Full 50amp RV hookups located on a hillside overlooking farmlands. Property is situated on 11 acres bordering the Historic Pioneer Cemetery (don’t think creepy, think rad historic gravesites from late 1800’s to current times. Many Veterans honored to live there). Beautiful sunsets to the west and is 1.25 miles from downtown Brownsville, a quaint historic town of 1700 people located on the Calapooia River which flows through town and surrounds our 30+ acres Pioneer Park. Our community has many events such as Carriage Me Back (1923 themed festival - early May), Pioneer Picnic (Parade, festival - June), Rally on the River (Vintage Trailers - July), City-Wide Garage Sale (July), Stand By Me (1986 movie partially filmed here - Late July), Antique Fair and Classic Car Show - Early August), etc. Wonderful business to support and 30 minutes to Eugene/Albany.Pull your RV (motorhome, travel trailer, adventure vehicle) behind the shop and up to the dedicated 50 amp (or 30amp or 20amp) full hookups on the hill. Located just 1.25 miles from Historic downtown Brownsville and 1.5 miles to the 30+ acre Pioneer Park with the Calapooia flowing around. This quaint little community has lots to offer all throughout the summer and fall months. Carriage Me Back (May - 1923 themed event), Pioneer Picnic (June- Parade and festival), City-Wide Garage Sale and Antique Faire (July), Stand By Me (July - 1986 movie filmed here), Rally on the River (Vintage Trailers), etc. Property is located next to the historic Pioneer Cemetery (don’t think creepy, think rad Cemetery from the mid-1800 with tall headstones and dozens of Veterans calling this home. 10 acres of space below the space for the doggies to run. Several mature Oak and Fir trees to rest under and enjoy the pasture. Message me if you need more space for other friends. We can make this two RV spaces (2 septic dumps, extension cord and water splitter). Or dry camp many more.

My third visit to this great spot. Got some good weather this time for the most part and did some great hiking around with my dogs. The cemetery is cool and very well maintained, I saw gravestones going back to the late 1800s. Power hookups are fantastic, 50, 30, and 20 amp and the water hookup is right there too and the quality is excellent. Large flat gravel space with plenty of turnaround and nicely spaced out away from the house with an amazing sunset view to the southeast.

Total Seclusion Close to Town 🌅
This was the perfect spot to relax and recover from the holidays, it’s quiet, easy to get to, not too far from town but feels VERY secluded. Being up on the hill was amazing, the views were fantastic! Directions were easy to follow and communication from the host was great. Jered was very helpful and considerate of my space, not all up in my business lol, he did text me an offer of help if I needed it which I really appreciated but didn’t need. Because of the layout I didn’t feel like I was intruding on their space either. It was actually pretty private. Hookups were top notch, better than a lot of state camps I’ve been to. I tow a small Aliner but the turnaround had plenty of room for a much larger RV. I also appreciated the gravel and lack of mud since I visited on a very wet day. Adventures to the historic cemetery nearby was a nice option for a walk, I was even accompanied by a deer. Thanks again Jered, I will definitely be back 👍🏻

The hosts were very communicative and helpful. We had our truck in the shop and didn’t know how long it would take but the hosts were flexible and worked with us. They provided a ton of places to check out around them. They provided full hook ups as well as firewood for a fire pit. The views were so nice we positioned our RV to be able to look out at the mountains. The town itself has quaint cute small town vibes. Probably one of the best places we’ve stayed and would love to return!

Second visit in three days, had to come back for the amazing sunset view! Really great spot in a cool small town. River park in town is 5 mins away and really nice as well.

Great spot will visit again!
Great spot very level and nice gravel, full 20/30/50 amp legit hookups with great tasting water spigot and sewer hookups all right there in one spot. Amazing view to south and west of river valley backed up against a lot of mixed private and logging land. The adjacent pioneer cemetery is very cool, open to public during the day and nicely maintained. Jered was very communicative and I bumped into him and chatted for a bit, very pleasant spot nice and private from the house, nice fire pit with plenty of wood I didn't get to use due to rain but on a nice night it would be fantastic.
