Loved this place. We were road tripping to Crater Lake. Stayed here for one night on the way down and planned on staying somewhere a little closer to Crater Lake the following night. But we enjoyed this spot so much, we decided to book it a second night after we spent the day down at Crater Lake. Welcoming hosts and a lovely campsite environment

This place was awesome! We liked it so much, we even booked it a second time. Friendly hosts. Great layout of campsite facilities. Great general facilities like a flushing porta potty, propane grills, sink (from well), and fire pit. Very welcoming environment

Julie and Clay were great hosts! The cabin was so cute. Snug but very homey. The property was spacious and will definitely be coming back with more of our friends. The porta-potty even flushed. There was a grill available for use and lots of seating around the fire pit. We loved lasso-ing and seeing the wildlife in the area

The hosts were extremely nice and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right from the start. The trailer experience was such a rare and enjoyable opportunity. The entire site, including the restroom, was very clean and well maintained. The location was easy to find, and at night it was perfectly quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, unique, and relaxing stay.

Great hosts! Very responsive and friendly, even though it was a last minute booking. We appreciated the motion activated lights on the way to the portapotty. The camp is on property in a rural neighborhood with other homes with acreage around. The trees provide some privacy and gave it a feeling of being in the woods. Amazing star view at night!

We had a great stay at Julie and Clay’s and look forward to coming back for a longer stay next time. They are wonderfully warm and welcoming, and greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. The cabin was adorable and the kids loved the loft. The location is quiet and safe with recreational opportunities within a walking distance - or we could play ping pong and horseshoes near the fire pit! A great spot with great hosts! Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my time with Clay and Julie. They had activities like horseshoes and ping pong which would be enjoyed by couples or folks with kids. The camp was clean, and Clay and Julie were so friendly and helpful.

Lovely spot to camp on our way to Crater Lake. Julie and Clay were so welcoming and made us feel right at home. Loved the little common area and campfire, kids loved the table tennis and corn hole and everything was lovely and clean. Thanks for having us!

We loved this camping trip. We did two lakes, a waterfall hike, a lava rock hike, and a 4 hour river float within 3 days! Julie helped guide us/gave us directions/even picked us up from some of the water activities. They were helpful and accommodating without being imposing. We liked the camping site including the entertainment — corn hole, ping pong, horseshoes. Julie even let us borrow extra toys to keep our seven year old entertained. La Pine is also very nice and is close to top recreational activities without being snotty or expensive. We’d definitely stay here again.

Paradise in the piney woods

I love the peaceful atmosphere that Julie and Clay created. It is a unique property that has lovely public areas, such as the campfire, as well as a well-appointed cabin with delicious coffee. We appreciated their thoughtfulness, and Clay was so welcoming and helpful! I would definitely return if I am ever in the area again. Thank you!

Beautiful little trailer! Although I was gonna most of the time to a festival, I did get to play some of the on site games, walk around the area, and enjoy the comfort of the little trailer. I liked having the little table area, and windows to open when it was cool!

Oh what a great campground on the grounds of the most friendly Julie and Clay, who were so warm to us and our kids and helped out with our usual practical camping issues! A great place for discovering the lakes nearby and go kayaking, swimming and hiking!

Great property for camping! About 30 min south of Bend. Well-maintained and added bonus of flushing toilets and running water including a place to wash dishes. Clay and Julie were so kind and welcoming. You can tell they really care about their property and their guests. Highly recommend!

Julie and Clay were wonderful hosts that communicated well and even accommodated our late arrival! They’ve built a beautiful Hipcamp on their property that our family enjoyed. Ping pong, horse shoes, and the campfire were all a hit. The local state park was fantastic and we also enjoyed the town of La Pine. Recommended!

A warm, cozy and convenient cabin only minutes from town. Family/kid friendly. Lots of kid activities to keep them busy. Overhead loft with plenty of space for people to sleep on the provided floor sleeping pads. Includes a microwave, mini fridge, two tables one for kids and adults, coffee maker, and lots more! Right outside the cabin is a super cute swing, table and chairs, campfire with lots of chairs, covered ping pong table and much more! The hosts are wonderful people! We will definitely be back!

Clay and Julie are hospitable and kind, and the RV was lovely and a perfect resting spot during a road trip. Working stove, outlets, a quaint outdoor common space, and the best-kept porta-potty I’ve ever encountered! Would recommend to anyone passing through the area. Beware the mosquitoes though, and don’t forget bug spray and layers.

We had an absolutely wonderful weekend at this charming camping! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality by Julie who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The campground itself is cozy, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing getaway. The serene surroundings made it the ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The host was incredibly attentive and provided great local tips, making it easy to explore the area. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness and the little touches they added to make my stay special. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this camp to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable escape. I’m already looking forward to my next trip!!
