You'll feel like you've stumbled into the Shire when you step inside this beautifully restored, hand-crafted 1970s Airstream. Complete with a propane kitchen and a fully plumbed bathroom featuring a clawfoot tub nestled in a bed of kiln-cured cedar, it's easy to imagine Bilbo calling this place home! Located on 5+ acres of a small hobby goat farm, we offer a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere where you can unwind and enjoy everything the lower Cascades and the McKenzie River have to offer, all just minutes away. Bagend Fernshire is just a 3-minute walk from the McKenzie River, with multiple restaurants within a 10-mile radius, Tokatee Golf Course only 5 minutes away, the Blue Pool Trailhead a 15-minute drive, and numerous beautiful lakes and waterfalls within 20–25 minutes. After a day exploring the Pacific Northwest, soak your tired bones in something other than your lovely bathtub—we're just 10 minutes east of Cougar Hot Springs and 10 minutes west of Belknap Hot Springs. Please note that this is a rustic stay on a small working farm.You will feel like you stumbled into the shire when walking through this redone hand wood worked 1970’s airstream . Bagend Fernshire is a 3 minute walk to the McKenzie River, multiple restaurants within a 10 mile radius, a 5 minute drive to Tokatee Golf Course, a 15 minute drive to Blue Pool trail head, and 20-25 minutes from multiple beautiful lakes and waterfalls. And after all that playing in the PNW wonderland, if you want to soak your dusty bones in something other than your lovely bathtub, we are 10 minutes east of Cougar hot springs and 10 minutes west of Belknap hot springs. Don’t forget to bring your fly rod or ask us about a private raft trip down the McKenzie!
