Accessible only by a bridge, the “hideout” sits where two branches of Francis Creek join. Constructed from 100 year old barn wood from North Carolina, bald cypress from Lake Pontchartrain in Louisiana, cedar from the family cemetery, and scavenged materials from local friends, the “Hideout on Francis Creek” was constructed for the enjoyment of camping without having to invest in all that camping gear.
So, come and throw your necessities in the back of the Kawasaki mule and enjoy a short ride to the hideout for a truly memorable campout.
