Bear Creek Tee-Pee Retreat is a small slice of paradise in Mocksville NC. We are the last property at the end of a dirt road surrounded by woods on all sides. We built this space as our little stay-cation spot and knew we had to share it. We are passionate about what we do and work hard to continue to build and grow and share this beautiful space for others to enjoy. We have 3 primitive sites and 2 authentic tee-pees. There is a bath house with a heated shower, and a port-a-john that is cleaned regularly. There are 2 picnic areas with charcoal grills. We have a 24x16 enclosed stage that can be used for bands, educational classes, karaoke, yoga... ect. There is also an outdoor movie theater that is available to rent for an evening. There are a few restaurants close by and we are only 6 miles from downtown Mocksville. There are a lot of wineries and breweries within a 30 min drive from our property. We are about 15 minutes from river access to the Yadkin river for anyone looking to Kayak. There are lots of local fishing holes and places to go horseback riding. We are about an hour drive to lots of different hiking trails from pilot mountain, and hanging rock to the blue ridge parkway. We have 2 dogs that live here and will greet you at the gate. Please be respectful of the neighbors and drive slowly down the dirt road to our property to limit dust. We look forward to hosting your camping get away.

Rustic Tee Pee Retreat

Wonderful magical place! Highly recommend, stayed in the winter and were cozy. Had plenty of propane left. Really nice campground, great to build memories!

Site 1 - Secluded Campsites

We enjoyed our time camping here while checking out the renaissance festival! We brought our own tent to site 1. They have an awesome and cute set up with lots of added things you can access such as outdoor games, water, fire pit, firewood, shower, mirror, and outdoor theater. The outhouse was very clean. Jodi was super nice and always available via chat if we needed anything or had questions. We also loved the 2 doggos Rip and Archie! Thanks for the stay! Plan to be back in the future.

Loved the privacy and the comfort of a hot shower! The hosts were amazing and quick to answer questions. You can tell they care about the comfort of their guests! Definitely looking forward to the opportunity to stay again

Glamping TeePee

We had a great time in the glamping teepee! Had everything we needed, was very private, and the whole area was very well maintained. Jodi was great and showed us wonderful hospitality- we definitely want to come back!

Site 1 - Secluded Campsites

sooooooo pretty! And it's very secluded. My wife and I were alone in the field. It very quiet with so many wonderful woodland noises. There was a family of bats that we enjoyed watching as well! It was very clean! Would love to come back again!
