The scenery is so beautiful and the tent setup is so nice! We enjoyed seeing the cows, and having such cozy accommodations.

If your looking for a Romantic spot on the river this is the place for you!
Once we arrived we could see why the other reviews all said Amazing Views and Perfect spot to fish.
Adrienne was super responsive friendly and sweet! She even came by to bring us water late at night when the provided water wasn't available. This little spot is super private with just you the sky and half a dozen cows! Your sure to be comfortable and safe along with the multiple gates and fully closing tent on both ends.
Everything within the tent was beautiful and absolutely comfortable, we definitely enjoyed looking at the photos, reading others sweet words and the amazing pottery and other artwork, we literally had everything we needed!
Honestly I would absolutely recommend this beautiful spot if your partner loves to fish and you enjoy relaxing by the river in a chair reading, just a short walk past your tent you'll find a river bend with gorgeous views, although the spot is covered completely in large rocks so you can't lay out, this would be perfect for those who love to sit in their chairs or stand in fishing.
We loved hearing the cows at night and how close we where to so much! We spent a day exploring the local towns and rivers and came back exhausted ready for the most comfortable bed.
We overall enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to fishing enthusiast and those who love to sit and watch the sun go down while reading a book or relaxing by the little gas fire.

Glamping by North Santiam River
This was our first time “glamping,” so we really didn't know what to expect. The camp site and the tent were very close to the river and all the supplies we would normally have to pack in were provided. The bed and tent and everything were so comfortable!
If you enjoy the sounds of nature (birds, crickets, river) then this would be a great campsite!
Adrienne also responds very quickly to questions!
We definitely would like to reserve this site many times to come!

Really beautiful place and super private - incredibly quiet and peaceful, got to see a Blue Heron up close and lots of swallows/hawks. Did a little fishing and cooking, great set up and so many thoughtful details.

We really enjoyed camping in Adrienne’s Glamping tent. It was set up so cute and comfortable. She provided almost everything we needed and was very responsive to messages we sent here before and during our trip. We fell asleep to the river and crickets and woke to the river and a few cows lol. We didn’t want to leave and highly recommend if you want peace, comfort and relaxation.

We loved staying here for our babymoon. If you like watching cows, staring at stars, and fishing on a quiet river, this is the place.
Adrienne was super quick to respond and keeps the yurt beautiful inside. Falling asleep to cows mooing and crickets chirping was just perfect for us 😊

It looked beautiful from the photos but we were absolutely blown away when we arrived. The serenity, natural beauty, and incredibly privacy made for a weekend we won’t ever forget.
The tent is so thoughtfully curated with everything we could have wanted or needed. The river is stunning and refreshing. The night sky is absolutely breathtaking.
We also had the farm fresh eggs and beef courtesy of Adrienne, and everything was absolutely delicious.
We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend, thank you so much Adrienne!

The glamping experience was wonderful and comfortable. We loved how private the site was and enjoyed seeing ospreys, kestrels, and a meadowlark! The river is an awesome temperature for swimming (mid July 2025). We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was cut short due to weather and Adrienne was extremely accommodating! The tent is very cozy and the bed is super comfortable. We were able to have a fire the first night and saw many birds including a juvenile Bald Eagle!! We will definitely schedule another trip and hopefully have better weather

This glamping experience was everything I hoped for and more! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful sound of the river made for the most relaxing escape. Watching the sunrise while sitting along the river was truly magical.
The site was thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need—towels, dishes, fresh water, and more. The bed was incredibly warm and comfortable, making it easy to unwind and enjoy the serenity of the space. Even the portopotty was impressively clean, which isn’t always the case at outdoor stays!
The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and a fun bonus was seeing the adorable cows nearby—they were such a delight to watch!
Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature in comfort.

We were ushered onto the land by a spectacular lavendar, and tangerine clouded sunset and welcomed by the resident dairy cows, whose field we momentarily traveled through. After making our way through several gates we bade our cow companions goodbye,, we were thrilled with the accommodations and appointments. Unpacking by solar-powered vintage string bulb lights, we discovered lush furnishings and many treats. We quickly made a crackling fire in the vintage wood burning stove with the prepped seasoned kindling and split logs. This led to the discovery of a mini wood fueled table top stove and s’mores ingredients. Soon after a simple supper we snuck outside to the picnic table and smores ingredients, before a slightly competitive card game illuminated by rechargeable lantern light. Our greatest blessing came when we snuggled into the hammocks under the provided blankets to stargaze before bedtime. Much to our amazement we witnessed the aurora and several dazzling falling stars from the meteor shower. A snug, comfortable night’s sleep and we greeted the dawn to breakfast serenaded by bird song. A quick walk through a field and down a short/steep incline let us to the river whose rushing waters provided the playlist for our visit. We admired the rocks and wildflowers along the riverbank. A quick trip to the pristine porta-potty and we reluctantly left our lodgings to further seek wilderness adventures. Bittersweet to leave so soon but bountifully blesed to have been.

