Amazing property! The camp sites were nice with picnic tables. Common area had everything, with a bathroom, shower, fridge and laundry. The property is in a beautiful location. My 2wd vanagon had a little gravel churn (sorry) when pulling into my spot, but a
Little momentum made it work. Great hosts and we will be back. The small town is such a gem, and every person we encountered was so friendly. Great coffee shops and restaurants.

Nice secluded spot in the trees. We all felt very comfortable and enjoyed exploring the property-dogs included. The barn was great for washing dishes and taking a shower. Loved it!

I was just heading through the area and decided to check out the Lebanon area. I am so glad I stopped! Mike and Stephany's place is beautiful, the hosts are friendly and warm. I will definitely be back.

Our stay at The Bunkhouse was awesome. Mike and Stephany were great hosts and I got to go home with fresh eggs from their hens! Beds were comfy and the place was quiet. Got a great recommendation from Stephany for a place to spend the day on the water. Great trip overall!

Camping here was awesome! The tent spots are dope because they have shade from trees, which really helps. The dogs and cats here are friendly, and the amenities (such as shower and kitchen) being in the community barn is convenient. The people who we met on this trip were very nice and added to the experience. Communication with the host was a breeze, and getting in and out was also easy.

Absolutely magical.. so peaceful, with deer, chickens, turkeys and babies.. the sweet barn cat and the resident dogs..
Mike and Stephany are super nice and very helpful.. we will definitely camp here again..

10/10 would highly recommend! Carsner's tree farm is a great stay! Mike and Stephany are kind and helpful, the location is near enough to town that you have access to all the stuff to do, but far enough away that you can really escape and breathe. It's a great spot!

We had such a a relaxing stay! The little cabin was sparkling clean and perfect for lounging around and taking a break from our busy lives. Comfy beds and plenty of blankets. I loved that they had really though of everything-- paper towels in the cabin and even phone charger blocks in the Barn if you left yours at home! Also, do not fear the Outhouse. It was the cleanest, nicest outhouse I've used-- and we are avid campers with lots of glamping, treehouses, and cabin stays under our belts. I loved all the attention to detail-- there were cleaning things provided to make absolutely sure that you were comfortable sitting down. And my kiddos were excited to find hot chocolate in the pantry since I totally forgot to buy some! The Barn was a great place to do puzzles and play games. Since it was raining we cooked dinners in the Barn but next time we will absolutely take advantage of the fire ring to roast some stick food. We bought delicious eggs and also a huge vat of blackberry honey which was fantastic on pancakes. Can't wait to go back!

Mike and Stephany were fantastic hosts! A great property and even greater service. They were very prompt in responding to our needs, and exceeded our expectations. We are very grateful for their hospitality, and highly recommend them. Should we get back that way, we'll be sure to look them up!

We loved just relaxing on the property reading all weekend. Lots of stuff to do provided by hosts. We had neighbors but could barely notice them.

This place is amazing. Check-in was easy, Mike helped us hook up electrical. You can walk the entire property, it’s all fenced in. The lower barn is open during day for all visitors. Coffee maker ( and coffee), hot plate, large toaster oven. A refrigerator. They have archery, basketball, etc available. Also flushing toilet and hot shower, dish sink, washer/dryer.
Campfire was waiting for us when we got up in the morning. Also, a visit from the dogs! They have chickens! Plenty of wildlife, and very peaceful.

The cabin was warm and comfortable but I didn’t enjoy using the outside toilet in the night . There was access to the barn which had cooking facilities and a toilet and shower . But they were really dog friendly and my dog had the great is time being able to roam free. The hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. There was internet and a tv in the cabin

Cool spot. Like the layout and options of staying. Kiki the farm cat is very friendly Would gladly go back if passing through the area. Seems like a great spot to have a mini gathering with friends and family, the communal set up and amenities is very well thought out and planned.

I don’t typically write reviews, but Mike went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, including putting a canopy over our tent when we were away and it started raining. The campsites were nice and clean, and the barn has so many wonderful amenities, such as a hot shower. Thanks for making it a wonderful stay!

My stay with my dog Jojo was perfect.
Mike and Stephanie made a nice campfire and a mom and her daughter joined all of us. It was really special.
I loved staying in the cabin, which was comfy and very nice. Took walks on the property, and had a FRESH egg right from the chicken into the frying pan. So yummy! My dog loved it there just as much as me. Yes, I will return.

This was an incredible place to stay!! So many amenities, Mike and Stephany were so kind, and all the dogs were so fun! There’s so much to do and see. You still be very secluded in the camping spots which was so nice. I HIGHLY recommend to everyone!

This is a lovely, well maintained and convenient spot to camp if you have business (or fun) planned in the valley. It's also well within reach of some fabulous places to explore in the Cascade Range. The hosts were welcoming and kind and responsive to my last minute reservation. Definitely a good choice for a Willamette Valley stopover.

The loft was very comfortable and we were happy with our choice to stay at this Christmas Tree Farm! The hosts were kind and helpful, and accommodating to our arrival time. We were unfortunately unprepared for how cold the area was in mid-winter and spent more time indoors than originally anticipated, but the barn and loft were very comfortable and we did not mind. There was a nice variety of books in the barn and our daughter really enjoyed a big book of first words. Laundry facility in the barn was very good and easy to use. Their cat and dogs were friendly and happy to meet us. Overall it was a great experience, and we would love to come back in the summer!

I had the pleasure of visiting this incredible 8-acre tree farm near Lebanon, Oregon, and it was nothing short of magical! The owners have poured so much heart and soul into creating a space that feels like a retreat from the world.
My original stay was supposed to be shorter, but as a journalist and photographer who writes about adventures, I often come across extraordinary places. Every once in a while, I find something that truly stands out—accommodations and experiences that exceed all expectations. This tree farm is one of those rare gems. But I digress…
The property is beautifully maintained, with over 800 thriving Christmas trees, campsites, a cozy cabin, a charming barn loft, and a welcoming fire pit that invites stories under the stars. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, this place has it all.
The wildlife is abundant—deer, turkeys, and quail make frequent appearances, adding to the peaceful, natural charm. The active beehives were fascinating, and fresh eggs from the chicken coop were such a special treat! Knowing the property is fully fenced and gated added a sense of security and peace of mind, especially for our furry family members.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the proximity to the South Santiam River, Foster Reservoir, and Green Peter Reservoir makes this location perfect for fishing, kayaking, rafting, and boating.

Had a great overnight stay. The area is really peaceful and has a great view of Golden Valley. The hosts had a campfire already roaring for us when we arrived, and were incredibly accommodating. We were able to pitch our tents under nice tree coverage, and had access to a hot shower (very welcome on our bike tour), laundry machines, breakfast ingredients, and a place to recharge devices. 10/10 would recommend if you ever need a place to stay or camp out in the area!

My cousin is a single mom traveling out of state, so I booked her this spot based upon their reviews and insight. She called me after arrival and has told how much of a blessing Mike & Stephany have been for her. It is a very safe spot, if you're traveling alone and also perfect for a family. I highly recommend!
