Want an escape from the normal? Our retro 70s airstream will give you the opportunity to experience wildlife, nature, and relaxation. The airstream sits on a beautiful 2 acre lot right in Morro Bay's breathtaking bird sanctuary, surrounded by mountains. While staying in "The Escape Pod" you'll be able to spend your days at our local state parks, wineries, brewhouses, restaurants, and wonderful beaches; then spend the nights sitting peacefully on your private deck under the stars.The Airstream Escape Pod sits on a 2-acre farm with a private field as your front yard.. Walking out the front door on your floating deck you will have a stunning view of beautiful Hollister Peak and our local bird sanctuary. Wildlife such as cranes, egrets, deer, and many others can be seen throughout the day. Enjoy the family farm animals - our horses, cows, goats, and a donkey named Rupert are all part of the experience. Down the road, you can enjoy a day of exploring our local state parks, including breathtaking Montana De Oro and Morro Rock. Close to the harbor and the beach; spend your day kayaking, surfing, riding bikes, and many other fun activities in the area. Chorro Creek is an active running creek less than a mile down the road, great for reading a book or having a picnic. Please be aware of ticks prevalent near the creek in the spring and summertime.
