make your stay rejuvenating. for your comfort there is a fire pit, picnic table and there is a composting outhouse with a hand washing station a short walk away. Fyi, the trailer has a battery to power the lights and can even charge a cell phone but it is not contacted to the power grid. There is firewood and fresh chicken eggs and ice available for purchase.

The Last Resort
The little camper I slept in had a musty smell that was almost too musty for me to handle. It probably wouldn’t bother someone with a less sensitive sense of smell, but it was tough for me. Everything else about staying there was nice. I felt comfortable, and had a nice fire. And cooked easily on the stove. The water pump in kitchen was a little tricky, but manageable. The host was great about bringing the firewood and eggs that I’d bought down to the site.

This place is absolutely delightful and if we are in area, we will definitely stay here again. The owners have taken care all the small details at these sites (two outhouses, solar lights leading to said outhouse, soap, water, plenty of TP/wet wipes) and it was more like glamping (glamour camping) then just plain ole camping. Apple tree, blackberries, a well manicured lawn that separates their farm from the campsites, and a bunch of cute little details/personal touches that show they care about their guests. A++ for setting, accurate description, and attention to detail(s).

Had a great stay. It was very peaceful which is what I was hoping for. Had the basics needed like kettle, dishes, utensils etc, lights, bed, small handpump sink, icebox, firepit outside. They provided fresh water jug which was nice and a tank for the sink. The weather in Oct did turn colder than anticipated so got pretty cold in the old trailer and pretty drafty, but I was prepared with a good sleeping bag and wool blanket so ended up being ok, but definitely worth checking, it got down into the 30s/40s in the trailer both nights I was there. The hot pourover coffee I made in the morning was that much more enjoyable for it. And the town of Carlton had a couple good spots that are worth checking out too. Enjoyed my time here.

Rachelle was a wonderful, gracious host! The site was very clean. I liked the walking trail, and even saw a deer! Stayed 3 nights and had some glorious and much needed beauty from the trees and land. Rachelle even took the time to introduce her horses and goats. I will definitely book again.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! It was a little smaller than expected, but still a wonderful place. The campfire was just perfect, the stove worked, though there are some lights that may need replacing. The fairy lights, though, were a cute touch! The bed is also very comfortable, and there was a cute cat to greet us as we entered the campsite. Overall 10/10, would camp again!

Great pit stop for us. We don’t need any extra amenities so this was the perfect midway point and we didn’t have to worry about finding a dispersed spot deep in the woods. Would def recommend. Nice grassy spot. We have our own propane fire pit as well. Was cozy for the night!

For $20 it is a perfectly good camp spot. The best part is the farm cat came down at dusk and watched over the site, keeping everything safe. Super friendly cat. The out houses are fine and there was a garbage can and recycling. Setting is nice in a tree grove on a working farm. I would bring your own drinking water for sure. Nothing fancy but you would not expect for the price. Neighboring farm equipment started pretty early in the morning but wasn't too loud. Off the main road far enough to be quiet.

Loved the group spot. Very shady. Like a little hobbit village. You could fit a ton of tents in there. We were bike packing, it was right on a major route between Nestucca River route and Yamhill. We also saw a ton of wildlife. Deer and bats at twilight. There was a friendly black kitty cat that hung out and loved pets. 10/10

I loved camping at Rachelle’s land. The three different sites were all super cute. You could hear the farm animals from the sites and could see the goats. Loved the convince of ice, eggs, firewood and potable water. Definitely would stay here again!

Has a large field which is nice to stand out in and look at the stars. The campsites are set back and on the edge of the trees so there is privacy. The compost toilet was clean. The campsites are great for those that want to have the experience of camping without the trek.

It was a great experience. Beautiful countryside area and very secluded (we happened to be the only group camping there at that time). In online communications the host was very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed seeing local birds and deer, hearing horses in the nearby stable, and were especially delighted to meet a little black cat who came to visit us multiple times!

This was a really simple campsite and such a great place. I feel the price was appropriate for what it was: a piece of grassy land. The drive to the place was beautiful, and the views from the land were beautiful. What a wide open neighborhood full of farms. I felt quite safe here sleeping in my tent as a young solo woman. Also saw 2 deer grazing nearby when I pulled in. :)

The spot is beautiful and as described. The trailer is in a nice shaded spot, and it was lovely and peaceful. We decided not to stay at the last minute because of air quality issues caused by forest fires, but we did have a chance to stop by. The site was so cute, and I hope we can stay some time in the future.

Camping here was incredible! Very peaceful campsite with good privacy, potable water nearby, and firewood as needed! Rachelle was welcoming and was very helpful, making sure we had what we needed and going above and beyond! If you stay here, ask for a tour of the stables!