Adrienne’s property is a true hidden gem, I really can’t say enough good things about it. The camp is so thoughtfully set up, and not just with your standard outdoor store equipment, but with beautiful ceramic dish ware and locally made soaps. The bed is INCREDIBLY comfortable.. dare I say even more comfortable than my own bed at home. The views of the river, especially with the beautiful sunset we got were amazing and so peaceful. I’ll absolutely be back.

This is way more glamping than camping. We went early September. Weather was perfect for swimming in the river, fishing and watching sunsets. Hosts were gracious and extremely kind. Hearing the mooing cows was endearing and sweet. We want to go back!

The tent was beautiful, and the bed was beyond comfortable. We enjoyed the hammocks and all the little amenities the site included, like s'mores supplies. We got to meet the cows and feed them treats while chatting with our host. She answered all our silly questions about the cows. After breakfast we took a dip in the river before leaving. The beef and eggs available were delicious. Relaxing here was an amazing way to spend our anniversary and we will definitely be coming back.

Glamping by North Santiam River
Lovely views and relaxing but not too far out of the city. The bed was super comfortable! The hammocks were also nice. We were staying
with our toddler, and everything went fine this time, but it’s maybe not the best for littles his age: there’s a huge drop-off by the river, and he could have crawled out under the edges of the tent if he were determined to. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay!

This was our second time here and we were lucky enough to stay two nights this round. We wished we could stay forever! We brought our own frisbee and bags/cornhole set which was perfect for the grassy space in front of the tent. The kayaks down by the river are such a dreamy way to experience the water, the shade structure is an amazing addition at the campsite, and this place is all in all, just pure magic. Thank you for such a special oasis ✨ we’ll be back!

We had a great time! We were excited to see a well-stocked, large tent ready for us! There are beautiful views, wildlife (including a bald eagle!), and privacy. Adrienne is a wonderful host, who describes her place quite accurately, so you know what to expect. We would definitely recommend this Hipcamp to others!

This land is particularly placed and carefully crafted to provide a private getaway for a solo traveler or a romantic pair. The land is very quiet and serene, with the river roll lulling you to sleep at night. It was the perfect space for my girlfriend and I to reconnect after some travel took us apart.
Amenities are well furnished and plentiful, bed is spacious and cozy, and the ambience of the tent is new age country with a home cooked flair.
Adrienne was very responsive to our needs and respectful of our space (there’s about 1/4 mile separating main house and tent, so lots of privacy!).

Had our annual girls trip staying at Adrienne’s Awesome hipcamp. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely be back. She has added a shaded area by the picnic table that has two cozy hammocks perfect for star gazing. Definitely get the farm fresh eggs and beef, you won’t be disappointed. The glamping tent has everything you’ll need for a super cozy stay. If you are feeling adventurous and want to float the river there is a put in spot at stayton bridge park by the knife river entrance. It’s about a 3 hour float that dumps you back at the Hipcamp river access spot. There were quite a few rapids to navigate so I recommend using the kayaks and wearing life jackets. We did it in floaties and a paddle board but we are all good swimmers and it was still a big challenging at time. Adrienne was so responsive and friendly in her communication. We appreciated all her recommendations and info for making this trip the best it could be. We highly recommend this beautiful spot she has created and so kindly shared with everyone.

Superlative! This is a true gem for respite and renewal. Adrienne has thought of everything. Luxurious king sized bed. Spacious tent. Chairs, hammocks, tables, s'more making kits, cookware and cleanup materials, extra blankets, electric candles, solar lights: It's all here. The river makes for a refreshing morning shower. Camping has never been so easy nor so glamorous. Our 4-year-old son loved watching and mooing at the cows on the property. Oh, and be sure to ask Adrienne for some local eggs — makes for the best of breakfast scrambles. We can't wait to come back.

I booked this place last minute to get away from the city for a night. It was rated really high And it seemed to have all the necessities I might need for a night away without having to pack too much. It totally exceeded my expectations in terms of amenities and a little extras. There was enough wood for a fire at night and in the morning and a very cute s’mores kit all complementary. The bed is extremely comfortable, as are the pillows. It feels very private, but it’s also nice to see some of their farm animals roaming around. The walk to the river is about 200 yards, but that didn’t bother me at all. The only thing I’d share is that the riverbank is all rocks so while you can easily sit down, it’s a bit harder to lay. The water is beautiful and you’re the only person out there so if you’re looking for solitude, this is the place.
