Lovely spot on the owner's land with a pond and a couple of fire pits as well. FHU which is so nice. Eric and Stephanie are very sweet and we highly recommend this place as a quiet getaway spot.

Can’t say enough good things about Stephanie & Eric’s retreat. Single site with full hook up and concrete level parking pad. Overlooks a nice field complete with fire ring (they had prebuilt our first fire), camp-style grill, chairs, and plenty of split firewood. You can roam their property to see goats and cows and then walk the 1 mile trail they have at the back of their land. Family of 4 with two teenagers-we all appreciated the work that had been done to make the site as plug-and-play as possible. Great location for exploring Franklin and Highlands-About 30 minutes from Highlands and it is an amazing drive.

We really enjoyed our stay. The site is well-equipped and everything worked really well. Very convenient location to explore the local area and the hosts were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Such a nice place to stay. The view was awesome. Close to town. Poor reception for T Mobile or OA stations, so bring your music. We highly recommend staying here while camping in the mountains.

We thoroughly appreciated the beauty and peace of Eric's site. Water. WiFi, Elect, and septic dump site all well done and in a perfect location. Concrete pad for parking not drive through. We enjoyed 3 excellent bike paths and a long hike in the Smokies while based in our camp.

The site was as described. The hookups worked flawlessly. We didn’t meet the host, but he was responsive to phone calls and very friendly. We had a peaceful stay with a beautiful view. The fire pit was loaded with wood and the picnic table and outdoor grill were conveniently located. It was all set up nicely. The WiFi was good, no signal issues. T-Mobile phone had service, but no Visible phone service at the site. However, just a street or two away, Visible phone service was also able to connect. It was very conveniently located, just a short ride to town. Would stay again.

Beautiful site and surrounding area. Great communication with host. Wifi a bit week and cell service spotty but otherwise perfect stay!

Great getaway about 10 miles outside of town. Wonderful spot for 1 with electrical, water and sewer hookups. Nice little creek to listen to in the morning. WiFi is connection is weak. Brought a booster and plugged into electric pole for better signal inside Airstream. Due to the rain, we were unable to use the firepit.

Level, wide paved single site location with convenient full hookups! Internet on site. Beautiful mountain meadow view complete with creek sounds. Friendly, in-view, sticks an mortar neighbors, welcoming but not intrusive. Host readily available, and helpful. 7 miles from all Franklin iffers, on view filled roads. Lots to enjoy here.
