Private property bordering Nantahala National Forest on Little Snowbird Creek in Robbinsville, NC. 16mi from Lake Santeelah, about 10mi from the Cherohala Skyway. MUST HAVE 4X4 OR AWD VEHICLE TO ACCESS MOUTAINTOP CAMPSITES. Property damage fee of $100 for 2WD vehicles not adhering to rule. 2WD vehicles must camp creekside, sites 1-6. NO AXES, HATCHETS, MACHETES ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY. NO NAILS IN THE TREES TO HANG THINGS. It damages the tree and causes them to die. Spacious camping lots, and great trout fishing along little snowbird creek which is on private property. Fishing privileges are actually written into property owners' deed on the purchase of land. Amazing views and relaxing sounds of the creek can be heard from anywhere on the property. Many Hiking trails are just a short drive from the property and please be respectful of others' property and no trespassing signs. It’s a kinda bumpy mountain road to get there but the secluded, peaceful and breathtaking views make this location a must-see and adventure.

Great spot. Beautiful view. We enjoyed our time and we would certainly consider going back.

“Bird” 5 tent/towable
1st time Camping with Family
I loved camping ⛺ on Andrew's land , We had a wonderful time with the family, the space is big enough for camping, the campfire was incredible, although if you are one of those who are not used to being patient with a grill you should bring your own grill especially if you have a family with more than 10 people, Andrew was very friendly and attentive at all times in giving us instructions and helping us make our experience even better since it was our first time, definitely planning to return next year

Site 9 - mountaintop, "Big Ian"
Peaceful camping
We really enjoy our night at campground #9. The way up was definitely a bit of a challenge (steep but well maintained gravel road) but our A4 Allroad made it up there just fine. 4x4/ AWD is highly recommended. The view from our campsite was amazing, it was quiet and clean and ready for us. Andrew stopped by and checked in our us which was nice. We will be back, that is for sure. Till then. Jhoan & Dominik

“Deer” Creekside 2 RV/tent
Beautiful
Absolutely amazing site. The dirt road coming up to the campsites is quite a haul but so worth it. Just be aware, there is no cell phone reception whatsoever. The sites on the creek are far enough apart and give you enough privacy. Andrew, the host and some of the neighbors we met, are all super nice and very helpful. We will certainly come back and enjoy another swim in the cold creek.
