Located in the Willamette Valley, where route 240 and 47 meet is the small town of Yamhill. just 3 miles out of town there is a 66 acre working farm with forest covered hills, rolling hay fields and a small seasonal creek. We welcome you to come enjoy some peaceful rest on our farm. We have 2 camp sites and a vintage trailer available nestled in the trees across the open hay field where you can watch wildlife. each site has access to the composting toilet, has their own picnic table, fire ring, access to water, and some extras like hay that can be used for under tents, kindling to help start your fire, a fire extinguisher, access to a propane fire ring during fire danger season, and a few yard games. we do have firewood available to purchase as well as farm fresh eggs and ice. the camp sites are seasonal and most will be closed for the wet winter months. they will be open from June thru October, depending on the weather we may need to adjust the access to the sites. you are welcome to walk around the field during your stay, pick some blackberries, apples or plums but please be aware and careful as we do have some poison oak on the property. I encourage you to stay on a path. we have walking trails coming soon! please message me if you would like a tour of the farm we have a horse boarding stable, chickens and goats (for your safety please do not enter any barns or pastures without permission) you can see and hear some of the animals but most are far enough away that they are not disturbing.

This 200 acre property is located within the Cascade Siskiyou National Monument, a land bridge where two mountain ranges meet, creating immense biodiversity and natural beauty. Soda Spring is a bourgeoning community tended land located on the unceded territories of the Shasta, Takilma, Latgawa and Klamath peoples, just 10 minutes from the south end of Ashland, Oregon. The property is primarily oak savannah and pastureland, with adjacent fir/pine and madrone/manzanita forests and hillsides. The land sits in a valley where both Soda Creek and Carter Creek enter in to Emigrant Creek as it flows onward to Emigrant Lake, just a mile away. The land is being stewarded by a small group of humans and large community of wildlife and insects. Together we are slowly creating something special... including community event and classroom spaces, gardens, orchards, holistically managed ranch lands, campgrounds and wild places. Please note that we are a working farm with sheep, cattle, horses, chickens, turkeys, dogs, cats, pigeons and bees. We ask that you are considerate to all the life happening on the land, observing animals at a distance (except the cats, who will not allow for that) and being aware of electric fences. If you bring dogs to the land, (an option only with RV sites) do so at your own risk. Dogs will need to be leashed at all times and cleaned up after meticulously. Thank you for helping keep everyone safe and the land well cared for. Currently there are two vintage trailers and two RV sites available. Learn more about this land: Mosswood is on 5 acres of mostly forested land, there's usually a project going (or three). We've recently finished building a barn workshop, a covered timber frame deck in the meadow, and a very unique woven tree net that you'll be sure to enjoy! No dogs living here, just one friendly cat, otherwise it's squirrels, birds, and the occasional wild turkey procession or coyote. There is a large garden, and when growing season is on, we may send you packing with some fresh greens or veggies! If you see us out and about, feel free to come say hello or ask questions. We love sharing good conversations and ideas about how to live well and stay excited about all things. Towns/Activities nearby: Veneta/Elmira are charming small rural towns with all the basics less than 10 min drive: Grocery Outlet, Bi-mart, Ace hardware, Auto parts, some decent restaurants. Fern Ridge Lake is 10 minutes down the road for walking trails, boating and paddling, plenty of other outdoor activities nearby. Eugene is 25 min, and the beautiful Oregon coast is 45 min drive if you want to smell the ocean air and visit Florence.

Guest access Guests have private use of the entire camper during their stay and one designated parking space in the shared parking area. The main house and other areas of the property are not included. The camper is fully set up and remains stationary—it cannot be moved or towed. Check-in instructions will be provided through the Airbnb app before arrival. Other things to note The camper is thoroughly cleaned and prepared between guests, and we ask that you help us keep it comfortable by leaving it reasonably tidy. This is a compact space with RV plumbing, so toilet paper and other waste must go in the provided bathroom trash—not the toilet. The trailer offers a private setting, while the owners live on the property with their friendly dogs and provide a fast response to any questions or issues that may arise. This charming, fully off-grid unit includes basic amenities such as hot water, a kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, and three electrical outlets for charging or plugging in devices. It also features a propane stove for cooking and propane heat. Please note that there is no air conditioning and no shower. Jackson Wellsprings, just 1 mile away, offers showers, steam and dry saunas, a hot spring soaking tub, and an outdoor pool. Day passes are available for $15. Sleeping arrangements include two bunk beds or a double bed that can be assembled in the couch/living area. Bedding is provided for the two bunk beds, including sheets, comforters, and pillows. Because this unit is completely off-grid, we ask guests to be mindful of their electricity and water usage. Excessive use may require waiting for the solar panels to recharge in the sunlight.

