We are a family owned/operated ranch, located along the Cosumnes River, one of the last un-dammed rivers in California. As one of the last rivers flowing from the west slope of the Sierra without a major dam, the Cosumnes is a vital example of a healthy watershed. Our goal is to offer a unique outdoor experience for anyone looking for a place to spend time in the great outdoors. Whether you're looking for a single campsite, or a place for a larger gathering, we're excited to have you visit! Take your pick of activities available on site: swimming , gold panning, fishing, camp fires, wildlife watching, floating, hiking, and mountain biking to name a few. There are 3 miles of river to explore. Private and noise free. Porta potties on site.

Site 1 - Sawyer's Bar

Riverside camping!

We’ve camped here before, but never when it was so hot. Having the river to dip into during the HOT afternoons was lovely. And Tom was, as always, a friendly face to see each day who could answer ALL of the questions we had about the wild life and landscape. We LOVE this place!

Site 9 - Rowan's Camp

My wife, puppy and I had a wonderful time staying in Rowan Camp 9. The site is nestled next to the hill with a great view of the river and the best part is the river is roughly 100 feet away. There’s a little shallow swimming hole right off camp and a deeper one a little upstream by camp 8. Hope to camp there again this summer.

Site 16 - The Overlook

We loved camping on Rachael's land, the access to river was great and the views were amazing! We were camped next to a few others during our trip and everyone was very respectful of noise, especially at night. There is a gentleman (employed by Rachael I believe) who comes around to greet you and answer any questions you might have. It was a warm welcome and a lovely stay, I'd highly recommend it!
