Cedar Bloom was purchased in the spring of 2017 by Spirit Weavers Gathering as a place of peace and healing, for all walks of life. Spirit Weavers is an annual women's gathering which happens once a year each June. We host over 1,200 women in just two weeks on the land. Our beautiful forested land is located in Southern Oregon, in a small town off the 199 Redwood Highway. The land which we call home is 100 acres of beautiful protected forest and sits upon a mile of the Illinois River. We are very fortunate to be surrounded by a widely diverse population of flora and fauna. As caretakers of this sacred land, we feel a strong responsibility to honor our plant and animal allies by not only protecting them and their habitat, but also to help educate others about what lives and grows here by providing people with opportunities to experience the beauty of these plants and animals for themselves. Just down the road from the historic Oregon Country Fair grounds, there is a moss covered forest with friendly folks welcoming you to stop off and rest. Nights are quiet with faint to no road noise or light pollution. The driveway and grounds are flat with safe gated parking space for cars/vans and small-med sized trailers, tents etc. It is our pleasure to offer you a safe space to camp with your friends and family. Learn more about this land: Mosswood is on 5 acres of mostly forested land, there's usually a project going (or three). We've recently finished building a barn workshop, a covered timber frame deck in the meadow, and a very unique woven tree net that you'll be sure to enjoy! No dogs living here, just one friendly cat, otherwise it's squirrels, birds, and the occasional wild turkey procession or coyote. There is a large garden, and when growing season is on, we may send you packing with some fresh greens or veggies! If you see us out and about, feel free to come say hello or ask questions. We love sharing good conversations and ideas about how to live well and stay excited about all things. Towns/Activities nearby: Veneta/Elmira are charming small rural towns with all the basics less than 10 min drive: Grocery Outlet, Bi-mart, Ace hardware, Auto parts, some decent restaurants. Fern Ridge Lake is 10 minutes down the road for walking trails, boating and paddling, plenty of other outdoor activities nearby. Eugene is 25 min, and the beautiful Oregon coast is 45 min drive if you want to smell the ocean air and visit Florence.

This 200 acre property is located within the Cascade Siskiyou National Monument, a land bridge where two mountain ranges meet, creating immense biodiversity and natural beauty. Soda Spring is a bourgeoning community tended land located on the unceded territories of the Shasta, Takilma, Latgawa and Klamath peoples, just 10 minutes from the south end of Ashland, Oregon. The property is primarily oak savannah and pastureland, with adjacent fir/pine and madrone/manzanita forests and hillsides. Weekend Trip to The Vintages Trailer Resort

Such an easy drive from the Portland area, and a romantic atmosphere with the way it’s lit up, and the fire pits. The bikes at each site are a nice touch, and the pass they give you to get discounts at nearby vineyards. Some tips if it’s your first time - consider bringing mainly microwaveable food as that was the only means of cooking inside our RV. The grill outside wasn’t covered and we would have gotten wet if it were raining. It was very private inside the RV but the site outside isn’t very private. It’s pleasant and has comfy chairs, though, and people give a friendly wave as they walk by. Also it’s very close to town so maybe treat yourself to a meal out while you’re there. :-) I would recommend this as a low-key, easy weekend getaway.

Absolutely stunning property! The swim hole was magical and will forever hold a sweet spot in my soul. My partner and I stayed for just one night as a late night pit stop traveling to the Redwoods. Nenah was so kind in accommodating our late arrival. I wish we had planned a longer stay here as it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. I hope to be back for a longer stay. I did not have opportunity to walk the property, but this was a great location to stay. I LOVED my stay at the Dandelion! Down to every detail, this place was so cute, AND it was spacious and I was impressed with the ability to use the space well (there were places to put my luggage, space in the refrigerator for my food, cabinets with plates/bowls/silverware). The outdoor space was magical, and the heated tub was so nice! This place has it all -- Roku, games, books, DVDs and a DVD player with projector set up, and it was a perfect spot and I loved simply enjoying this private little RV home in nature.

Weekend Trip to Circle C Farm

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Last Resort. I haven't slept in a camper since I was a teenager, so it was a fun throwback for me. The camper itself is cozy and comfortable, and when you plug in the string lights, it starts to feel like a little fort, in the best way possible. Fresh eggs and firewood are available from the host, and both were great. Especially the eggs! To anyone on a motorcycle, this would be a great spot to set up camp and ride some really beautiful roads. I ended up not bringing my motorcycle on this trip, and I immediately regretted it. Motorcycle access to the camper involves a very short bit of riding on grass, etc but nothing you can't handle.

Easy to find and very peaceful. It was nice to be near Ashland, but far away enough for a city dweller like me, to taste country living. What a spectacular valley! The camper was clean and cozy, and the bed so comfortable that I slept longer than I normally do. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for letting me spend the night. 4 nights at Cedar Bloom

The trailer was conveniently located on the property. Close to all the amenities (bathrooms, showers, sauna, tea house, generously sized shared kitchen, drinking water fill station but not too close. And river access! The bed and bedding were perfectly comfortable. It was nice having power to charge phones and boil water. Didn’t use the gas stove. If I had there were plenty of basic kitchen wear’s to do so. Would have liked if the mini fridge worked but the walk in shared refrigerator did the trick. Room for improvement…the area around the trailer and under the shelter over the table (very handy) was loose powdery dirt (Stayed in mid/late July). Some sort of ground covering, at least around the table and trailer entry would go along ways towards eliminating tracked in dirt and dust. Would stay in it again. Definitely going back to the property in some format.

Where to go

The Willamette Valley

Extending from the border with Washington state down to the community of Springfield, the Willamette Valley is Oregon’s main economic and cultural hub. Although it’s home to the state’s three most populated cities (Portland, Salem, and Eugene), much of the Willamette Valley is dominated by forests and countryside, with plenty of state parks, hiking and mountain biking trails, hot springs, and rivers.

Mount Hood and the Columbia River Gorge

Just east of Portland on the border with Washington, the Columbia River Gorge offers easy access to miles of hiking trails, waterfalls, and great skiing and snowboarding. The adjacent Mt. Hood region has equally beautiful scenery and is as popular for winter skiing and snowboarding as it is for hiking, swimming, and camping in the summer months.

The Oregon Coast

This region is popular year-round, attracting whale-watching fans in the cooler months and campers and hikers in the summer months. Popular Oregon Coast activities include hiking, tide pool viewing, clamming, crabbing, off-road vehicle rides on the sweeping Oregon Dunes, and sampling world-famous cheese and ice cream in Tillamook. While some brave souls don wetsuits for surfing and diving, the Pacific Ocean waters rarely get warm enough for comfortable dips. Some of the area’s best camping options can be found at Harris Beach State Park, Sunset Bay State Park, and Cape Lookout State Park, all of which offer tent camping, yurt rentals, and RV sites with hookups.

Eastern and Central Oregon

Stretching from the portion of the Cascade Range south of the Columbia Gorge all the way east to the Oregon-Idaho border, central and eastern Oregon offer a dryer, sunnier alternative to the rainier parts of the state, with a mix of lush forest and craggy high desert landscapes. Highlights include Deschutes National Forest, popular for backpacking and backcountry stays, while campers in search of a more developed camping experience can head to one of the many Oregon state parks along the Deschutes River, near Bend.

Southern Oregon

Oregon’s southernmost region offers a variety of scenery, with a mix of lakes, forests, and rivers interspersed with rolling expanses of countryside (not to mention some great wineries).
