Margaux is a 1969 Airstream Bambi tucked into a quiet garden in PDX. She may be small, but she’s full of light, charm, and nostalgia. Put a record on, slip into the hot tub, or just curl up and enjoy the city from your own little hideaway. Inside you’ll find a kitchenette, pull out bed, and simple glamping-style bathroom. The backyard, screened porch, chimenea, and spa tub are all yours to enjoy year round. Towels, linens, shampoo, coffee, and basic cooking supplies are provided. Our commissary offers wine, beer, and pre-rolls for purchase (let us know if you would prefer these items removed). Guest access: The garden, hot tub, and firepit are available year-round (quiet hours start at 10 PM, so please keep voice and music low). While this is a shared space, we respect our guests’ privacy and follow your lead. You may see us doing light gardening, home maintenance, or letting the pups out but we always do our best to give you the right of way. Other things to note: Margaux is a queer household. I highly recommend; I’ve stayed in multiple b&bs + camping locations in Portland, and this has by far been the best. This hipcamp is everything — it’s beyond cute, it’s in a good location, it has all the major amenities, and has the warmest host. We felt so safe here and so creative. The size was perfect for two people and one tiny dog, and it’s obvious that a great deal of care has been integrated into every detail of this airstream.

Susan’s place was perfect! She’s a wonderful host—friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. The property has beautiful views and such a peaceful vibe, but still feels tucked away and quiet. We loved how close it was to Portland, and the location made it super convenient to pop over to Edgefield or grab a snack at Sugarpine Drive-In. Can’t wait to come back!

2 nights at Bay Point Landing

This is my second time staying at Bay Point Landing and can't wait to come back. The Airstream was spacious and had everything we needed. Plenty of activities for all ages. There was a bundle of wood and snacks waiting for us when we checked-in. One of the staff even stopped by with some fire starter sticks when they noticed I was having trouble getting it to light. The salt water pool has a great view of the bay and the grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained. Love this place!

Loved the old school air stream! Very cozy after an exhausting day. Everything we needed. And Susan was a great host. Greeted us and gave us many recommendations for spots to visit in the area. Weekend Trip to Creekside Waterfront In The Forest

We received fresh farm eggs and milk! This was so amazing! There were already eggs waiting for us when we showed up and Anthony brought us more. My family booked the cabin across the way and noise doesn't travel far, so it was quiet. Lovely view over the small lake. Absolutely beautiful area.

My girlfriend and I had a great time staying at Kayla’s. We just spent one night there but could have easily stayed longer. The airstream was very cozy but at 6’3 I could still stand up fully inside. Would recommend.
