We were fortunate to be warmly welcomed by Julie and Clay!! Amazing property with everything you need to enjoy outside and stay comfortable inside! We enjoyed using the very much cared for outside sink & personal outside bathroom. Everything is well lit! Our child loved all the children's books, space to ride his bike, toys, horseshoes game, & loft! The cabin was well kept, clean, functional and very well thought out (bottled water, coffee, paper towels, etc). No harsh cleaner smell- bonus! Gentle essential oil smell- loved it! They have soft sleeping pads available and bring your own bedding-- perfect set up! THANK YOU JULIE AND CLAY! We'd love to come back!!

Beautiful Break from the Rain

A sheltering small trailer stay; just the break I needed after several days of motorcycle tent camping in light rain. There are several different types of accommodations at this wooded Camp and although I was the only one there that night there is enough spacing between them they you would never feel crowded. There is a very nice common area with seating and a fire pit so if you have several families looking for a group site I highly recommend this Camp.

Julie and Clay were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to host me, even with a last-minute booking over Memorial Day weekend. Julie ended up hanging out by the campfire with me for a couple of hours, sharing stories and her perspective on life. It was truly inspiring and gave me a lot to think about. I highly recommend staying with them!

Super hosts!!!

We had a great time staying at Clay and Julie‘s! The little cabin was super cute and we had everything we needed outdoors to cook yummy meals and enjoy hanging out! Clay and Julie were both amazingly supportive and super caring and fun! We would totally recommend staying here! If we are in the area we will definitely be back!

Loved this place. We were road tripping to Crater Lake. Stayed here for one night on the way down and planned on staying somewhere a little closer to Crater Lake the following night. But we enjoyed this spot so much, we decided to book it a second night after we spent the day down at Crater Lake. Welcoming hosts and a lovely campsite environment

Julie and Clay were great hosts! The cabin was so cute. Snug but very homey. The property was spacious and will definitely be coming back with more of our friends. The porta-potty even flushed. There was a grill available for use and lots of seating around the fire pit. We loved lasso-ing and seeing the wildlife in the area

The entire site, including the restroom, was very clean and well maintained. The location was easy to find, and at night it was perfectly quiet and peaceful. Great hosts! Very responsive and friendly, even though it was a last minute booking. We appreciated the motion activated lights on the way to the portapotty. The camp is on property in a rural neighborhood with other homes with acreage around. The trees provide some privacy and gave it a feeling of being in the woods. Amazing star view at night!

We had a great stay at Julie and Clay’s and look forward to coming back for a longer stay next time. They are wonderfully warm and welcoming, and greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. The cabin was adorable and the kids loved the loft. The location is quiet and safe with recreational opportunities within a walking distance - or we could play ping pong and horseshoes near the fire pit! A great spot with great hosts! Highly recommend!

We loved this camping trip. We did two lakes, a waterfall hike, a lava rock hike, and a 4 hour river float within 3 days! Julie helped guide us/gave us directions/even picked us up from some of the water activities. They were helpful and accommodating without being imposing. We liked the camping site including the entertainment — corn hole, ping pong, horseshoes. Julie even let us borrow extra toys to keep our seven year old entertained. La Pine is also very nice and is close to top recreational activities without being snotty or expensive. We’d definitely stay here again.

Paradise in the piney woods

I love the peaceful atmosphere that Julie and Clay created. It is a unique property that has lovely public areas, such as the campfire, as well as a well-appointed cabin with delicious coffee. Beautiful little trailer! Although I was gonna most of the time to a festival, I did get to play some of the on site games, walk around the area, and enjoy the comfort of the little trailer. I liked having the little table area, and windows to open when it was cool!

Great property for camping! About 30 min south of Bend. Well-maintained and added bonus of flushing toilets and running water including a place to wash dishes. Clay and Julie were so kind and welcoming. You can tell they really care about their property and their guests. Highly recommend!

Julie and Clay were wonderful hosts that communicated well and even accommodated our late arrival! They’ve built a beautiful Hipcamp on their property that our family enjoyed. Ping pong, horse shoes, and the campfire were all a hit. The local state park was fantastic and we also enjoyed the town of La Pine. Recommended!