Weekend Trip to Circle C Farm

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay! It was a little smaller than expected, but still a wonderful place. The campfire was just perfect, the stove worked, though there are some lights that may need replacing. The fairy lights, though, were a cute touch! The bed is also very comfortable, and there was a cute cat to greet us as we entered the campsite. Overall 10/10, would camp again!

Second time back and this place is so peaceful and magical! Better than I remembered! It was so nice to not have to set anything up with booking the cute little vintage trailer. The bed was comfy. I think other people booking might want to know that there is no water hookup to the RV and no dishes inside, but there is a community kitchen area with everything you might need :)

My husband and I had a truly delightful stay in this camper. Very charming and well appointed with possibly the best coffee situation I’ve ever encountered: pour over, with generous amounts of coffee and filters. They offer a “tasting passport” that lets you get complimentary tastings and other specials from nearby wineries . Wonderful location, you can walk to the town of Dayton on a secluded path and avoid walking on the highway entirely. It’s important to remember that it is glamping. The bathroom was privacy-challenged but that’s the way of it. Just added to the charm. Would recommend to anyone looking for a laid back vibe in the heart of the valley.

2 nights at Soda Spring

I spent a couple of nights in the small trailer. The larger bed was very comfortable, and the trailer had air conditioning (thank goodness, since it was in the upper 90s!) which Sarah thoughtfully turned on an hour or so before I got there. Sarah is a great host. About 20 minutes on backroads to OSF. Go check out the creek across the street, but keep an eye out for poison oak! There are several places where you can get into the water, which is delightful on a hot day. The rocks can be slippery so be careful. Small downsides: the sink water is from the well and smells ... strong (but Sarah provides carafes of drinking water. Keep kitchen surfaces clean and don't leave any food out. The ants will come. I met three farm cats :) overall, a great little getaway!

The Willamette Valley

Extending from the border with Washington state down to the community of Springfield, the Willamette Valley is Oregon’s main economic and cultural hub. Although it’s home to the state’s three most populated cities (Portland, Salem, and Eugene), much of the Willamette Valley is dominated by forests and countryside, with plenty of state parks, hiking and mountain biking trails, hot springs, and rivers.

Mount Hood and the Columbia River Gorge

Just east of Portland on the border with Washington, the Columbia River Gorge offers easy access to miles of hiking trails, waterfalls, and great skiing and snowboarding. The adjacent Mt. Hood region has equally beautiful scenery and is as popular for winter skiing and snowboarding as it is for hiking, swimming, and camping in the summer months.

The Oregon Coast

This region is popular year-round, attracting whale-watching fans in the cooler months and campers and hikers in the summer months. Popular Oregon Coast activities include hiking, tide pool viewing, clamming, crabbing, off-road vehicle rides on the sweeping Oregon Dunes, and sampling world-famous cheese and ice cream in Tillamook. While some brave souls don wetsuits for surfing and diving, the Pacific Ocean waters rarely get warm enough for comfortable dips. Some of the area’s best camping options can be found at Harris Beach State Park, Sunset Bay State Park, and Cape Lookout State Park, all of which offer tent camping, yurt rentals, and RV sites with hookups.

Eastern and Central Oregon

Stretching from the portion of the Cascade Range south of the Columbia Gorge all the way east to the Oregon-Idaho border, central and eastern Oregon offer a dryer, sunnier alternative to the rainier parts of the state, with a mix of lush forest and craggy high desert landscapes. Highlights include Deschutes National Forest, popular for backpacking and backcountry stays, while campers in search of a more developed camping experience can head to one of the many Oregon state parks along the Deschutes River, near Bend.

Southern Oregon

Oregon’s southernmost region offers a variety of scenery, with a mix of lakes, forests, and rivers interspersed with rolling expanses of countryside (not to mention some great wineries). The region’s most famous natural attraction is Crater Lake National Park, Oregon’s only national park, set near the southeastern reaches of Umpqua National Forest.
